After years of McDonald's breakfast sandwiches I got tired of biscuits so I went to BK and was pleasantly surprised when I got the crescent roll with bacon, egg and cheese. I love their hash browns and their coffee is much better. I don't care for their French fries and the whopper is too big for me but it's good. Breakfast at BK is better than McDonald's!

As franchises go...this is a really good one. Service has always been excellent. Inside at the counter or the drive through we've never waited very long and the orders have been correct. Hwy 12 and Mission.

The burgers are much better than McDonalds in my opinion. The fries weren't so good, but the service was fast. I ordered take out. The restaurant looked very nice, but this is e October and it was freezing inside. The people sitting down were wrapped up in their coats.

About what you'd expect from Burger King in Germany, and then some. Spacious venue. Location does not accept Discover credit cards and kiosk machines do not print out on receipt your order number so if you don't memory number, be prepared to show receipt and have staff take it away from you and never give back. Restrooms are located upstairs, so keep that in mind. If a guest does not clean up after themselves, it may take staff awhile to realize to clean up after them. Prepare for 15 to 20 min wait time. Generally on par of what you'd expect from Burger King in Germany. Food prepared perfectly and consistently. No refills on soda.

This Burger King in Rincon Valley on mission is a little different than the one in Coddingtown on Steel they're size of drinks as milkshakes are much smaller than the ones at Coddingtown. Coddingtown as a better deal, better service also the food is much fresher

This BK let's bikes use the Drive through, so when I need a snack at night on my way home, this is the place because everything else is closed and I don't like McD's across the parking lot!

The service was a little slow but that's probably because it was early Saturday afternoon when a lot of people are out.... the chicken nuggets or great nice and hot and the fries were fresh and nice as hot as well hamburger was okay but the bun was dry.... The service by the employees was very good ....

I do not love their hamburgers, but the chicken sandwich is passable with obligatory fries. With so many other dining options one might wonder why here, why now? But sometimes, you just need a quick fix for a cheap bite and this location usually gets you "in and out" faster than shleping to other trendy burger joints. Friendly drive-thru staff and a nicer-than-average facility in this upscale shipping center helps assuage your nagging reticence to embark upon such a banal culinary journey.

The food is good but there's a weird deep rumble which made me nauseous and I had to leave

Average burger joint. They say you have it your way, but I didn't. They don't read the order apparently. Twice my order has been wrong because I changed the toppings. Which is annoying because one of the reasons I go to BK is to get veg and no mayo on my burger

I ordered a double whopper with cheese just the sandwich, a #3 impossible burger, and pickle fries. Cost $30! The food was crap. Both sandwiches had no mayo or ketchup on them whatsoever. It was stupid. I could go to an actual restaurant and get better food for the same price! Workers seen miserable there too probably why the burger was just slapped together with nothing on it.

This was my first visit to this location and I know I will not be returning. It was like the employees were so busy back there with drive through that they don't even make eye contact with you.. I get it and I understand.... until I began eating my meal. It appeared literally thrown together and tasted like it was a mistake from earlier shifts. I did not have it my way, Burger King! If I was the owner of that location, I'd be so angry and embarrassed by what my employees were putting out there.

It's honestly a shame to see so much wasted potential. The place looks abandoned, dirty and poorly maintained. The staff always seem understaffed and in a bad mood. This could be an amazing place but it's all so sloppy. Only go to this restaurant if you have no other options and are REALLY hungry.

So relived to see the BK sign through the dark and wet night. The place is huge but at this time of night, just a few stragglers scattered here and there. Most probably escaping the cold rain I figured. The ordering was quick and I waited in eager anticipation for my crispy chicken and fries with the soft drink. It'd been a long day and I was weary of travel. The food arrived very quickly and I found a seat in the warmth. The fries looked fresh but was tepid to the touch and tasteless indeed. The crispy chicken burger looked deflated and the only crispiness was the edges, stale from having been sitting under the lamp a tad too long. The fizzy drink was fizzy, watered down and tasteless. You couldn't blame the staff, they looked beaten within and what use was it complaining. If they didn't take pride in their work, the outcome was littered in my tray. Fasting teaches you to be more tolerant and so I was. I placed my tray away, just because I tell my kids to do that as it's good manners. My gut feeling was to just leave it there on the table as an exhibition of discontent, but manners maketh man. Oh BK, how you have you forsaken thee!

