Let's start by the service Lino was so kind,attentive and polite, I was checking their menu by the door he came to say hi right away... Great impression! Then I had their yummy pancakes, fresh fruit and a delicious coffee.
Delicious fast food, excellent seasoning, and a great place to enjoy the city center of Queretaro. The place is cozy, with no long lines. The waiter is very attentive and makes recommendations. Everyone is extremely friendly. On weekends, there's live music between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., providing good, relaxing music to delight your ears.
Good, home-style food, nothing fancy. The waiter was very friendly! The dishes generally need a little more salt (perhaps that's why all the tables have salt shakers). The daily special is a good, affordable option.
Excellent flavor of all their food, extremely clean and hygienic place, I recommend it because I often go and they always surprise me with their excellent seasoning and presentation of each dish that everyone recommends because everything is very tasty, maybe it does not have much parking but it is a very central place and there are parking lots very close to the restaurant, highly recommended place for lunch and dinner, you will not regret going

Excellent service, delicious food, and generous portions. Credit and credit card payments accepted. Located across from the Congress of the Union. Takeout available. Internet access, excellent service. High chairs available. Ideal for families.

It's a good place to eat in peace, with set menus and à la carte options. They play very quiet background music so you can easily have a conversation. It's an excellent place if you want to eat well without any disturbances.
We had breakfast today, December 1st... Everything was fine. I would just like to suggest that they serve some bread with the coffee, as they didn't offer it. There was a very attentive, helpful, and accommodating young man at the tables, much more so than the other gentleman. One of the enchiladas we were served was completely cold. If this happens due to the time it takes to prepare and serve the food, please microwave it for a few seconds.

The place has a lovely decor and excellent background music; the day I went, there was a pianist who also created a great atmosphere. The food is okay, although the portions are small. I ordered crispy beef tacos, and besides being small, the amount of cream and cheese was minimal. There were only two people waiting on the tables, so service can be a little slow.

Terrible service. Upon entering, they didn't even know I was there until 15 minutes later. The staff was poorly organized. After our food was brought to us, they didn't give us cutlery, and we had to go ask for it. The Aztec soup I ordered was good, and I can't complain. On the other hand, the main course, which was arrachera and potatoes, was a bit disappointing in terms of the portion they served. Finally, they never brought us the tortillas. It wasn't until they saw we had just eaten that they remembered and apologized. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend it, remembering that this is just my opinion, and like mine, there may be other positive reviews.
My experience at this restaurant was just okay. The service was fine and the place is nice; however, the food didn't meet my expectations in terms of flavor. Also, the portions were smaller than I expected for the price. Furthermore, the hibiscus water was completely tasteless.

Terrible service. To start with, it's very expensive. The portion is quite small for the high price. They don't have good seasoning. There are no extras like bread. I asked for a little more beans since what they give is literally the size of a regular spoonful, and they told me it costs extra per portion. That's outrageous. Besides, there aren't any people around for that reason. I don't recommend it at all. It's a good experience for me. Too bad for such an excellent location.
