Had to try this Sub Sandwich place. It was so well worth the visit. I'm definitely going back when I'm in the area.

We have recently discovered Jersey Mike's and are so happy. So far we have only had their number 7, the turkey sandwich - but it's so good we keep getting it and haven't tried other things on their menu. The rosemary bread is so tasty but you can get white or wheat - or skip the bread altogether and just get a bowl (basically a salad). They slice the meat and cheese right in front of you and build your sandwich to order: want extra cheese? No problem. Topping options include lettuce, onion, tomato, a pepper spread and their "juice": olive oil and a red wine vinegar. There are hot sandwich options, Pepsi products and chips available. Service at multiple locations has been great - fast and friendly. If you like a deli sandwich find a Jersey Mike's, you won't be disappointed.

Welcome to Sonoma County, Jersey Mike's! Just visited the new location & was not disappointed at all. The staff are A+! Greeted every customer, asked how our day was, friendly disposition; all while dealing with the afternoon rush & being brand new. Sandwiches are well made, taste delicious, & fresh. Even when there was a slight challenge with customers (while I was there) they handled it perfectly: calm, collected & resolved it without added frustration. Y'all are doing an sesame job & my family is stoked about JM being local. Now we don't have to wait to eat it when we visit the Bay or Sac. 😄 Keep up the great work! P.S- I'm wow-ed by the employee who not only greeted customers, but remembered their names when they left! That's impressive man, thank you. It made my husband feel extra special 👍🏼

This is a high quality sandwich. Really delicious. You can choose the condiments you want, of course. "Mike's Way" includes oil and vinegar. The first time I got one, it seemed like they drowned the sanwich with it, but don't worry! It is the exact right aomunt of oil and vinegar. Always friendly, fast service too. I like it here.

Wanna legit cheesesteak that costs twice as much as when I grew up in Philly? Then this is the shit! Legit legit legit. Even use the right cheese (white american).

Came in for lunch with my dad. The giant sandwich was perfect for two to share. The guy cutting the meats and cheeses was super kind (although soft spoken) and he created a conversation with us. It was him and one other person working. We took a seat and ate, and all seemed alright. A little while later, the first guy came up, offered us two of their cookies and apologized because he was distracted by something going on outside, that he had to attend to. Overall, great service as always!

I love this place and can't wait till they open the one on Northern Santa Rosa. Everyone is so nice and their sandwiches have just made me lose interest in other sub shops. I love that they have a creme soda sweetened with agave. I love that it's so good. I always get my sandwiches cold and "Mikes way" they load it up with oil vinegar and herbs. But the other night I had a Philly cheese steak and that had to be one of the best I've ever had. Love this place!!

So glad to see Jersey Mike’s in Santa Rosa! It was one of our favorites down south and we couldn’t find one until this place opened in April 2022. The two guys behind the counter were excellent and our sandwiches were the best, actually better than what we liked in San Diego. We usually get a giant sandwich for each of us, and save half of it for dinner on the next day. They’re big.

Since this opened here in Santa Rosa we have been a regular customer. Sandwiches are fresh and very good. Staff provides excellant and friendly customer service . The staff does a great job keeping up with all of their orders, and they are hopping. Worth the wait if they are extrememly busy, or orderonline for pickup, the meet the pickup time given when you place your order. Your blowing every other sub sandwich shop out of the water. They are addicting. Great shop!

Jersey Mikes, we ordered our subs online, gave us an ETA and when I showed up, the place was empty, I figured my food would be sitting, getting cold. Nope. They had just started making it so it would be ready right on time. Expensive though.

Very disappointed estimate for the price. I don’t feel like there’s anything special about their Sandwich’s. I’ve eaten at different locations that were better. I’d have to say the Cotati location is just another place to get a deli sandwich.

Great take out experience. We often do pick up orders and order online ahead of time. Most places have the food ready late or early, either way annoying. Jersey Mikes, we ordered our subs online, gave us an ETA and when I showed up, the place was empty, I figured my food would be sitting, getting cold. Nope. They had just started making it so it would be ready right on time. Expensive though.

