I've always thought this bakery was excellent, but I've been disappointed by their artisanal panettone. I bought a rum and chocolate panettone when I had guests over. We tried a slice, but it was very dry. I returned it, and the sales assistant, very kindly, apologizing for the dryness of the panettone, asked me to choose another one. I chose the traditional one and tried it once I got home. Unfortunately, this one was also dry, less so than the previous one, but definitely not a bakery panettone. I'm sorry, but I didn't return this one because I think they all taste like that at this point. Disappointed.

Yesterday, I stopped by this ice cream shop around 4 PM with my niece, who has a disability. There was no one at the tables. We asked if the girl could at least sit down, but the rude clerk refused. We'll definitely never go back to this ice cream shop. I think that in certain situations, especially considering that there was no one sitting, we should be more considerate, especially if the person is disabled. This review will be shared with the relevant authorities so that these situations don't happen again!

I ordered a 2 kg cake, €36 per kg, and was told it might be a little bigger. When I picked it up, 3 kg seemed like a bit too much to be a little more. The cake was plain cream, Chantilly cream (which was exactly the same as the cream), and the sponge cake was very dry. The cake was without fruit, so it could have been slightly over the recommended weight, thus making the buyer uncomfortable.

Today I went for breakfast, as soon as I entered one of the waitresses answered me arrogantly about the seat, I ordered a simple coffee (which by the way was disgusting) and a simple brioche, after having eaten breakfast I asked the same waitress where the bathroom was and always arrogantly she answered me that it was behind her, on the door there is no indication of the bathroom and even inside there is nothing written, in conclusion it really disgusting and truly arrogant and disrespectful staff, especially for those who work there, I will never return and if you can go somewhere else

After ordering a cake from the pastry shop, I go to the café with my children for a snack. I've known this place for many years. I ask to sit at the table outside and at the same time ask the waitress if I can order a baby cone for my little daughter (under 2) or if I have to go inside and get one. The waitress replies that the little girl can't eat the cone at the table. At which point I think she doesn't understand.... I go to the cashier and ask the usual waitress if it's true that, given that there are three people at a table where two are ordering drinks and food, the little girl can't have a baby cone. Answer: yes, the cone can't be consumed at the table, only the cup if you really want.... At this point I leave. I know that by law, a restaurant can choose whether or not to serve cones at the table. However, it would be enough to serve them at a surcharge for table service and the problem would be solved. If the problem is taking up a table for little money, I don't think it's cleanliness, because serving cookies, pastries, juices, and more doesn't make a mess. I find it absurd, however, which is why I'm writing that if only one member of your group wants a cone, they should theoretically eat it standing outside, away from the table area (and for a child, that's not possible). Alternatively, to stay at the table, they have to eat what they don't want. Even more absurd, in a bar where half the place is dedicated to ice cream. We'll go elsewhere now that we know this.
