The usual Starbucks hang out with a newly renovated decor focused on giving thanks to the local Air Force Base, JBSA-Randolph. Staff/baristas have turned over many times over the years but all of them are as nice and helpful and busy as most of the Starbucks you have ever been to.
I go to this SB almost everyday. They are kind and considerate. They remember my drink and name. Today I shocked all of them when I went in the door instead of the really long line in the drive thru. I forgot about the xmas parade on my street today so I had to hurry back before the closed my road for a few hours for the parade. They all immediately got my stuff ready before I even ordered or paid. ❤️ I got my SB and was able to get back before my road was closed for hours. I said love yall when I left because they all rocked it!
Can't ever complain about the coffee! I was there for several hours taking advantage of the wifi. The employees were professional and attentive. During my visit I witnessed the manager, Hayden, interacting with his team. I was so impressed with his ability to lead by example. He was the busiest employee there while also pitching in where needed. He treated the team and all customers with respect and even though he was busy he quickly and happily attended to everyone's needs. I love to support businesses who treat their staff well!
Very welcoming and friendly baristas. I am almost 74 years old and the technology sometimes kicks my butt. I have had a starbucks Paul McCartney card I wanted to add on my phone. Karissa was able to assist me. The card is special because my grandson’s name is Jude. Paul McCartney wrote Hey Jude in 1969. I have had that card for several years and never could get help. This is my “go to” Starbucks. It sometimes takes a lot of patience to serve senior citizens. I am also a veteran and love this shop. Thank you many times over!
I come through here between 4:45am to 5:30am. And I look forward to see Hailey (with the red/pink hair) because she absolutely makes my Pumpkin Cream Cold brewed coffee perfect. When I say perfect, it is perfect. She says “Good morning and greets me with a smile”. Another person in drive through (young and very thin) never smiles nor greets me at the window. Nor does she adds the spice on my cold foam. On at least 5x I’ve come by no spice on my pumpkin cream cold brewed coffee. She literally opens up the window and says a my total with a blank stare. But just wanted to appreciate Hailey on her customer service and excellent coffee skills. Because it makes my day a bit better. Thank you so much!
As one of favorite Starbucks locations, it makes me sad to have to write this review. However, for whatever reason my grande cup is ALWAYS "less than" the amount filled expected. Please please don't skimp on the latte milk. Foam or no foam, the cup should ALWAYS be filled to the requested rim :/ Otherwise, I love your coffee shop!
I’m not a huge coffee drinker but the once in a blue moon that I do go to Starbucks for myself I expect my order to be correct….. how is it that I order a Grande Cappuccino for myself and a vanilla bean no whip cream for my son. I get the order and the cappuccino drink is literally only half full and the vanilla bean has whip cream. I didn’t have the energy or patience to wait for them to correct it. Such a disappointment but what should I expect when the female at the window had colored hair, nose ring and has an attitude. Poor service and substandard product. Do better Starbucks cause there was no one in line to help in a rush. As you can see in the photo I removed the foam to show how empty the cup is.
Went to this location and got 3 drink. 2 out of the 3 drinks were left with lots of room in the cup. I had asked for lavender foam but as a barista at starbucks I understand the changes we go through but they should have made the beverage standard if they had ran out of lavender or at least connected with me at the bar to let me know which did not happen.
The shift manager was rude and unfriendly. She shouldn't be a shift manager, because she doesn't smile or interact with the customer.
This place is getting worse and worse. Ordered two drinks in advance says 12 min to make I get there and still another 15 min. I understand busy morning but when I see people get there after me order in store and get drink after me not very good business First post was two years ago. This is the last straw. Once I use to the rest the cash that I have loaded on my card will not be going here anymore. Ordered a venti white mocha like always. Cup felt light. Took picture of how much was filled up but then my mom saw that it was double cup but also a sleeve. These people gave me a smaller drink but just put it in the larger cup. This is insane! Straight up ripped me off. Management and even headquarters should look into this. (Poured drink Into taller to see how mich was missing)
So whenever I request for a substitute to their whole milk, it seems as though they think I won’t know the difference. I’ve literally watched a lady make my drink with whole milk despite it saying oatmilk in the sticker tag. I’m sure she assumed I didn’t see her at all and when I questioned her if it was oat milk, she literally flat out lied to my face. When I asked her what that milk was she poured in, she then proceeds to say you know what, your right… Didn’t think I’d call you out but I did
Hate to leave this review but this seems to be a problem at this Starbucks alone. Anytime I order the eggs & cheddar protein box. The eggs are old and smell bad. I always end up requesting a refund. Today is 10/9 and the food expires today. The eggs had ice all over them which tells me they freeze them when the expiration date comes close. People are already paying a lot of money here, no one wants to waste their money on old, expired food.
I was at the drive thru and hoping to get my regular caramel frappe. Usually the customer service is friendly, but the girl taking my order (she has darkish brown hair with bangs & in a pony tail and she has glasses w/ black frames) was so rude and unwelcoming. I believe it’s because I didn’t tip on card because that is when her attitude shifted and she added little to no whip cream on my drink—which is the best part. She glared at me after handing my drink and refused to say anything or acknowledge me when I thanked her.
This has been mine and my family's go to place for several years. Recently, the atmosphere has shifted and the energy is off. Last time I was there, one of the workers was really rude to both customers and her staff. Karissa was cold and short with the customers waiting for their drinks. No smiles, thank you, or anything when we picked up our order. Even worse, she was super rude and condescending to her staff when she spoke to them. She snapped at them and talked down to them, she treated them like they were beneath her. The eye rolls and talking under her breath were noticed by the customers, so I know her staff must feel it too. I hope she isn't in management. She doesn't bring the familiar vibe of acceptance that we're used to from this store. Starbucks, do better... you don't need workers like this representing your brand.
