I wanted to say that Olave Castelldefels is incredible and enchanting. I didn't know about any other Sitjes, and my goodness, without hesitation, we went for dinner. Although the price was good, the dinner was undeniable. The only thing is that the hourly rate inside the port is a bit steep. Mr. Ramon took our order, very professional, and I liked a detail of my white wine covered in ice. We will definitely return.

I was with my wife and son. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food exquisite, and the service from a gentleman named Ramón was impeccable, polite, friendly, and above all, professional. We will definitely come back whenever we can to Sitges, since we're from Vilafranca del Penedès. We really enjoyed the dinner.

We weren't aware of this new opening; we stumbled upon it by chance for a late dinner. It's MAGNIFICENT! We're regulars at its older brothers. I must say that in this case, the younger ones have far surpassed the older ones. What a wonderful place! Modern yet understated and pleasant decor, and very comfortable chairs. I'm not surprised by the quality of this place, given the highly experienced and traditionally styled team. The food was spectacular, not a single complaint, everything was well-prepared with TREMENDOUS flavors. We tried: 1. Delicious coquinas, which are the house's signature dish. A good size, well-cooked, and most importantly, the temperature was maintained until the last coquina. 2. The garlic shrimp salad. Oh my goodness was the first thing I heard when I tried it. A truly original and tasty dish. 3. Red shrimp croquettes. Wonderful, soft, and very tasty. Spectacular. And 4. Monkfish with garlic sauce. Similar to the previous dishes in terms of flavor, quality, and texture. An incredible experience at this restaurant. The maître d' manages to create a magnificent atmosphere with both customers and staff. Keep up the good work and it will become an iconic spot in Sitges.

A menu with rice for €35 is highly recommended. Among the starters, their tellerines with a special alijo (a special sauce) and some addictive mussels in almond sauce. We had the rice with secreto and shrimp, and it was very good.

Congratulations on this new opening in Sitges, very good quality (one of the best restaurants in Sitges) an extraordinary paella, Ramón and Sito have treated us very well... we will definitely come back!

We are at the Sitges Film Festival and on Sunday we went for dinner with 14 people. We already had a table reserved. Our surprise was huge. First of all I will highlight the service, it is so hard to find good service in a restaurant lately, so you will find it here. Super attentive, the friendliness is spectacular, EVERYONE, Ramon and Àngel and all the waiters whose names I can't remember are incredible PROFESSIONALS. The food is quality, the chefs show a lot of love for their work. They know how to cook the product very well. Both the meat and the fish and the lobster rice are spectacular. Everything was super good. If you go to Sitges, don't miss going to the port of Aiguadolç and stopping at the restaurant. It is recommended 💯.

Since we found out they'd opened in Sitges, we can't stop going! The food is spectacular, in terms of quality, quantity, flavor, and presentation. The service is very attentive, friendly, and professional. They're attentive to everything but never intrusive, something I personally appreciate. The turbot is one of my favorite dishes, along with the tagliatelle, which is almost a must-have whenever we go. The caramelized French toast deserves a special mention... Amazing! As a lifelong Sitges resident, I can say it's become one of my FAVORITES.

Excellent restaurant, just opened in Sitges, but a Castelldefels classic. Excellent food, great service, and a great location. I recommend the T-bone steak croquettes and the Bravas. Some of the best I've ever tried. The T-bone steak paella is outrageous! Highly recommended! I wish you much success!

The food was very good and the atmosphere pleasant. It's a shame our visit coincided with a table of several children, which made the experience a little noisier than expected. The turbot was delicious, although we thought it was a bit pricey for the amount served.
