Una experiencia que repetiría. El trato de la camarera fue de 10 al igual que la calidad de los platos. Se nota que el chef sabe lo que hace, incluso salió cuando acababa el servicio a preguntarnos como habia ido. Personal y calidad excelentes!

Gran descubrimiento en Sitges, local acogedor con cocina de autor y con todos los platos superando las expectativas. El camarero es muy amable y se nota que sabe lo que hace y que es bueno en su trabajo, conoce al detalle la preparación y los ingredientes que lleva cada plato y te recomienda de forma excelente. Todos los platos buenísimos, a nosotros nos han encantado los croquetones, recomendacion absoluta!

Fuimos a El Pop en Sitges y la experiencia fue excelente. La comida estaba riquísima y el ambiente muy agradable, pero lo que realmente marcó la diferencia fue el trato de Noe. Es atenta, simpática y muy profesional, nos hizo sentir como en casa en todo momento. Da gusto encontrar personas así que disfrutan de su trabajo y cuidan cada detalle. Una experiencia absolutamente inolvidable. Las gambas estaban tan frescas que casi parecían escaparse de la mesa, ¡nunca había probado algo así en mi vida! El pulpo fue sencillamente espectacular y el ceviche una auténtica maravilla, una explosión de sabores en la boca. Además, el servicio fue encantador y extremadamente divertido, lo que hizo la velada aún más especial. Una noche perfecta de principio a fin.

We went to El Pop multiple times over a few months and every time were blown away by how good everything was. The menu del dia was excellent – generous portions with a lot more care and creativity than you usually expect. We came back to try the ceviche - and were not disappointed: It was incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and balanced - one of the best ceviches I’ve had in a long time. On top of the great food, the people running the place are genuinely lovely – warm, attentive, and welcoming. All in all, El Pop is one of the places in Sitges I highly recommend.

We ate there for the second year in a row during our visit to Sitges, it was so good the first time, we had to come back! And we weren’t disappointed! Particularly delicious was the black cod, pork belly and tuna tataki. Great and friendly service as well!

Small place but the foods are so good. The guy was very friendly but he was there in his own so the service is a bit slow but over all was very fine. We ordered the garlic shrimp but they changed to scallop because the shrimp are not fresh. I guess it can tell they do care what they are serving, the foods quality. I would go back again.

Usually when a restaurant says they do fusion kitchen, I keep away. I stumbled into restaurant by accident, and was I positively surprised! We had tapas, all of which were of excellent quality and taste. The brie, the blood sausage and the octopus were particularly memorable!

Víctor Manuel was an incredible host. Explained the meal in detail. Fantastic recommendations. Delicious food. This was our second dinner after creeping on their food with our first restaurant. This was by far our favourite meal during all of our meals in Spain The octopus pork was incredible. Slow cooked eggs with ham was simple but delicious in every way. Would come back here again if we had another day

The entire experience deserves more than 5 stars! The waiter was attentive to all 6 of our needs and gave excellent recommendations for the food and wine, which led to everyone loving every single dish that came to the table. We shared most dishes which were extremely generous. I wish I'd had a chance to take photos of each but the food was so appealing that I couldn't ask the others at my table to wait for my photoshoots 😅🙏 after a long day under the sun, El POP was the perfect spot to unwind in a relaxing environment. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience for all of us and our taste buds 😋🥰

My partner and I visited on a Sunday night for our last dinner in Sitges. We certainly picked the right place. Online booking made reserving a table very straightforward. Manu knew our name as soon as we walked in and gave us a choice of tables. He was very friendly and created an inviting and fun dining experience for us. Decor is modern and classy. Our first thoughts were that the menu is impressive, fine dining almost - can they execute on it well? The answer was yes. We had the Tuna Tartare & Burrata to start, and Octopus, & Scallop and Truffle Risitto for mains. For dessert, a slice of red velvet cake. Whilst all was perfectly executed with fresh high quality ingredients, the standout dish for us was the Tuna Tartare. To round it off, Manu gave us complementary pallete cleanser shots. The only criticism we had of our experience was that we were asked to keep our cutlery for both courses, but this is very minor. In summary: great food, reasonably priced for the quality, and friendly staff. Highly recommended for dinner out in Sitges.

What a gem! Stumbled across this place as we wandered through the streets of Sitges. The food was artistic with a modern twist on traditional Spanish food. The owner was incredibly friendly and engaging. It can be difficult when there are so many choices for good food, but this place is unique and the experience was memorable. Highly recommend.

El Pop es fantástico! I absolutely love this restaurant, it's my go-to treat to myself on a weekly basis. The cuisine is elevated both in preparation and quality. The service is always charming and wonderful. Their menu del día changes every week and I always look forward to what's new.

