Came here with my toddler and Madeline and Robert both made for such a great experience! Friendly, quick service and very kind :) will be back!

I love this place! It is always very clean, the food is amazing, and the staff is always super friendly and kind. Sarah and Robert, in particular, are absolutely awesome. We love that this place is always family friendly as well.

The Luna Grill in Santee is top notch. We love the food but the service here stands out for a quick bite to eat. We have been several times now over ~6 months and everyone is always extremely nice at the register. For those unfamiliar with the menu, I hear them patiently explaining everything even though I'm sure they do it a million times a day. They are also nice when bringing food to the table and ask if you have everything you need. The manager has checked on us a time or two as well while we were here. This is a great location and all of you are appreciated!

Ugh I love this place so much. You have to try their new Garlic Bonfire shrimp. This is the chicken kabob entree plate with the added shrimp skewer. Everything is delicious on the menu.

Fast, friendly, and helpful staff. Food is always delicious. I don't know how they make the chicken so tender and so tasty. Love the Greek Cabbage too. The Salmon Bowl was special, and my husband loves the stuffed grape leaves. Well, everything here is just delicious. We like the rewards system too and the free stuff we get occasionally if you use the app. As it sounds, we love this place!

Honestly food was amazing ! I had the peach burrata salad with chicken. I ordered the garlic feta sauce on the side and it was amazing. The chicken was seasoned so well ! My salad was perfect. How do I make service more than 5 stars the staff here are so thoughtful and kind. Every time we visit the manager is always going above and beyond for the people in the restaurant. They notice when people are waiting and always make sure you're happy! Excellent customer service which is hard to find without asking for it.

I had such a wonderful experience at Luna Grill thanks to Dylan ! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness that immediately set the tone for my visit. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly right, patiently answering my questions and offering helpful suggestions. What stood out most was how attentive and personable Dylan was he truly made me feel valued as a customer. You can tell he takes pride in providing excellent service, and it really elevated my whole dining experience. Luna Grill is lucky to have someone like Dylan on their team. His professionalism, positivity, and outstanding customer service made my visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of him.

I tried the Seasonal Peach and Burrata salad. It was soooooooo good. The food elements were fresh and the dressing gave a slight heat, because of the chile pepper bits. The crew was fast and friendly. Even the pita bread was nice and warm, just like I like it.

Our family came here for lunch today McCall took our order and brought our food out. It was fast, fresh, and delicious! She came by a little later and made sure everything was good and that we didn’t need anything else. Our daughters were coloring their pictures, so we hung out at the table a bit longer. During that time, Sarah offered to take our empty plates to the trash for us. I saw both of them ensuring every guest had this same experience in the dining area. Definitely first class service! Keep up the great work and we will definitely be back!

The Greek salad I ordered for pickup included a massive bug in it, around 1.5" long. I already ate half of the salad and I am horrified that I likely ate some of the bug. I can't imagine I will eat here again if the quality control is so bad that no one noticed a giant bug when they prepared my food. Usually this location has good food, aside from them only including dressing with their salads 50% of the time.

I'll start this review off stating that I sent in a complaint to their corporate office and gave them almost 2 weeks to reach out and respond. They unfortunately haven't...so this review will be about my latest experience with the Santee location (on January 10th). I've eaten at Luna Grill many times and I love their food so I'm giving them 2 stars for their food; however, after this last experience I will be taking my business elsewhere when I crave Mediterranean food. The blatant lack of respect for their customers is very disappointing 😞 They clearly have shown they don't care about what their takeout order did to my car. I've attached photos as well to document what occurred. I ordered online through their app, and then drove 10 minutes into town to pick up the 2 bowls. Grabbed the to-go order and placed the bag on the front passenger seat of my car. When I got home, reached over to the passenger side and grabbed the bag, the bag immediately tore and some kind of oil or sauce spilled all over my seat, center console, etc. Whoever packed up my order, placed the 2 bowls in a bag and those bowls had clearly been sitting in some kind of sauce or oil on the counter at the restaurant...which soaked through the bag on my 10 min drive home. So, instead of going into my house to enjoy my bowl, I was wiping up oil from my seats and console for 10 minutes. The worst part is that the oil had seeped through the holes in my passenger seat...which are ventilation holes, which potentially could have caused a mechanical issue with the ventilation...or seat warmers. As soon as I cleaned up everything the best I could, I immediately wrote to Luna Grill. And like I said earlier...zero contact, zero care or concern for my experience. So just be aware if you get takeout...don't place the bag on your seat or you could potentially be dealing with a very oily and messy situation. And just know that if you have a bad experience...they don't care.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. The food was good and fresh. We came in about an hour before closing, and everything was prepared well and tasted great. No complaints at all regarding the quality of the meal. However, while we were sitting and enjoying our food, the cashier (a heavier set Hispanic gentleman wearing prescription glasses) began making racial remarks about Arabs. What made the situation particularly uncomfortable is that my husband is Arabic something the employee obviously did not know. Everyone is entitled to their own personal opinions, but expressing racial comments openly in a public setting is inappropriate especially in a Mediterranean/Middle Eastern restaurant. It creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere for guests. We hope management addresses this issue, as no customer should feel uneasy while simply trying to enjoy a meal.
