Definitely one of my worst times at a Panda Express and I've been to several locations in several different states. The Beijing Beef is super gritty and has a heavy cornstarch like taste/consistency. I've never experienced this before and wasn't going to write a review solely based off of that until I received a chicken tender in my honey sesame chicken. The honey sesame chicken has hardly any sauce and is either extremely large peices of chicken or just the small peices that don't have any chicken inside. Definitely felt like this was some hole in the wall dollar-a-scoop Chinese food place based off of the food alone.

The lady that checked my mom and I out was VERY rude. She acted like it was a problem and that it was killing her to get us some sauce. Then it was a problem to get us cups. Then when our change didn’t put out enough she told my mother to move((which she had no idea as she is hard of hearing)) I will NOT be coming back!

I ordered rice with orange chicken and they gave me something completely different, and the girl was just talking to the others and didn't take my order correctly.

I'd Never Record This Place. Food is Horrible. Manager Has a Extremely Bad Aditude. This Happened 5 Month's Ago. I Called Due to the fact that We Had Food Poisoning On Something From That Day. Called In I was Niceville About it and Told General Mgr. My Experience, He's Said Suggested that I Call Corporate. They Weren't Very Helpful Whatsoever. Finally Afternoon Almost 2 Month's They Refunded My Credit card. Horrible Fast Food. Needs to be Inspected By the Health Dept.

23.00 for 2 bowls and they are not even full. The egg rolls are very greasy. Not happy Panda!

Way too much onion, there was giant pieces of onion in my food. A little is fine, but I had so many in my food I couldn't eat it. Also, the rolls were greasy.

Store is in a busy area, so you can expect it little wait. But the customer experience is terrible. The staff seems to hate their jobs, they are very rude and only really care for Hispanic customers. I waited for my food but orders were placed in front of mine. The manager is not experienced and does care about customer service

I’m writing to report an unpleasant experience I had at your Panda location yesterday. I had placed a to-go order and came in to pick it up while my family was seated at a table waiting for me. As I reached over to grab my order — something I’ve done easily at other restaurants like Chipotle — the cashier/server at the front rudely shouted at me, saying I couldn’t reach over for the food. When I picked up the bag and began walking back to the table to get my phone, she loudly yelled again, demanding that I “drop the food” and show confirmation, even though I had proof of purchase. Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional and embarrassing in front of other customers. After showing my receipt, I was met with an annoyed smirk instead of an apology. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of proper customer service training. I hope management addresses this incident and provides proper coaching to ensure no one else is treated this way.

To drive an hour and half round trip to get for spending 40 bucks and then to not give you all your food and say they did and won't fix it. Shame on you you guys have shit customer service

The worst experience of my life with cold food. I usually order Cub Food, and it's the first time they've served me such a small portion. I went to talk to the manager to tell him that I thought they had served less than what was appropriate, and he said that was fine. They literally served me half the portion. I worked at Panda for a long time, and I know that wasn't the right portion. I think customer service is terrible, as they don't try to solve the problem, but rather do the opposite.

Out of the 3 plates of food they got everything single one of the them wrong The first plate was honey sesame chicken and orange chicken with fried rice got orange chicken with fried rice 2nd plate Beijing beef and orange chicken with chow main got orange chicken and chow main 3rd plate Beijing beef and kung po chicken with fried rice got orange chicken and fried rice We only got 1 thing right which was spring rolls Live 45 minutes away and when we got home we realized that we got a completely wrong order Poor quality called 12 times no one answered shows their appreciation to their customers

Absolutely terrible! Usually, I go inside to get my order, until fresh anything is put out and I'm patient about it. Seems like they're taking advantage of our circumstances and serving leftovers whenever convenient. I had what seems like 3/4 onions and greens in my noodles.
