My husband and I sit at the sushi bar every Friday. The fish is excellente quality. Very fresh and our sushi chef Thomas always is fun and creative with our selection. This is by far the best in Simi Valley. Ps the fried calamari is great.

I tried their salmon and tuna sushi. Very good indeed. The cuts were straight, slightly larger than the rice, with a good bit of wasabi. Perfect for what I was after.

Easy online order, quick pick up, great tasting! Tad on the expensive side but most of the portions were decent.

Really nice staff, nice decor, great range of choices. Appetizers are great. Good fish to rice ratio. Top tier sushi is definitely not a Simi Valley thing, but this is a great spot for the area.

The food was great, the service not so much. They forgot our order and its very clear that they have people who are favorite customers.

I got raw parts to my salmon 2 times but because the sushi was pretty good and close to home I didn't make a big deal out of it I just ordered it a different way to help this not happen. Well tonight I ordered it thinking everything would be perfect I just wanted smaller pieces of salmon on top so they would Cook all the way well I open my Togo box and the salmon is chard , burned to a crisp ... I was like ok at least I'll be eating cooked salmon... Well that wasn't the case even with this burnt salmon I'm trooping through to eat there's parts that are raw still 😫😫😫 I'm so sad .. going to look for a new sushi place for my next order. I have photos but it's not allowing me to add them here .if I figure it out I'll try posting them

So I never have posted a review for anything and I am not one to complain, but I was so surprised by this that it was almost comical. I bought a order of seaweed salad for $6 dollars and I open the box and this is how much they gave me. It is literally 2 bites!! I even put my hand next to it so you can see how little they gave me. I can't even.

Great food! Horrible service. Last couple of times we've gone there for lunch it took 30 minutes to get our food. The cashier has been serving tables. He needs to stick to cashiering. I'd still go there for take-out but I'm not inclined to go back there for lunch and sit and wait and be ignored by the server. Not sure if management has changed or something in the past couple of months because it use to be a lot better.

Most of the restaurant was empty but it still took a few minutes to be noticed by the hostess. Upon greeting us she seemed stooped as to where to seat us and then only gave us one menu for two people. The menu is very limited and unnecessarily overpriced. We then waited 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order and ended up leaving, as no one ever came. The restaurant was mostly empty and the staff just stood around talking amongst themselves. I even had to go back in after leaving my phone on the table and no one said a word to us.

Was there yesterday with a date. The worst experience ever. Saw the sushi chef drop food on the floor and serve it twice, wasn’t concerned if we saw him at all. Worst service, bad food, old rice, old fish! Disgusting experience! Wouldn’t recommend it to worst enemy!

Have to edit my review. Very unhappy with my last experience, they forgot Cucumber in my california roll and i brought it back. They just stuffed Cucumber in the roll and so when i got it back it all fell apart. Pretty unprofessional.

Understaffed.... would not accept take out orders. Totally unacceptable in this day and age. You are better off going to a different sushi restaurant down the street, who are more reliable and better priced anyways.

I met up with a friend after work here. He had handed over his credit card before I had arrived to keep an open tab. Later, when it came time to settle the bill, he couldn't find his credit card ( because they already had it ). Thinking he had lost it, I paid the $98 Bill. The next day, he called his credit card company to see what the last charge was, and it was O2 sushi for $98. We paid twice. Ugh!!

This place just sucks. Excuse my candor but there is no better way to describe. Overpriced tiny rolls oh and they charged me large sake price for a small one. You can tell that they are robotic in their delivery and really don't care about anything but just squeezing blood out of pennies. Do you think that it may just be me? Roll the dice, it's your money but there are about 4 other sushi places in Simi that totally blow this place out of the water.

The worst experience w the waitress at H2o . The owner was amazing and the staff apologetic for the cluelessness of our waitress.... "SUE" From the start, Sue was absolutely clueless she arrives at the table. Doesent introduce herself, makes no mention of any specials. Then leaves without a word. I was seated with No menu Cold sake I had to Ask for my salad twice No drink No sugar Food was beautiful and boringly bland She was an absolute zombie. The owner came over and I let her know exactly what we experienced. She was very apologetic . then to my surprise the other waiter came over and wanted to thank me for finally telling the management how this woman sue is like this everyday. "I couldnt of said it better when I said as we left the restaurant you mark my words this woman Sue is going to cost you a lot of money. Guaranteed. " I would never recommend this place I would steer clear and you should not go there.

Portion size of the large saki was minimal as was the steamed rice. Stuffed jalapeño had way too much Sriracha which ruined the flavor. The oyster shots were less than good, probably the worst I’ve ever had. The sushi chef served me another oyster shot after I asked him what the ingredients were, thinking I wanted another one because his English was so poor. I said I didn’t order one, so he just threw it away instead of just offering it to this first time customer. It took over 20 minutes to get the check after asking for it. Frustrated, we went to the cashier to pay the bill. They had lost it, and were frantically going through the garbage can and their purses behind the counter! The ladies finally found it and I paid, but no tip. Happy New Year sushi experience was a massive let down. 👎
