The best place in Simi to get delicious iced coffee at a very reasonable price. Their specialty drinks and iced lattes are so delicious and quality is always consistent. The baristas are so friendly and welcoming, which makes your experience even more memorable. This is a go to spot for me and my coworkers.

Cool, hip, trendy and "youthful" coffee shop. The regular latte is good for the price but if you like a REALLY RICH AND CREAMY latte experience try the Maui Latte made with their own "Maui Milk" (half and half, vanilla, and a few other secret ingredients).The slightly warmed lemon blueberry coffee cake was also delicious. Special thanks to Sam and Dante for helping me navigate the menu and understand the drink options. Friendly service.

Kind staff and quick service for the relative popularity. Sandwich was good; coffee was better. Great place if you like flavors with coffee (blended drinks, syrups, etc). I worked there for a couple hours and would do it again if I was in the area.

Loved, loved, loved this place. The atmosphere was relaxing and upbeat! There was a variety of drinks and food that our decisions were hard to come by. We loved everything from the friendliness of the staff to the prices of our choices. Highly recommend!

Great food/coffee, very sweet people working there. So glad I stopped in on a whim! Got a cold brew and BEC on an English muffin. Eggs were fluffy and the taste was so good, I almost went back in for a second one. Prices are very reasonable too. Will definitely be back!

I stopped by this Coffee place to finally try their hot chocolate. This place is literally across the street from the work so it was convenient for me. I found parking fine because I came right when they open but it can get difficult if you come later in the day. When I walked in, they were still setting up for the day but I was able to put in my order of hot chocolate and their chocolate crossiant. The inside of this place looks relaxing and I think you should be able to work here as well if needed. There also some outside seating that this place share with Panda Express. I thought the hot chocolate was good but the chocolate crossiant is heavy so be aware. I got the crossiant hot, so the worker microwave it. I'll be sure to come back again if I want some hot chocolate or anything else.

Friendly and helpful staff. I got the Maui Mocha half sweetness. It was still a little sweet for me but the drink was not bad. The red velvet coffee cake was delicious, I got it warmed up as recommended by the staff and that was a good choice. This place has a fun chill vibe and gets very busy.

Makenna has one of the best coffee I have tasted (Iced Maui, w/almond milk, no whip). I usually order on the app for pick up and they always have my order ready. How do you walk into a location and have 5 to 8 people working and NOT 1 acknowledges you as you walk in, pick up your order or walk out. Blows me away. Love the location. Love my coffee drinks. Breakfast sandwich depends on who makes them, some days good and other days not so good. Hard sausage is just not what I want on a sandwich. I always order ahead. Can't stand the wait order at the counter.

The food itself is good. For example, their chocolate croissants are delicate and delicious. But its taste hinders when the workers take 10 minutes to take it out of the display case to go and warm it up. I got my coffee within 3 minutes of ordering it which I appreciate because I was in a rush. But then my croissant, which takes about 30 seconds to warm up, was the one making me late. This in fact does not make sense when I saw 12 bags of pastries go into the two microwaves at the same time. Additionally, my croissant was cold and stiff despite being one of the 12 that were in the microwave. I am disappointed Makenna. Do better with your food services.

Service was terrible. The employees never smiled once. Never made eye contact or asked if they could help me after 15 minutes for 2 drinks. 4 orders got completed before mine and they didn’t care to be kind at all. This place use to be so lively and fun. For the price of their coffee you would think they would be happy to work there. Get a new job if you’re miserable.

Koffee was good. But the kid at the register seemed fake-interested in people in order to get tips. As soon as he gave me the receipt, he couldn’t be bothered to hear my answer to his question as he was busy looking to the customer behind me. Very weird.

This review is specifically for the truck, because the store always does an incredible job with their service and always have positive attitudes. The girls in the truck as of today 7/16 are a big shame. Completely rude and when my sister asked for her coffee there was no communication, no greeting and no positive attitude or at least a decent smile. If you don’t like where you work then don’t work there at all. Simple as that. The truck was more convenient for me but definitely going to the store now because of this experience.
