Avis sur Taco Bell Scotts Valley
Fast, friendly and efficient crew. Ordered off the kiosk. No issues. Got a couple water to go and a variety of menu items I still like the classic burrito supreme in the basic taco as my favorites. It's been a long time since I've been to Taco Bell
The gentleman working the drive through window late night last Monday was a delight. Food was normal Taco Bell food, quality.
Great store. Wonderful staff. Online orders are always great both in store and in drive thru
I go here all the time. The food is just wonderful especially those nacho fries oh my God 😎
Taco bell is always a great option, order the combo online
Wife and kids love Taco Bell. Nice clean restaurant. Friendly staff and fast service.
Only because my husband and daughter works there and the food is delicious, Sara Bocanegra and her husband very nice couple,, everyone the works there are very nice..
Convention location. Knowledgeable staff. Fast service. Good food.
Great/standard taco bell; clean; friendly service. Always affordable.
Staff was great! I had trouble with the app and online ordering and they were very helpful!
Best Taco Bell I have ever been too. Food was exactly what ordered. It was fressh and it was at the right temperature. Employees were very nice. Definetly coming back.
Every time I come here service gets worse and worse. It's taco bell and they can't even get orders right, whether it's through the app or at the store
I must say I'm beyond impressed with this Restraunt. Service 100% and always clean every time I go there. I refuse to go to any other Taco Bell.... Excellent!
Haven't been in a Taco Bell in a while and I could not believe how tiny they make the tacos now about half the size of what they used to then I also got a burrito supreme and it was real real tiny like the dollar size bean burrito. What nerve. There wasn't even a teaspoon of beef in the tacos
I had to leave review immediately after finishing my delicious lunch from this Taco Bell! I received a seven-layer vegetarian burrito within seconds, I was expecting the quality and layering of the toppings to be hap hazard due to how quick the service was but I was very wrong! This burrito is just over $3, vegetarian, and seriously delicious!! The staff was very friendly and extremely speedy :) I will say I am still hungry though, so you might want to throw a bean burrito on the side ;) thanks!
Not all Taco Bells are created equally, and this one stands above the rest. Taco Bell in Scotts Valley is the best Taco Bell in Santa Cruz County. I get a very simple and specific order whenever I get Taco Bell (bean burrito, no cheese, add nacho cheese) and out of all the Taco Bells in the county, this is the only one that makes it perfect. They never skimp on the nacho cheese, it’s always the perfect amount. I love you guys.
Worst taco bell ever, the biggest bad decision taco bell ever made was getting rid of the original green sauce. Now they have many items that don't even belong on a mexican food menu. Ordering thru a machine is so inpersonal. Gone there since I was 16 ,now I am 70, never go back again!!!!!!!!

We picked it up and had it at the campground. It was so convenient and even delicious. One thing I didn't like was too much moist of Taco.
It a fresher taco bell that has pride in their store. Very friendly and communication is amazing.
Good fast food. Less expensive than most fast food establishments. Staff was friendly and efficient.
This location has made a marked improvement in service and quality in the last two years. I hope it maintains its current direction!
Reasonably priced and contactless drive thru was fine. Line was pretty long but went by pretty fast
The only problem is their drive thru is not wide enough for my dually. Food is good
Food was delicious! Alexis the cashier modified a bean burrito into a cheesy potato burrito with no beans and the cook named Master was a master cook. For just a little over 3 bucks it was to die for. Had to buy another one just before I left to take home for tomorrow. Good music relaxing atmosphere. Thanks guys!😃😃😃😃😃
The drive- thru was long, so we opted to park and walk in. We put our order on the kiosk and it came to us almost perfect. We ordered a Chalupa Box, a side Veggie Taco and a cup of Pinto Beans. My Chalupa was lacking major ingredients. Very little lettuce, three squares of tomatoes and 7-strips of cheddar cheese. The pinto beans lacked volume. I requested more lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and pinto beans, which I offered to pay for. The gentleman listened to my concerns and graciously fulfilled them. Thank you sir for not telling me I was wrong or telling me that's how it is. Thank you for making me feel I mattered. Bravo!