I order the same thing four days a week and that is a number nine no lettuce add cheese, small fry, large Coke to buffalo dip and two ranch tips but when the older Hispanic lady is working and I get to the window, I have to ask her every time for my dips and she seems to think she needs to remind me every time that it costs for those and I tell her every time I order that the speaker I am regular and this highly frustrates me get it together the rest of the staff that already knows my order as soon as I say no cheese, add lettuce thank you for all you do

I had a terrible experience at Burger King with an employee named Pedro Aguilar filled my drink completely with ice and left me with little to no liquid and on top of that he barely filled up I’m very disappointed

02/19/23 7:21pm transaction I ordered a burger and decided to add soft serve as I give my payment and the guy that work there at the drive thru reacted very unhappy and acted like a child that I added an order! I overheard him telling his co worker about it. I don't know what's his deal but i think his manager needs to talk to him to atleast not to show his bad attitude to the customers. I've never seen someone acted that way before, i was so surprised. There was no customer behind me just fyi.

Dude at the drive thru handed me my drink without securing the lid. As soon as I had it in my hand, the soda went all over my lap and my phone which is now ruined. I am never going to this location again. The sheer incompetence they displayed during this interaction has me livid.

Ordered food through the app. When I showed up to get the order they said they did not have it and to come back later and maybe it would be there. I got back they said they still did not see the order. I showed them the order and payment they refused to make it and give me the food. I had to place a new order and pay a second time to get the food even though I proved I already paid for it.

Delivery was delayed, and when the food finally arrived, it was far below standard. The fries tasted like leftovers, and several items from the order were missing, including cola, sauces for all the sides, and one other item entirely. After waiting so long, it’s frustrating and unfair to not receive what I paid for. A complete waste of time and money.

Atmosphere: 0 stars. People here throw their garbage around, as if it was a garbage dump. Half the lights weren't even on in this restaurant. The staff can't clean up fast enough, cause people are trash and don't understand how to put away their trays and trash. The food was okay and hot, but they can't serve everything that you order at the machines. If they don't have chocolate sauce or can't make you a milkshake, then you'll only find out once you wait at the counter. Also, the fries were barely salted. The building itself is very cool, but the garbage and dirt everywhere and the mismanagement of food and what you can order gives the store 1 star in my opinion .

Probably the worst Burger King I have been at. They are slow, constantly preparing wrong orders, not following hygiene rules (eg the cashier goes with returned food back to kitchen)...etc. it's fun to watch how bad and chaotic they work though

lack of staff and very un-helpful. a friend of mine waited for his order more than 30 mins and then they say that his order was out of stock. he changed his order and waited another 30 mins or more.... many orders were out of stock when the cashier machine took orders. if there was notice/information of out of stock, people would not order and not wait for very long long time... place is mess and does not clean the table, take out garbage and just a mess with no absolute air-conditioning for summer day. I will never go back here

Just Terrible. Bring a lot of time. The food was cold or poorly prepared. Staff was slow as they could be. 2 out of 4 people were actually working. Place is a trashcan. Dirty, garbage everywhere. We did not finish our meal.

First wait 10 min to be served with only one customer in front of you, then wait 15 min for the food. Workers are all foreign with minimum german knowledge and very reserved and cold. Cold is not inside this restaurant because in the heart of summer, no air conditioning. Everybody was sweating like they ran a marathon. One of the worst Burger Kings I’ve ever been. Too bad, BK is way better with the food than McD but not like this…
