I held my birthday celebration last Thursday in the restaurant at the Sabatic hotel in Sitges. Food, wine, service & atmosphere were all excellent. A truly memorable evening. Special thanks to Zsuzsanna at the Sabatic hotel who organised the evening perfectly and ensured that we all had a wonderful evening.

Beautiful upscale restaurant which is brand new. They opened in summer 2022. The staff is very professional and friendly, happy to help to choose your meal. The hotel parking can be used to park for free when visiting the restaurant. You have to take a ticket when entering and then validate it at the reception desk.

Restaurant specializing in rice dishes. They have a weekend menu for €38 and a la carte. The menu is recommended for its full portions. The desserts are delicious!

No entiendo por qué la carta no está en el idioma de una de las dos lenguas oficiales de la zona

Fui con 2 amigas a celebrar un cumpleaños. La, atención perfecta tanto por el personal y el sitio música muy agradable de disjokey. Los entrantes expectaculares. Sólo al servir el plato principal nos ofrecieron un rape q venía en colchón de patatas paja y etc. Nunca vino así. El acompañamiento de la lubina y el rape q estaban muy bien un bols de mezclum de lechugas nada mas y picanton marinado q tb era correcto guarnición un mini bola con 8 hojas de espinaca y algún fruto seco perdido. No estaba a, la, altura de un plato de hotel 5 estrellas de 30 euros el plato.

Personal correcto, el sitio agradable y la musica del Dj muy buena. Los entrantes bien, pero los platos principales fueron sin gracias , acompañando buenos pescados con un bols de mezclum y sin gracias alguna. Nos ofrecieron una cosa y vino otra y luego de reclamar por el colchón de papas paja nos ofrecieron patatas fritas. En fin, una cocina que no está a la altura de lo que pretenden vender.

Very nice and pleasant hotel. Friendly staff, but very slow service between courses. Food is served before drinks, and it takes a while to take your order. Some dishes aren't worth the price; prices are high for the quality. Turbot was bland and had nothing to accompany it other than four dressed lettuce leaves. Desserts were acceptable. Recommended for a drink and to enjoy your stay, but not for lunch or dinner. We won't be back.

Great location and design but the service of the restaurant is unacceptably slow and sloppy. You need to walk inside (and even then wait) to get their attention when sitting outside. This happens even on less busy days/hours. Such a pity as the place and food is lovely

Honestamente, no es la gastronomía que esperas teniendo encuenta la categoría del hotel. El servicio amable y atento.

Fuimos a cenar 4 personas , lo primero que hay que destacar es el lugar , mucho espacio , decoración interior realizada con gusto . La cena : - lo primero tardaron mucho en traer las cartas porque , comentó la camarera , no esperábamos tanta gente , Perdón !!! - la mesa hecha con un material , que nos comentan , que sea eco responsable , pero el problema es que está hecha de un material poroso , y todas las mesas están manchadas con manchas de comida, aceite .. Lo que de entrada da un aspecto de suciedad . Para un establecimiento que está abierto hace 2 meses sorprende !! - la comida , muy justa . Un tartare de atún con más cebolla que atún . Unos espárragos a la brasa ( 3 exactamente ) que viene cortados en trocitos !! Con una salsa romescu … muy mal presentado en el plató . Cantidad escasa . Los segundos , un arroz negro , de calidad media . Una paleta de cordero correcta pero escasa en cantidad , y unas hamburguesas sin gracia . Los postres incomibles . Una tatin de pera , con hojaldre seco , la pera quemada … y una mousse de chocolaté servida con chantilly de bote donde predominaba más la chantilly .. Una botella de tinto del Penedès Todo por un total de 55€/ pax … Muy exagerado por la relación calidad precio , y más con la gastronomía que tenemos en sitges . Otra cosa a destacar : no hay baño ( 1 de minusválido ) en la planta del restaurante , el cliente tiene que bajar al sótano , planta del parking , para ello . Un error de arquitectura incomprensible visto el espacio grande de la planta del restaurante . Una gran decepción .. y claramente para no volver . A destacar , la única camarera que estaba en la sala , muy amable , intentando minimizar todos los comentarios que le hicimos .

Sencillamente no se puede tener esperando a los clientes una hora a que les llegue el segundo plato cuando pagas 220 € por 4 personas. Otras veces hemos ido a tomar algo y aún habiendo más camareros que clientes las copas de clientes anteriores se quedan pendientes de ser recogidas. Falta supervisión.

Surprisingly poor quality, can’t recommend. We had some expectations given the price and the beautiful interior. The pasta was watery and free of flavor, croquetas were okay but tasted exactly like a pre-purchased product. The lamb and carrots was the biggest disappointment: no salt, barely flavor, poor presentation. We had plans to come here with bigger groups but will have to cancel those plans.

Not recommended. Terrible menu selection and poor quality. Totally overpriced food. Their free breakfast teabags are sold at 7EUR for lunch making it the most expensive teabags in Europe.. Stay away if you are mot a guest and if staying there do not eat in this restaurant unless thay have changed the management. Such a shame for a Marriott property…

Not a single vegetarian option on the menu. Being a Marriott brand hotel they should have international cuisine offered. Sadly, we will have to go off property for every meal.
