DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE in my opinion best pizza in the 518 both NY style and Sicilian are amazing I've been going to Nico's for over 8 years and never had a bad experience with the people or the pizza at the very least give it a try don't think you'll be disappointed

Great Pizza - delicious thick crust and well proportioned toppings. Boneless and Bone-in wings are delicious and the garlic knots are to die for

Pizza was great! Visiting from Rochester and was trying to find a good pizza place. Will definitely go there again.

I've ordered delivery from Nico's about 4 times now and each time it's delicious! And their service is fabulous!! I highly recommend Nico's!

Kind and friendly ppl with good food and excellent prices. I can’t afford to treat my family to take out often but when I do I choose Nico’s cause it’s in my budget and I love the free garlic knots 🥰

Bathroom is always out of order or disgusting, last visit one bathroom was out of order and the other bathroom pizza was in the toilet, on the floor and smeared on everything. Food is good though, you get big NY slices. Could order pizza and eat on the roof if you wanted which is nice.

Legendary Schenectady food place but as all local places pandemic took its toll i do hope for the feeling to return with the great food!!

Late night, I could not find anyone behind the counter for 3-5 minutes. The pizza was the nastiest reheated rubbery 🍕 my wife ever attempted to eat.

The pizza is pretty good, however the wings are undercooked and tough. Also the last time I was there, flys were circulating on the pizzas in the front display case and landing on them. This was a complete turn off for me, I found this to be completely disgusting. My family and me will no longer do business with them.

If you want a pizza don't go here went inside to grab a quick slice had to ring a bell to get service. Fast forward 14 minutes still no pizza had to ring the bell just to get my money back I understand if it was busy but place was dead .

Literally my worst experience getting food from any restaurant… I ordered on postmastes and I specifically called the restaurant and told them to call me when they were downstairs cause the lady downstairs steals my food delivery’s and they knocked the door and gave her the food it was already 9pm at night then when I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manger the guy who apparently delivered my order started yelling at me horrible staff if you don’t like you job please get a new one

My pizza was completely black at the bottom and every slice has huge bubbles prob the worst pizza I’ve ever had

My girlfriend and myself just tried to order food from here after waiting for 2 hours she had called to ask where our order was the manager of the shop proceeded to yell at her and say our food was not being refunded because his driver stated he came to our house and rang the doorbell multiple times also claimed that they left the food on our porch which never happened because we were obviously here waiting for it real classy move

I preferred 2 pizza yesterday they were so thick with the crust it looked like a kid made I was very disappointed as I have ordered from there before and the one pizza had no sauce just cheese and pepperoni I will not be ordering from there again

This place in unsanitary no soap in bathroom so i asked for hand sanitizer at the counter and the guy laughed and said no I honestly think I got food poisoning from eating there ill never go agian

Lady last night had her child serving us, when she asked how our drinks were we told her we didn’t like them and she just walked away and loudy complained about us we went to leave and she screamed at us to not come back

My husband and I placed a large order for wings a week in advance and when we came to pick them up, they acted as if they never received our order. Our wings were late and they made no effort to remedy the situation because “the wings were already offered at a discounted price”. I was very unhappy with their customer service and lack of empathy for their mistake causing us an inconvenience. Will not be using them for any large orders in the future.

I order chicken Alfredo and but they gave me chicken parmigiana instead and when I called to tell “nicos” my food is messed up they said I was lying & made treats towards me with a gun!! All I wanted was the right food & these people said I was lying & it just went off from there. Smh so sad it’s supposed to be a personal business & the cook is making treats with a gun!!! I EVEN have it on recording if no one believes me.

Been here before and they did not disappoint, but this time it was absolutely disgusting and I couldn’t return it because olive 20 minutes away and was not driving all the way back at 10 at night. No bueno nicos bad business totally

This was the worst pizza I have ever had. Ellios would have been a welcome treat compared to this. The chicken wings were dry and flavorless and I am not sure how you mess up mozzarella sticks but they accomplished it. To add insult to injury it wasn't even inexpensive. I cant even fathom how this place is still in business as the only constant is how awful it is.

I sat on hold for 4 minutes before they disconnected me (that should have been the first sign to go elsewhere but...) I called back, placed my order, had her read it back and we still got the wrong food. The pizza was bland, it wasn't cut through, only had toppings on half, the sausage tasted like it was about to spoil and the wings had a good flavor they were just dry and I mean VERY dry. NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered a 6 cut extra cheese today. By far the worst pizza i have ever had. It was a total mess! Hardly any sauce and was doughy and the cheese tasted old and moldy! It was so bad i took two bites, spit the second bite out and three the entire pizza away!! Absolutely disgusting

I called and spoke to some Ryan who claimed to be a "manager", he has ZERO customer service for a "manager". I told him I will NEVER order from here ever again and he replies with "good. We're glad you are not ordering here anymore". Wow. We support a local business and get poor service in return. Worst experience ever and would not recommend this place to anyone!

Add to that that there was not enough sauce, too much cheese, and the crust was about as long as the brim of a sombrero. My first time there was definitely also my last. It's a bummer that this is the pizza place on the main strip of town. We deserve better. For shame...

Update: we gave them one more try recently and were solidified in our conviction to stay away. The garlic knots showed up with no oil or seasoning and were the most shriveled up hard hockey pucks of bread I’ve ever seen. The “boneless chicken” was a mash up of randomly sized chicken rejects put in breading and barely seasoned. 🤢🤢 How is Nico’s THIS terrible?!? We kept ordering from here because we like the pizza, but no longer worth the headache. Every time we order from here for delivery something is messed up. Once completely forgot our chicken wings, twice brought the wrong type of wings, and 4 times forgot our sodas. We never complained about the soda, but tonight decided we’re no longer customers. After calling twice and being told a driver was on their way, yet no one showed up within the two hours, I said forget it. And half the time they turn their phones off so you can’t call and follow up about a screw up with the order.
