El Pollo Corona Grill is a gem! The tri-tip is a flavor explosion, and the salsa is top-notch. The chicken is phenomenal, and the prices are fair. The only downside is the dated atmosphere, but the incredible food more than makes up for it. Simi Valley locals, don't miss out on this place!

Amazing chicken, not sure what the marinade is but OMG. Also had the beef and wet burrito, both great. Their salsa is insane. Very good service.

The food here El Pollo Corona grill is so yummy! they have different choices of chicken, pork (including pork chop) as well as a couple different beef and steak options. this is some of the best barbecue Mexican food you're going to find. I'm finally broke down in order the corona trio which is pork chop, bbq chicken, anfd flank steak. I can't recommend as many item enough it's updated from a previous review that was five stars, and I give him the six star if it was available. I stop in here at least once if not more every time I'm in town. another way you can know this is a great restaurant, is every time I'm here it's about 80% of the customers are from the Hispanic community

Fantastic chicken, but don't underestimate the carne asada it's very good and worth the combination plate. Not to mention tortilla, chips from scratch

Meats on their own are great but for burritos, customization is limited. No guacamole, no avocado, no lettuce. The burrito ends up tasting like a guisado kind of burrito and not classic carne asada but it is still very good.

Amazing grill Chicken!! Salsa and beans have better flavor than my last visit!! Little expensive but is worth it!!! Highly recommended!!

Went over to go get some lunch from there. It’s been a while since I’ve been into this place. I ordered a mixed picante burrito with everything on it. Once I started eating it, I noticed that it didn’t have any sour cream, It was missing the picante, and it wasn’t a mixed burrito. It was only a chicken burrito, but I was charged as a mixed. it’s just upsetting because I was craving this for a while and now that I finally got to go to this spot my order Wasn’t correct!

Stopped in for some authentic Mexican food and really enjoyed it. The pollo and tri-tip were flavorful, served with beans, salsa, and a surprisingly good potato salad. Everything tasted fresh, portions were solid, and the service was friendly. A great spot to grab a satisfying meal — I’d definitely come back.

I've been going here for 20 plus years and have always loved this place. Now the prices are out of control. 2 simple chicken lunches at over $25 is not reasonable. I love this place but I can't afford it anymore. It used to be 12-14 $ for the same. Double price is un exceptable now. I wish them luck, but with these price increases I can not go like I used to go. Too high of prices. Not good. It's nonsense
