The drive thru has always been a hit or miss with the long lines. The location in Westminster has had several times where they get our order wrong..forgetting to include food they have charged. Needless to say I have never gone back for the food. But this tops it off. Drive thru was so packed that I decided to go in for takeout. Doors were locked and when I knocked I was hand signaled to go through the drive thru. No one could come To the door to explain why. Hours of operation said the closed dine out until 10pm. It was 8pm. What is wrong with these businesses?!. And minimum wage has gone up, prices risen, very sad world we are in.

The most depressing restaurant, lots of senior citizens, when I walked in I felt like I was inside a retirement home lol, to make it even worse the lady cook dosent even knows how to cook, the food is extra greasy and she forgot to put rice in the burrito, I regret to stop by this place, wont ever again, if you like to get depressed this is the right place lol.

Always get grab from this place but it's been 3 times I order food and the rice is hard. It just ruins the whole eating experience and feels like I'm eating rocks. Do not recommend this location. The hard rice was also found in the 8layer burrito and cali burrito. Will not return to this location

Tonight I ordered through the drive thru & she kept telling me she couldn't hear me or understand me. I've ordered there once a week for 19 years, & first time to receive that response. So I raised my voice & spoke very slowly & she started yelling at me not to scream, etc. Excuse me? She just said she couldn't hear & now she was being rude & insolent & disrespectful. After 5 minutes a male voice came on & I asked if he could hear me & he said yes. Could he understand me? & he said yes. But that female made my visit intolerable by continuing to be rude & even verbally abusive. The speaker must need some servicing, but they kept blaming me. Horrible service & terrible attitude & continuing verbal abuse. There are other del tacos to go to -- please find another one. This one on a wed. night is not a place to be in my opinion. Why do these people try to blame us for their own problems? I find these women intolerable. The male had no problem hearing or understanding & was polite & compassionate. But seems to be mostly women on Wed. night. I recommend anywhere else but here on a wed. night.

The casher hispanic lady is very rude. Do not expect friendly service or respect in this location. I asked for cup holder/tray, she threw it on top of the counter and looking at me like mad dog. For the food, tacos and bean burrito was ok but the meat in the double cheeseburger was too dry and old. I do not recommend this location. I wish I could give a negative stars for the service.

Didn't get served. 1 person in drive through. 1 person must've been on break who stood around the corner for about 45 seconds when I walked in and then decided to come out and sit at a table. Didn't say a word to me. Cook said someone at the counter. Male voice at the window said an inaudible. I get no service. Another person drives through and gets an order. I step away, get my napkins and sauce. Stand back at counter for 1-2 minutes with no service. Cook doesn't look at me or talk to me. Guy at the window didn't speak to me or take my order. I had no service at all and stood there for almost 5 minutes. I asked if I should go to drive through and there was not 1 response. I took my napkins and Inferno sauce and walked out. It must not of meant to be

My quesadilla was burnt and barely had anything cheese or chicken in. Soft tacos were really greasy. But the bean and cheese pretty good, they forgot the green sauce :/ 11/16/2025

Decent food, but the some people behind the counter can be very rude. There were 3 people in the restaurant, me included. I took my ticket and waited for my order to be called in a seat near the window. After a while I walk up and see a bag resting on the counter. I ask if it's mine, as I didn't hear the number called. She claimed she called 4 times. She literally saw me order the food and sit down. So she doubled-down with a flippant apology instead...

Absolutely trash. This place used to be great. It is complete garbage now, has been for the last 2 years. Orders are always wrong, food is terrible and cold!

Traveled 20+ minutes to pick up for a delivery app. Store hours posted open until 2:00 am and the app support said open until 11:59 pm but the drive thru was closed and the team members Channing the trash cans said they had no idea how to use the delivery apps and claimed they had been closed for quite a while. Smh. The team members seemed irritated with me. I don’t know why, they seem to be payed for their time. Im not.