Picked up snacks pre dinner Some cheese rolls for the kids and sauce to dip in Bean and rice Burritos and a couple tacos, added sour cream. Hot and tasty. Service was quick and friendly
Food was really good and the people where really nice and they where not in a rush to get me out I can tack some time and there ok with it
The power bowl can be customized heavily on the mobile app, and is a really healthy option. I have lost weight eating at Taco Bell, and always feel full! I just wish all of the locations had soda water as an option at their fountains.
It's a rare event to see 5 stars to any fast food from me, it's slightly less for the order to be exactly how I order it... It is upon these occasions four stars is given. Ambience is actually rather nice, this location is rather small but suits the area, overall feel is good. This taco Bell is a lot better then most
Surprisingly good food, better than any of my previous experiences with Taco Bell. I had a 10-minute wait for my food to be prepared. This may have been because I came in right at dinner time. If I have to choose between fast and good, I'll take good every time.
Check you order if you go drive up. Half the time something has been forgotten or wrong.
They got us our food super fast, and were patient with my husband while he scanned the menu to see what he wanted. The food was all made up to standards and tasted delicious! They gave us a baja blast with no syrup in it though, so they needed to check their syrup more often at the same time to get the rest of the food was worth it!
Having late night cravings? Thankfully, we have a local Taco Bell! This is my guilty fast food pleasure. Overall, I think this location has consistently made the food as expected. The drive thru is typically fast and accurate. The employees tend to be friendly and funny, even at midnight.
The taco bell is clean and well maintained but the self order kiosk seems to be riddled with problems. For this visit the credit card reader was down. All of my food was made as requested but the service was slow. From order to food was more than ten minutes. It seemed like they were prioritizing the orders in the drive through above the orders inside the restaurant. While everyone who works in the location is polite and attempts to move quickly it feels like the location is under staffed. I am. It sure if this is due to their inability to hire reliable staff or if it is due to poor planning by the management. My recommendation is to not eat at this location if you are time constrained.

The food and service was good! The only problem with this visit was one of the employees left some sort of a razor blade on my tray. Luckily I found it before my daughter did. I returned to an employee and he said "oh sorry about that" in a non caring manner.
The Taco Bell on Mount Hermon Road has a drive-thru that merges with the parking lot exit in a way that causes some drivers consternation; drivers exiting the parking lot are looking at on-coming traffic, while drive-thru drives are still checking their food before returning to Mount Hermon Road. Unfortunately, neither driver is looking where their car is actually going – thus consternation when vehicles merge.
Ordered from the app. Get home and the order is NOT what I ordered. Things were missing and others that were not ordered. I have email confirmation on my order. It was wrong!!
Chaotic is the best word for the atmosphere of this particular store. Reliable good food. But the staff is totally not focused. Music in the kitchen drowned out the dining room music while orders sat on the counter without customer notification.
This site is the one closest to my house, but I can say they have much room.for improvement. I always order the same thing, the beans are either cold or scalding, no inbetween. Also, lately, it seems the bean burritos are more tortilla than beans. I wish they were consistent.
During the day, it's okay. For some reason at night it is much better. Nacho cheese is cheap, why do you skimp on it? Do a better job and you can expect more stars.
Other than this place being out of beans on more than one occasion. That explains there’s something wrong with management which then snowballs down hill every time. It’s not the staffs fault it’s like the plague and infiltrates its way through out the restaurant.
Great food but often forget to give out cups for drinks when ordered
Yeah if you want some cheap ole munchie satisfying food come here. 20 bucks of random impulse on the menu will satisfy even the most inebriated of individuals.
Service is friendly, however drive-thru order fulfillment mistakes are frequent. Items tend to be anemic in contents, or they are completely missing. Items ordered are often missing from the bag when slightly larger orders (3+ people) are given. The stars are for friendliness and cleanliness.
I just don’t understand why, when I add sour cream, do they hardly put any? I am sure their pay must be tied to how much sour cream is left at the end of the day. It’s 80 cents extra so please stop being stingy with it.
Food is okay. Service could be better and the quality of the food could be extremely better. Calories are pretty high and prices have increased significantly in the last few months. Tacos have little cheese and with the other options the cheese isn't always melted.
