Bar perfetto per un dopo sci di fondo. Personale giovane e gentile. Peccato la pizza (probabilmente surgelata) non è stata di mio gradimento, comunque mangiabilissima!

Coffe ok. Ambience was ok, nothing special and somewhat conditioned by the slot machines. Toilet in reasonable order.

Xké è in un'ottima posiZione vicino alla pista di fondo, con ampio parcheggio ed esposto al sole....discreto l'arredamento x un bar di alta montagna, comodo il terrazzo esterno x prendere il sole... tutto l'ambiente avrebbe più aggiornamento se probabilmente avesse una quantità di clientela maggiore tutto l'anno

I booked a 2-hour tennis court with heating (€30/hour instead of €20/hour). It worked for the first 3/4 hours, and the temperature rose from 6 to 10.2°C. The second hour, it didn't work, and the temperature dropped to 4.3°C. When I asked for an explanation, the owner/manager rudely and rather impolitely replied that she had to turn it on an hour earlier (a clear mockery, given what I wrote above). After years of waiting, a beautiful indoor tennis court has finally arrived in Schilpario, but with this terrible NEW MANAGEMENT, I will never use it again (I recommend going to Colere). This is a poor decision by the municipality, which I will be sure to report.

I booked two hours of tennis court time in the middle of the winter season. During the second hour of play, the heating was turned off, forcing us to play in the cold with the thermostat set to 4 degrees Celsius. When asked for an explanation, the owner replied that the two hours of heating we paid for also included the hour prior to the reservation, which was used to heat the court. In essence, I paid €10 per hour of warm-up time to play only one hour, while I spent the second hour in the freezing cold. I'd rather not dwell on the rude tone: just read the other reviews to understand that this is not an isolated incident. Opaque management and unacceptable service. Bad, very bad. 👎

Terrible service. After paying at the register, the waitress chased us to the parking lot to tell us she'd forgotten to charge us for a croissant, rudely demanding the difference. After checking the receipt, we realized there had been no mistake and we'd paid in full. They refunded our money, albeit in a very rude manner. A surreal and completely avoidable situation.

The place isn't well-maintained at all, and the service is terrible. Unfortunately, the problem with this place is the staff, especially the owner, a truly rude and impolite lady. We had consumed hot chocolate, herbal teas, and water. Then, when we returned, the first thing we did was go to the bathroom, especially my son and husband. We asked for a bottle of still water each to drink (because we've never entered a place without drinking), but the waiter told us they'd run out, so we didn't need anything else, so we said we were leaving because we'd only come for water. The owner came over and rudely asked us what we wanted, and when we pointed out that we'd asked for water but, since it wasn't there, we were leaving, she literally kicked me, my sister, and the kids out! She told us she was there to work and that we, just to be there, needed to drink. Now, we were already leaving because we hadn't found what we needed. Besides, we'd already consumed a lot there before, so why be so rude? We'll never return to a place like that. Thank goodness the mountains should calm things down; there's such arrogance and rudeness toward customers that's shocking.

Extremely high prices. A completely burnt sandwich, small and with two slices of bresaola, cost €6.50. A large group (about forty people), receipts stamped by less than 10 percent... it's called tax evasion!
