Comida casera buenísima, variedad de platos para elegir y una tortilla espectacular. Leo en otros comentarios que lamentan la subida de precios y es totalmente normal: la subida de precios que notamos los ciudadanos de a pie en la cesta de la.compra lo notan también los establecimientos con sus proveedores. La materia prima aumenta de precio por lo que no queda más remedio que subir el precio del producto final si se quiere seguir dando una comida de calidad. Trato maravilloso por parte del personal que a pesar de estar hasta arriba de encargos te reciben con una sonrisa y una simpatía que hace que la visita sea agradable.
Este maravilloso sitio me ha llegado recomendadísimo hasta León y se ha vuelto un lugar indispensable en nuestros viajes a Sevilla. Excelente calidad, trato muy amable y la mejor tortilla que he probado en toda mi vida. Absolutamente recomendable.
Cada 15 días suelo pedir arroz y otros entrantes. Siempre que prueba los arroces una persona nueva nos pregunta de dónde es porque está buenísimo, cualquiera de sus arroces. Sin ninguna duda, los arroces de 10.

Hello, good afternoon. I went to this establishment to inquire about prices, and from the very first moment, the service was extremely unpleasant. I asked about the prices, and the employee responded rudely, telling me to look them up myself. The food they gave me was cold, and when I mentioned it, she simply told me to heat it up myself if I wanted. I also asked about the different prices of the meals, and again, the response was unprofessional: "You look them up." I asked for a fork, and they told me they didn't have any, which is surprising for a takeaway place, where they should at least have plastic cutlery. I asked for bread, and they told me they didn't have any either. Even when I asked for a drink, they told me they didn't have any. The service from the woman who served me was very unfriendly and completely inappropriate for someone who works with the public. My experience was very negative. I went once, and I won't be returning.

Homemade and delicious food. They've been in Santa Clara for many years, and for good reason. It's a takeaway place; you can't eat in. They accept orders, which can be placed by phone. The place is very clean, and part of the kitchen is visible. You can see how efficient they are while they work. It's not a cheap place, but the food is really good. I recommend the Spanish omelets, the tuna empanada, and the stew croquettes. The empanada dough isn't dry at all… very, very good. The confit cod and the ratatouille are also excellent. Their menu is available on their website, and they have a special Christmas menu. They are very professional, which is why there are always customers there. They usually serve quickly, so if you see a lot of people, don't worry. That said, it's best to order in advance. You'll guarantee your food and a shorter wait.

After a long time yesterday Saturday we went for some croquettes, tortilla and meatballs in beef cheek sauce and we loved everything!!! The tortilla was incredible (better the next day and cold) the stew croquettes were very tasty and the meatballs were very juicy and flavorful!!! Everything was super homemade!!! And the treatment of the girl who served us was 10!!! Very kind and nice and a pleasure to chat with her!!! Highly recommended place to eat homemade and delicious food!!!! EDIT to say that yesterday June 1st we went again and we didn't like it, we went for meatballs and we felt ripped off, 8 meatballs for something like 9 is an abuse, more than anything because the biggest weight is the large amount of sauce she put in the jar. Last time we got an omelet, 8 meatballs, and 10 croquettes, and it cost 22 euros. Now, for 8 meatballs, they charged me 9 euros... I'm sorry, but no! We won't be back, and I don't recommend it!