This location is getting better as far as getting orders correct, and not forgetting items. The crunchwraps have seriously gone downhill though. Past 3 crunchwraps I've gotten either have a really tuff and chewy tortilla that is impossibly hard to bite through, or just don't taste good at all. The burritos are good. Solid 3 stars in food, would be 4 if they fix their crunchwraps
They always get our orders wrong and this time 3 times in a row. Once it was so bad that it was when we got all the way home (20 mins away) when we realized the WHOLE order was wrong and had to go all the way back. Probably won’t be going back to this location anymore. Keeping it a 3 star because when our orders are correct it is decent Taco Bell.
Edit: We didn't have any issues for a while. But tonight was ....something? Half cooked and half folded quesadilla, had to warm it up at home. Which in itself isn't something you should expect from a fast food place. They don't follow order changes/customizations lately. This has happened multiple times recently, leaving my food inedible. 😒 Service has dropped alot.

Every time I’ve eaten at this location I feel like the food is incredibly skimpy and poor quality. This was my most order of the chicken street chalupas. It looks like they forgot to fill the taco, for $6 this is pretty disappointing. The other items in my order were similar. Food is not fresh or worth it, stop elsewhere.
DO NOT go here in the evening. The drive thru does not move. If your lucky you'll figure that out before you get trapped by the curbs.
Search time in a row my order was completely wrong when I brought it home. Keep giving me SPOONS to eat my taco salad.... grrr...
I don't often come here, mostly because my order had missing items a couple times. You also can't mobile order ahead of time, they recommend ordering asap. Not ideal..
Ordered three regular and three supreme crunchy tacos. Forgot to inventory. That's right they were all regular. This happens way too many times so I'm squawking. My # was 188.
The food is always good, but last night the staff was super rude. I paid for sour cream and jalepeno on my taco, and they forgot so I very nicely just asked for a side, and the worker started cussing.
I was twice completely ignored by employees while trying to order and trying to ask where my soda cup was. The food I ordered was sloppily assembled making it difficult to eat, and my "crunch wrap" lacked crunch. I'm not looking for much from fast food, but this didn't make even that low bar.
My friends and I ordered the nacho fries and we all had bad gas after consuming the morsels. The cheese they supplied us was tasting like cardboard. Not coming here again (obviously.)
Ugh, 30 minute wait for fast food? They prioritize take out and drive through so the the dining room is fully of hangry patrons at lunch time. Geeze
Would be ok if they got the food right and followed the recipe instead of throwing random stuff together that's not even on the menu also check the soda machine Dr pepper tasting like straight soda water.
Taco bell is designed for the desperate night owl. I always imagine the food so much better than It is and I never learn my lesson. If you are that person at 11 pm right now thinking about making that taco bell run let me be the steadfast reminder that the quality of the food you get is nothing like what you're imagining. That being said I can't blame this location specifically and of you are steadfast on eating taco bell then this location with serve you just as well as any other
Ordered on DoorDash and they forgot one of my quesadillas
If you want service here go through the drive through. Theres 9 orders of foodless people waiting inside while multiple drive through orders keep getting taken to the window.

On 02/05/2024 at about 6:30 pm, During the storms going on right now I wanted to get something quick for my family. We were expecting a hot meal with the price it was($50+). The workers gave us the wrong order, but also gave us an order that was cold and soggy. In the picture you can see that they added another shell to make them look “fresh”.
It's FILTHY here... I worked at a Taco Bell a year or so ago and it was NEVER this bad... The parking lot is tiny and barely any room for anything. There's graffiti markings all over everything. Tables, the seats, the bathrooms, everything. Trash on the floor. Trash left on the tables. Theres old moldy soda in the bottom of the soda fountain... They're probably short staffed, but there's no reason for it to look THIS bad... Come on... Food was okay, I guess. Considering I only got a mini quesadilla and potato soft taco... Not that hard to do. I mean... It's 2pm on a Monday. There's 6-7 employees here. There's like no reason it should be this gross in here. Also, half the sodas at the fountain were out of syrup. Maybe I caught them at a bad time, but it looks AWFUL in here... And there's a GM in here that doesn't seem to care.
I was eating a burrito supreme and I choked on a shredded piece of plastic. Gross and scary!
