My drinks are always made on time and taste amazing, you can tell they put care into every order. I can literally taste every dollar I spend, and it’s worth it every time. "At this location in Shafter California at 136 West Lerdo Hwy. The atmosphere is cozy, very clean & sanitary. The breakfast sandwiches like The "Sausage Egg & Cheddar Breakfast Sandwich's and candied pops are tasty. I've for menu items that I normally drink are grande all paradise, dragon drinks, espresso oat milk cold brews, an my signature custom a Pike with two shots of espresso! The service is excellent in my opinion, I'm getting to know the manager and barista employees. Every morning I'm greeted with a smile. Friendly service. This is my rating of this location. The sweetheart that took my order came to my table and asked me if my matcha frappe was sweet enough, it was not at all, I was honest and she told me they changed the recipe and no longer add or use the sweetener they used to use, she remade my frappe with sweet cream and it was the best one I have ever tasted, she even told me how to order it next time to get it that way in the future, I been really bummed been looking for work and my depression has been at an all time high , her note on my cup and how she made me feel important when this world has been beating me down , might have just saved my life. I wish I got her name . God bless you , you made my day today . Tears flowing down my cheeks as I write this in the parking lot.
I am always getting the same thing at starbucks which is always there sweet vanilla cream cold brew . But this time I been wanting to try new things so I decided to ask the baristas about their favorite drinks from there and getting that and I was not disappointed
They are super nice and friendly, especially all the crew and mostly yevtte thanks😁😁

One year later, and I feel like now that i’ve become a regular customer, this place is amazing. Its atmosphere is welcoming and feels calm, the food is great and the workers provide excellent service. This is THE place to drink at.

I LOVE Starbucks I’m so glad we have one in town. I’ve been there a few times drive thru and dine-in, employees are very nice there. I’ve also been to Starbucks in Bakersfield and am always so happy to get to see Lorena. I love how she’s always putting a smile on people always so nice and respectful. Very friendly employee!!
I love this Starbucks when I come out to Shafter! Great customer service! “Maria” is so sweet. They are all amazing.
I love coming to this location everyone greets me as soon as I come in and always make my drink correct. For the people that complain about the time it takes to get your drinks you have to take in consideration that individuals don't just order 1 drink they order up to 8 to 12 drinks per order and you also have to take inconsideration all the mobile orders that are being put in, so have patience they are not robots they are human and going as quick as possible to complete all drink orders.
I had a great experience! I got complimented by i believe her name is les? But she was great! I just got my nails done for my wedding and she complimented both my hair and nails! She had a really nice tone of voice and gave me my drink and cookie in a flash!

Takes like 15 minutes to get one tall black coffee and one butter croissant. Really?? Starbucks service has really gone down since this year. No blaming the people working here as they are great, I say more to blame is corporate and who ever runs this area.
Orders online in the morning. Drink said would be read 5:17 showed up at 5:22 drink was not ready. the app notified that drink was ready so when I asked the lady said sorry l'm working on it. She then made 3 other drinks so l asked again about mine a few minutes later and she told me I'm working on it. Told her to forget it because I was late for work and she said she had it in her hand getting it done so l waited 2 more min I didn't get drink till 5:34 and the coffee was not good. Don't recommend this place specially with worker lying about working on drink. HORRIBLE!!!