Este pequeño lugar nos recibió la tarde de ayer y fue una grata sorpresa. El servicio fue excelente, incluso tuvimos una consulta que fue respondida directamente por el chef que se acercó y charló con nosotros un rato acerca de los platos y resolvió nuestras dudas. Un genio! La comida en general nos gustó, algunos platos como el ceviche y los postres fueron sobresalientes. Otros, como las croquetas, el magret de pato y el risotto estuvieron muy bien.

It was a pleasant experience. The food was delicious, and the daily menu was a good deal for the price. Great complementary olives! The starter salad and chips with eggs & ham were a bit too salty. And the food took quite awhile to come, although there were only 4 tables with people in the restaurant.

Excellent service, food was hit and miss. The rib of beef was excellent, the octopus was good but the trio of root vegetables and the salad with crispy chicken were ok but not great. The staff were really nice and the service was fast. Wine and beer were both good and prices were okay.

A very nice place. Cozy. Not too big. You may say - private. Very friendly staff. The food interesting and you could choose between meat or frutti di mare. I love octopus. A steak tartare is interesting. Different than I know. Squid I squid. Nothing extra ordinary. But red shrimps are small. A very tiny as for that kind of shrimps. Red house se wine is quite dry. Came twice. First time was great food, second time was questionable. Mussels were great but the steak was like rubber and overcooked completely and for the price that’s not what I’d expect.

Con el precio tan excesivo que cobran, ya podrían ser más generosos con los platos, muy poca comida y eso que le preguntamos y nos dijo que había abundancia en los platos...mentira, salí con hambre. No tienen apenas donde elegir en la carta..y el que dice llamarse metre, te suelta una explicación que se la sabe de memoria, y habla tan rápido que ni te enterás. Eso sí, a la hora de pagar te piden una reseña bonita, funcionan así...a base de pedir buenas reseñas. Pues aquí tenéis una reseña totalmente real de este lugar...yo no volveré y no lo recomiendo en absoluto. No sé a quien llamas restos, porque es mi marido y también estaba allí cenando.Así demuestras la poca educación que tienes y tú solito te defines como eres, y lo mucho que te queda por aprender. Mucho mucho cocina de autor y que si yo soy el metre, pero un plato que cuesta 19,50 como el que yo pedí, se lo come un niño de 2 años. Señor metre, la comida que pone en los platos es ridícula, en supervivientes pasaría menos hambre. Ahí tenéis la foto del costillar, 6 ó 7 patatitas y un trocito de costilla super pequeño, la carrillera igual, no había ni una entera, y todo relleno con cebolla crujiente de bote y 18,50 euros y el cebiche, más pobre imposible y una sola gamba. Lo que ocurre es que pedís a todo el mundo una buena reseña y estás acostumbrado a eso, y cuando alguien te dice la verdad no lo admites. (Por cierto señor metre, no me conoces de nada para llamarme Pepita).

Los platos de tapas son pequeños y nada elaborados, tienen precios desorbitados para lo que ofrecen, lo único agradable es la camarera, la comida no vale nada, los calamares estaban fríos, el pulpo lo trajeron cuando ya habíamos acabado los calamares, estaba helado y con una salsa que no le va nada, ha sido una mala experiencia culinaria. El local es pequeño pero agradable. Debería mejorar carta, precios y elaboración.

EDIT - thanks for that awful feedback, effectively implying that we didn’t spend enough money which is why we had such a bad experience? And yes, I did complain that the ‘tortilla’ was burnt and inedible, which the waiter was incredibly rude about. Something else to add here - when we left the restaurant we STANK of fish. Had to wash everything even socks. And we didn’t even eat fish. Sort out your ventilation. What a shame. I’ve been looking forward to coming here for a long time. Firstly, the waiter was very rude and dismissive of us from the moment of entering the restaurant. We ordered some tapas - the baked Camembert which was ok but didn’t come with anything to dip (?), pan tomate (rock hard bread), and the ‘tortilla Espanyol’. I honestly think a Spaniard dies every time they make this. It’s basically a very thin, completely burnt omelette which tasted as good as it sounds. I queried if that was correct, the waiter got very annoyed and told me to go and speak to the chef. No thanks, I’ll just put a 1 star review here and never return. Awful.

Very bad dining experience. The price of this dish doesn't match its quality. I can't believe that the price of 19.5 can only eat a small portion of risotto with three small octopus , and it tastes bad too. At the same time, the waiting time was very long. We waited for about fifty minutes, which caused all the trips in the afternoon to be delayed.
