Just picked up delicious wings from Wing Stop in Schertz. I was greeted upon entering the restaurant. Several customers were waiting for orders to go. Cooks in the back were hustling over the fryers. After a short wait, my wings were ready & stayed hot until I got home! I will order from here again! Great service!! 💛

At first I wasn’t really a big fan of Wingstop but this is my first time coming in awhile and I was really pleased. They have some of the best lemon pepper wings I’ve ever had and don’t even get me started on the buffalo wings! Also the staff here are very friendly and polite. But if you plan on dining in it can be a bit inconvenient when they’re crowded because the building is not that big.

***NO MILITARY DISCOUNT*** I love me some wings! We placed an order via the app/website. It was timely and ready when we git there! The young lady cashing me out was fast? Freindly and appologetic when she informed me they did not have a military discount. We grabbed our bag and headed out! Everything was great until we realized they didn't give us any dips. Ugh! Wings with out dip....FAIL👎 Other then that? The wings were crispy and well seasoned. The Buffalo fries were DELICIOUS! We will be back!

Making people pay for ranch and they didn't even put the ranch in there. Ridiculous people can't read a receipt and give me What I Paid for. How do I get 1 ranch with a 6 wings but I order 20 wings and still get 1 ranch. I paid for another and still got one ranch. Do you understand the problem, I shouldn't get 1 ranch with 20 wings, it should have came with 2 all on its own. But no I had to pay for it and still not get it.

I suppose its my fault for expecting a business thay serves wings to be prepared for the busiest wing day (super bowl). Whether it's the online systems fault for not refusing orders or the sites fault for taking too many orders I don't know but I ordered in advance for that very reason and when I showed up they were filling call in orders before pre orders. Shitty thing to do to those of us who planned ahead.

Every time I come in this restaurant they tell me there's a hour wait busy or not. Today was another day they told me that but with attitudethe cashier was rude Linda was the cashier name. And I accepted and waited for the hour and. After the hour pass by I came to the same cashier and asked her how much longer ? And she made a gesture and ignored me. I waited a little longer and asked another cashier and he said he was going to talk to his manager and never came back to tell me . I requested my money back and the denied to give me my money back. I hope their management coaches them and show them the how to respect the customers . That's why they have a job

Ordered lemon pepper fried hard. The wings are raw! Not edible at all. When the order was placed, she commented on not being able to charge for all flats, so instead I got raw chicken that I had to throw out! Never again!

The wings that we receive had barely any sauce on them. If not, none at all, they looked very undercooked and didn't feel safe to eat. So we had to cook them longer. We could have just kept our money and did it. Ourself.

Messed up the order as usual. Then when we return to get it fixed, they mess it up again. I think they do this on purpose. It happens too often. Never returning after this one. Too much.

guys this place sucks, we waited for our food and it was cold, only our fries were warm. the red head girl gave us attitude the whole time and the other workers were just starring at us and on their phones at the counter. it was super unprofessional and the food just felt like it was taken out of the fridge. don't come here. ever. what a waste of 45 dollars. brandon was cool tho. went on september 4, 2025 at 10:30pm

Twice in a row now we have have exceedingly long waits for food. A few weeks back we had an hour wait. Tonight was a 2 hour wait. Neither orders were big (2 10 pc and fries). We called to cancel and was put on hold for 45 minutes before eventually getting our food.

I ordered two 10-piece bone-in wing orders, and got 100% drummettes. In short, I didn't get a single wing piece from Wingstop. What a joke! I double-checked the app, and there isn't even an option to pick all drummettes, so this all-drummette nonsense was all on Wingstop and nothing on me. The 20 drummettes I did get were lukewarm at best, not too saucy, and tasted like they were made a day prior, adding insult to injury. I have ordered from this location before, and have never had a problem, but today was the big exception. The next time I order wings, I will avoid this location...can't even spare one wing out of 20 pieces. Disgraceful!

This location needs to go away. We’ve lived in the area for a few years now and while we love Wingstop locations that can actually get orders completed, this isn’t one of them. This last episode just shows pure lack of leadership. We ordered a delivery order from the Wingstop app at 6:05. It said we’d receive it by 6:51. We understood that is an estimate so we waited until 7:00 to call. When we called we were told it was sent out. Interestingly the “worker?” on the phone didn’t ask for anything other than my first name. He seemed confused and then said they sent the order out. He couldn’t understand that we ordered delivery from THEIR app. Nearly 40 minutes later we still don’t have the order. We finally asked for a refund and were told to come in the store in 2 to 3 days later to talk to a manager then to get approval from the district manager then 5-7 business days for us to receive the refund. What a joke. First I bet if there was a little investigation into how many times this happens and how much money is essentially stolen from people, it would be ridiculous. Wingstop do yourself a favor. Fire the management at this restaurant and get someone in there that considers customer service important. Additionally, if you’re going to process delivery orders through your website, let the customer know where.

Today at 7:14pm 07/29/29 I placed a delivery order for a 6 piece wing combo and 5 free wing offer going on. It’s 8:45 as I’m typing this and I haven’t not received my food and it’s been well over an hour!!! I’ve had my delivery person change every time I check on my food!! It doesn’t take almost 2 hours for 11 WINGS!!! And a hand full of fries and a drink!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!! SLOWER THAN WHATABURGER!!! These people won’t even answer the phone when you call them! The phone doesn’t even ring!! Dont waste your time here! Go to Wayne’s wings, so much better and faster!!

These fries are black. It’s not even like a slightly crunchy potato. Biting into it is just crunch. Not only that, but I waited a long time for my order. If you’re gonna take a long time, at least do it right. The fact that I was served burnt fries means someone who works here saw they were burnt, and still packaged them up for me. What a shame.

Soda machine was out and I ordered a boneless 8pcs well done after i checked my food it was drowned in juice. I hate I’m at work otherwise I would definitely return this for a refund. Don’t think I’ll come back and I don’t recommend this place.