Completely unmelted cheese on my burrito, and enough salt on my chips to make them inedible. I've had plenty of bad experiences over the years here & this is one of the more unfortunate ones.
Worst run Taco Bell. Took 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Then another 30 minutes for my food to be done. Should be called Slow Bell. Staff was rude as well and understaffed. Will not be going back.
I ordered 2 things of this menu. Drove 15 minutes home and the taco I ordered smelt like half rotten canned dog food. Do disappointed and disgusted.
Trash never give me waht I order and won't chage it
Ordered 4 items got only two. Called to complain and their number is hooked to a fax machine. Lol. Terrible experience. Avoid if possible
Sloppy, messy food compared to other locations. Employees are loud and below average
I cannot put into words how disappointing the customer service is at this location. Which hasn't always been the case
Some friends and i were hanging out and skating in the taco bell parking lot when a lady that did not work there told us we are very rude and need to leave. we waited for an employee to kick us out. after she did, we kindly left and waved goodbye to the lady and employee and they both proceeded to flip us off and curse us away. two friends went back for detail on what the frustration was all about. the employee then cursed at us more and threatened to attack. i feel you should be aware of your employees aggressive interactions with customers.
Such horrible customer service never experienced such an unprofessional environment, understanding its fast food, cursing at fellow employees is beyond disgusting and humiliating. I would be insanely embarrassed both working and managing such an immature team. Definitely will not be returning purely based off of cashiers demeanor and customer service.
This is ridiculous. I asked the guy twice if everything was in the bag after I doubled checked the items while ordering. I got home to BOULDER CREEK And our order is wrong, they are not answering the phone and my receipt is not in the bag. And the items are not marked at all. We had to open every item to discover the order is wrong. I am calling and complaining to the corporate office.
I ordered a taco box and a burrito supreme and chicken quesadilla for me and my kids..When i got home in santa cruz realized they forgot the burrito and quesadilla, i called them up and drove back to scotts vally they treated me like i was a scammer and didnt want to refund me i just wanted what i paid for and for all my troubles and driving asked if they could remake my order and the manager said no so now i have all this cold food and half my order...THIS PLACE IS RUDE AND HAS A GO SCREW YOURSELF POLICY...wont be coming back ever...SAD!!!
Staff charged me almost double price than every other taco Bell. I informed them. Price was lowered....But still incorrect. I pulled up the menu price from the official site. The girl was not in the mood to discuss. We just left. Won't be going back.
No cravings box? Ok, I’ll go eat actual Mexican food for cheaper. Sad I have to leave the area to get Taco Bell at Taco Bell prices.
our food was wrapped poorly leaving most our food in a pile on the bottom a messy grease leaking paper bag. Tried calling but this location ignores their landline often.
They mess up my order on a nightly basis, dont answer the phone when I call . I order a bean and rice burrito and sub the refried beans for black beans. They charge for that. I get home and my burritos are packed with refried beans. Unacceptable toncharge for something not provided
Were on the way home after a long day and we asked for extra cheese on our crunch wrap and 2 different types of sauces. We got neither. And our burritos and tacos were so soggy from the grease in the meat that everything was ridiculously soggy.
The service sucks, place is filthy. Came in after lunch hours with one person ahead of me. Waited 20 minutes for two soft tacos and a crunch wrap.
The drive thru is supposed to be fast. Sitting in here trapped for 30 min before even being helped is unacceptable. don't bother. you're better going to Santa Cruz than stopping here.
They missed part of my order and did not give me my receipt and put the food in my bag upside down. Better local options.
Guy taking our order had serious attitude problems and they just tossed our food in the bag, crushing the tacos and fries. We asked for some sauces and so he grabs two handfuls and pretty much tossed it all into our hands and about half of it fell on the ground outside from how much he grabbed and didn’t care if we had most of it or not, then he slammed the window shut after we thanked him despite his horrible attitude. Worst customer service service ever. Kid “helping” us was pale with dark curly hair and wore an anime sweatshirt
I used to really like this Taco Bell but I just can't trust it anymore. Especially in the drive thru orders will have missing items and incorrectly made items more often than not. It seems to be better if you order inside but the drive thru is very hit or miss.
