Christian is honestly the best cook I've ever seen in a Waffle House !! She is great at her job and enjoys doing it with a smile on her face 😀 she serves up TOP NOTCH SERVICE EVERY TIME our church group goes into eat after service 😀

Went on a Thursday around 9am, we had to wait about 10min for a table. Our waitress was fun, she was upbeat. It's been 15+ years since I've had waffle House, it's delicious. The waffle was great, eggs cooked exactly as ordered. Bacon fried to perfection. I loved my meal. Parking was ok, crowded, but found a spot.

I came in opening morning and ordered to go, my order came out quickly and was exactly what I ordered. It is always hit or miss when you go to a place that has newly opened but they nailed it! Glad to have y'all in our little town!

Waffle House has always been a go to to get breakfast. I enjoy the atmosphere this is a brand new location. Very clean and very nice. Great customer service and friendly staff. The food was really good I had the cheese steak hash browns bowl. It was really good I just thought it would of been a little more to it. But these days everyone is cutting back

Staff is nice and good is good so it’s a plus for me,we went Sunday and it was a young black guilt I couldn’t get her name but she was rude about the seating when I asked her and had a attitude for some reason and said a slick remark under her breath,if she reads this she’ll know it’s her,other then that the cooks and staff was nice and consistent.

I tried to order food to go from the new Silsbee location, but for some reason they still aren't open 24 hrs yet...and more than that...the website will only let you order food from 6am-2pm. So I'm confused on their hrs of operation...because you can get food delivered after that...but u aren't allowed to come pick it up??? Really weird....I guess I should really wait a couple more weeks.

Its pretty standard to relieve a To-go fee or a service charge from places nowadays however this place charges both simultaneously. What was supposed to be two burgers and hash browns turned into nearly a whopping 40 dollars after tip. Its a nice enough place but be hyperaware of the to-go and service fees that will make your bill rather extremely expensive, effectively punishing you for wanting to bring food home/to work.

The food here has always been consistently good, which keeps me coming back. However, I’ve had repeated issues trying to place orders over the phone. No one ever answers, regardless of the time of day. I even drove by once when the place looked nearly empty, so it seemed like they easily could have taken a call. It’s frustrating and makes it hard to order takeout conveniently. Hopefully, they can improve their phone response times soon. District management, take notes.

Wouldn't recommend cook was sneezing/snot on his shirt, another cook touching the register with gloves on and pulling his phone out of his pocket with gloves on then touching food with same gloves, food all over the floor workers stepping on toast/food flies everywhere disgusting I'm very aware they just open but being unsanitary is absolutely disgusting..
