I come to this restaurant basically weekly and tonight I had an extra amazing employee wait on me. Her name was Kasandra and she payed such good attention to detail. I am probably more of a high maintenance customer like I ask for very specific amounts of everything and ask a ton of questions. She was so patient and made sure to measure everything to my liking! She was so sweet and I felt she definitely deserves a good review!

Been coming here for years now any time I am craving a quick sushi style fix but not wanting to pay double at a sushi bar, my wife and I enjoy the food here and the service is always helpful. Tonight we were served by a young man by the name of Ian. He was super friendly and made sure to make our bowls exactly to our liking.Ian deserves to be acknowledged due to his professional manners. We will be back and we hope we get served by him again

This place never disappoints. The fish tastes super fresh, the portions are generous, and there are tons of toppings and sauces to customize your bowl exactly how you want it. Everything is clean, organized, and made quickly, even when it’s busy.

Large amounts of food even with a small which I’m a huge fan of, service was great and friendly, felt welcome. Big fan!

I crave the food from Pokitomik! Everything I have gotten has been fresh, tasty and the service is always amazing. Thier rewards program is an additional bonus. My favorite- the tacos! They are easy and just the perfect size and price!

First time here today. Staff was really friendly and patient. It does get a bit loud when you are trying to order and other people are ordering also. As for the food....it was really good. One daughter gave it a 10 out of 10. The bowls with three scoops of protein are quite filling. The tacos are delicious, but you need quite a few to fill you up.

It is convenient. The fish is decently fresh. A small bowl, which has two scopes of fish and 3 toppings was sufficient to fill this big boy up. They also have poki tacos, which is basically a wonton shell that they put the poki in. That was a little gimmicky and I prefer the bowl better. Be sure to join the rewards program if you frequent here. They often send out 10% off coupons and $5 offs. The service was okay, it's chipotle style build your own poki. Usually fairly quiet, with only a few tables available I think most patrons get their food to go

Sometimes, some of the fish doesn’t appear to be the freshest or most flavorful, but they are very generous with toppings, I like everything on my poke bowl and I like all fish. Selections are good, it’s fast, and tastes pretty good. I have come here many times now and it’s very convenient, nothing special, but pretty good.

My husband prefers all the sauces on the side—in individual cups—which can be a bit of an inconvenience, but they were incredibly kind and patient. Once we got home, we were able to split our bowls with our toddler and make ours spicy! They took the time to prepare a delicious bowl exactly the we like it. We truly appreciated their attention to detail and great service!

We chose takeout, and the young man who worked there greeted us with a smile and even wrote "Thank-you (my name)" on the takeout bag!!! 💛 It is little things like this that will make me a loyal customer. We found a different poke place in the Simi town center with amazing service, prices and food all around. I hate giving this rating but I spent a lot of money at this place for poor quality service and food.

The blonde girl was incredibly unnecessarily rude to us for no reason. I rarely leave reviews like this but we literally walked in and she completely ignored us and glared in our direction. Very weird experience that never happened to me before. The other male worker was friendly and finally attended us!