We ordered our tacos and other items with chicken because we don't like the beef. They told us they didn't have enough chicken for our last item so subbed it with beans. When we got our items the gave us all beef on our items. Luckily we caught. The last few times we didn't catch them and ended going home with beef items. Also the last few times we've been there the tacos had no filling and neither did the gordita's. However, the staff there were extremely nice and totally on top of everything else. I think that maybe the people in charge need to make sure that their employees are fully stocked with enough food to get through a day. SV Taco Bell used to be the best TB in the county.
Going here is like gambling, but you can never win more than you paid for, and usually lose 50% of what you did. Every single time I have gone here, they forget something on my order. So if you are feeling risky, go here. But me personally, I don't have the time, patience, or money to waste there. Never going back.
If I could give no stars I would. This location in particular makes me rather buy the items at the grocery store and make it right at home. Not to mention this location constantly leaves out or "gets it wrong" once in the bag. My family has tried and today 4/22/21 is the last time ever at Scott's Valley Taco Bell. Figure it out management... You could crush sales with a better quality control over your service here in SLV.
Worst location ever. They almost always forget something at this Taco Bell, so I've learned to do a bag check before pulling out of the drive through. Today they hit a new low when I asked for fire sauce and got ketchup instead. Who knew they even had ketchup? Also, one half of my burrito was cold like it had just come out of the fridge, but the other half was cooked. How do they even do that?
I’d like to start by saying I am a fan of Taco Bell in general, but this location is in shambles. Taco Bell ran out of refried and black beans tonight. Comical, right? But equally ridiculous. I manage a local restaurant, so I get it- off nights happen. I offered to stay a couple minutes (I assumed it wouldn’t take long to heat up some beans of either variety). The manager’s answer was petty and pretty rude, “If you can’t see, we’re pretty busy right now. It’ll take 45 minutes to make more”. There were 4 customers in the store and no visible line of cars in the drive thru. I got my money back. Additionally, even during past experiences that weren’t this horrendous, it still took far too long to receive my “fast food”.
I placed my order online to avoid wait. I arrive 10-15 mins later, I went inside the restaurant to avoid the long drive thru line, there were 3 workers making orders, including a young lady who seemed to have been the supervisor, I was not acknowledged at all, not a hello, not a "I'll be with you shortly". I moved close to the counter to get noticed, nothing worked. Not ONE worker bothered to help. Until the lady asked what I'm there for; SERIOUSLY? To get food, OBVIOUSLY! I told her Im waiting on my mobile order, I gave her my name and THATS when she started working on my order. UNREAL! I really wasted 25+ minutes on getting a Taco Bell order. Horrible customer service. Please greet the customer! DOOO BEEEETTEEER!!!!
Drive thru order... potato tacos were switched with beef tacos. Chipotle Chicken Melt was missing. Hubby got 6 very soggy crunchy tacos. Bag was full of grease, never happened before. I called and they said sorry, but offered nothing to compensate our ruined and missing food!
There was mold floating in our drinks :( once we got home and noticed, I called to let them know so they can clean their machine, but the phone just rings endlessly.

I don't usually write reviews but the person working the drive through was SO mean. I live with seven people and I was ordering for them and I prefaced the order with an apology that the order was going to be so big. They did not let me finish ordering several times and kept interrupting me and telling me to finish my order. They mocked me the entire time, made fun of the food I ordered, asked me if it was ok to round up my order price (?), I received maybe half of the right items, and once I added up the price it was 14 less dollars worth of food than what I paid. I'm always super polite to people working in food service because that is what I'm currently employed in as well and there was just no reason for this person working to be so incredibly mean. I'd say skip this location all together, nothing about this experience was good and I just felt like crying after I left.
This place has gone down hill over the past 6 months. We used to go there almost once a week. Now I think today was the last time. For one we were shorted 2 items from our order and what we did get wasn't complete. Chicken soft tacos should have cheese on them. On to of that I've been having to change my order for a while now because evidently they do not fry the chulupa shells anymore, makes it a bit like a soggy diaper.
Overpriced and poor service You would think paying these people $20 they could at least get your order right......but no...they charge for everything and then leave items out... Time to boycott and let them close down for good.