Visited and placed an order to go for 6 sandwiches, it took about 25 minutes and felt super chaotic/disheveled. When we got to our destination, one of the sandwiches was missing. I called the next day to ask for a refund (and he did say they had found a sandwich not bagged) and was told they couldn’t look up my transaction since I no longer had my receipt. Not happy with the experience in store or with the missing sandwich! Can’t recommend.

It's new, it was busy and unfortunately it seemed several employees were not yet up to the task. The cash register guy seemed lost. I had a giant philly chicken and it was OK flavor wise, but items poorly distributed. Some folks were waiting around forever and I heard a manager (?) tell them there was some kind of screw up while looking very stressed. It's new, so I'll be forgiving and go back at some point and hope they get the bugs worked out!

Went to Mikes today ordered 4 sandwiches for my family, read my order to the young lady four times! Spent $57.00 not worried about the price. I get home remove the sandwiches from the bag supposed to have one wrap, well no wrap all four sandwiches, three were hot sandwiches the peppers and onions were under cooked and crisply! What really upsets me is they weren’t busy I was the only one in line! And the worst part is I live halfway between Santa Rosa and Calistoga! No way I was driving all the way back! They need some adult supervision! Definitely will not be going back!

Went to Mikes today ordered 4 sandwiches for my family, read my order to the young lady four times! Spent $57.00 not worried about the price. I get home remove the sandwiches from the bag supposed to have one wrap, well no wrap all four sandwiches, three were hot sandwiches the peppers and onions were under cooked and crisply! foods fine whatever, i ordered a club sandwich assuming i would get every single type of meat it said on the menu considering it did not say a choice of either.. I wanted lettuce on it and before i asked the guy he mumbled something to me, i audibly said “huh?” and he ended up saying it again no louder and i just ended up agreeing. He put onions, lettuce, and tomatoes on then split some random sauce onto there while i just sat there watching. I should have said something. I also ordered a Giant chicken bacon ranch and my total should have been around 32 dollars. My total was 42 dollars. please be a bit louder when asking questions and why is the tax so unbelievably much??

I get it in the bowl all the time so it’s been a shocker to see how it has been made lately. They go so fast on orders every time I come in that they mess up each time.. I have seen them mess up on other customers food as well. This is the 5th time this has happened at this location within the last couple weeks to a month. They need to slow down to get the orders right and work on their customer service skills. With the money you spend on a sandwich it should be made better than this!!!

I eat very healthy and was excited that the menu items would allow me to order a fresh healthy lunch. The manager taking my order said of course so I proceeded to tell him exactly what I did and did not want. It was pretty simple, chicken, grilled vegatables only, no cheese, no sauce. As I watch what I believed to be my meal come off the grill I saw the worker starting to put sauce on it and quickly stopped her only to see that there was cheese melted all over it :( When she asked the manager what to do he did say to remake it but of course she had to make sure I knew the ticket didn't say no cheese. They proceeded to remake my bowl but unfortunately it was a different worker and although he got the no cheese part, he wasn't told no sauce so after another long wait of at least 15 minutes or more, mind you my daughter in law and 1 year old grandson were already finished with their meal...they brought my bowl out with sauce all over it. The manager again apologized without sincerity in my opinion and asked it they could just put it back on the grill and cook out the sauce???? When I said no, he asked me to give them 3 more minutes and they would cook it again...I said not if 3 minutes is going to take another 20 like the second time they recooked it, and I had already been there just under an hour with no lunch and my grandson was getting restless. I opted for a refund of which only the manager could do and the restaurant was packed so that took another 10 minutes for him to be available to give me my refund. After finally processing the refund, he then told me it would take 7-10 busniess days to get my money back. When questioned that his response was, well I offered to recook it. Seriously??? Just truly a horrible experience!!!!