The food was decent: breaded cutlets, roasted vegetables, and croquettes were all good, fine. The shock came with the bill. When takeout is significantly more expensive than eating out at a bar, something's not right... The price per kilo of roasted vegetables was €19.47, and a small portion of roasted vegetables cost just over €9, which seems exorbitant. In the end, a small portion of vegetables + 6 croquettes (made with stew and pringá meat) + a small portion of garlic chicken + 5 breaded cutlets cost just over €30. Draw your own conclusions...
My experience was mixed. We went on the first day to ask for information, and the owner was very kind and sincere, advising us on quantities and dishes to celebrate my daughter's birth. We truly loved our meal and returned a few days later to order all our food from them, as we loved the service and the appearance of everything. On the day of the celebration, everything arrived just as agreed, on time, and with great service. We ordered tortillas, croquettes, Russian salad, lachrymosa, meat in sauce with baked potatoes, and empanadas with both meat and tuna. The entire meal was exquisite, and all my family and friends loved it, as it was homemade. I reserved several tortillas and empanadas for dinner in the kitchen of the reception hall, as I knew we would be there until the evening. To my surprise, when I opened the tuna empanadas, there was mold on all three, but not on the meat one. I think the ones we ate at lunch were all perfectly fine. The next day, I sent the owner a video of the empanadas via WhatsApp, recorded that same night—a few hours after they were delivered—so he could see what had happened and keep him informed. At no point was I expecting him to refund my money; I simply did it so he'd have a record of what had happened in case he had spoiled puff pastry. To my surprise, when I went to deliver the refrigerator the next day and mentioned the empanadas, the owner implied it was my fault for not putting them in the refrigerator because it had been very humid that day. Does that amount of mold grow in such a short time on fresh food without high temperatures? His response, when I told him I didn't agree and that it was impossible, told me that many people had already contacted him trying to lie to get their money back. Sorry, but that's not my case. I paid a good amount of money because I had a large order, and I was telling him the food was delicious, but that detail has passed. Anyway, that man's last treatment left a bad taste in my mouth, since he even gave me a voucher to redeem there for the money for the empanadas, since that's company policy, even though his wife told him we live far away and it's difficult for us to redeem it. It's not because of the €40 voucher; it's the last treatment that man gave us (his wife, and the rest of the employees, on the other hand, are fabulous). I think we should distinguish between people who are good and not compare ourselves with others who are crooks. I repeat, the food was excellent, except for that detail, which surely isn't anyone's fault at the company, but which should have been addressed differently without making me feel like I'm scamming anyone.
Aunque no es la primera vez que compramos comida en este local, porque la comida está bastante buena...es la primera vez que una de las dependientas nos pone caras y nos atiende de forma lamentable lo. Podrá ser cierto que como clientes preguntemos cosas en exceso y seamos pesados (encima a última hora) pero para nada el cliente puede recibir esa atención. Nos hemos ido del local descontentos con el trato y la poca educación.
The homemade meals are inedible. I keep buying their homemade meals hoping things have improved, but every time I buy them, almost all of them end up in the trash. I used to buy them regularly for the children because I didn't have time to cook when I picked them up from school, but the children won't eat them. It's not that they don't eat them, it's that all the meals taste bad. I mean, they all taste almost the same, with only minor differences. For example, the meatballs taste like nothing, and other dishes are the same. They charge too much, and in the end, you don't eat a satisfying meal. They don't taste like well-prepared food. They should think about the cooks there, who are very much stuck in the same rut. They don't improve the meals; they make them routine. What a shame. It could be something truly appealing to customers who know how to appreciate good food. I'm writing this because of what I've tried, what I've tasted. I think if things don't improve, I won't be going back there. It really is a matter of personal taste, but I personally don't like the way the chefs cook, and I don't like the prices either.
I've been a regular customer at La Pepi for a long time and have always appreciated the quality of the food and the friendly service. However, lately I've noticed several changes that concern me. On the one hand, prices have risen considerably, to the point that in some cases it's more expensive to buy here than to eat in a restaurant. This is especially noticeable with meats, where the difference is quite obvious. Furthermore, the weight of the dish is calculated including the sauce, which makes the actual price of the meat even more expensive. Added to this is the fact that they now also charge for the box and bag, which makes the final price even higher. And what I regret most is that, along with the price increase, the quality of the food has also declined. Before, everything had a more homemade and carefully prepared taste, but lately, it's less fresh and less careful with the preparation. Another thing I've also noticed is that they don't even put the weight on the receipt... I understand that expenses have increased for everyone, but I think it would be fair to review both the prices and the quality, because as regular customers, we value not only the taste, but also the consistency and trust in a place we visit frequently.
Pésima gestión de la clientela… te molestas en pedir tu encargo con tiempo y antelación de días para que cuando llegues a la hora pactada para recoger el pedido (si está lleno el local como me pasó a mí), tengas que esperar una cola eterna de gente que está comprando sobre la marcha….. 45 minutos de cola me comí… Si tienes clientes que se organizan bien, te encargan con antelación y te hacen tu trabajo más fácil, prémiaselo, no? Haz un cola para lo que vayas llegando sobre la marcha y una cola para recoger pedidos ya programados…. Es que si programo un pedido con días de antelación para al final, acabar comiéndome 45 min de cola…. Qué ventaja tiene pedirlo con tiempo¿?… ningún sentido el trato con el cliente… debería darle una vuelta. Tras respuesta del local, aclaro que fue el sábado 31 de enero a las 13 horas cuando teníamos marcado fecha de recogida y hasta las 13:45 no comenzaron a atenderme…. Si fuera mi empresa, haría una cola para recoger pedidos hechos con antelación y otra para el resto…. Si la persona que atiende pedidos preparados se queda libre y no hay más encargos detrás, obviamente que atienda a clientes de última hora….
Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner ninguna, pero el trato por parte de la dependienta ha sido horrible. Hice un pedido y nunca lo recibí, sin embargo se negaron a realizarme el rembolso y a cuestionar mi veracidad. Falta de respeto total y absoluto despotismo por parte de este local. Denunciaré por no hacerse responsables.

Hora de cierre incorrecta. Habéis perdido un cliente. Adios Después de la contestación, solo dejar claro que ya encontré otro lugar de comidas para llevar " menos prepotentes y sin problemas de luces ( de ningún tipo)".

Very unfriendly staff with a clear lack of motivation. When a call is poor, the best course of action is to get back in touch and answer, or return the call. I work in customer service, and when calls are dropped due to poor reception, we call back to ask if they need assistance. Clearly, they didn't. They didn't answer the call again for two hours. This is not a fabricated review. We have provided evidence. We are paid to work, not to write negative reviews. In fact, we only initially left one negative review, but after questioning that review, we added four. Furthermore, we strongly advise wedding groups, schools, corporate events, etc., not to book or do anything with these people.
I called two weeks ago to place an order. Since it was a small order, they told me to call 24 hours in advance. I called today and there was a lot of noise. Then, I called again and a woman said, "I'll put you through to my colleague," and this went on for six minutes before I hung up. I called again and they told me the order had to be over 50 euros.
