I am from Houston and this is the best authentic Mexican food restaurant. I’ve been to in a long time outside of Houston I’m in town awhile so I’ll be a regular until it’s time to head home.

I was born in Snyder , TX, and raised on Spanish Inn and Jarmillos like many others. This is a wonderful addition to Snyder! The food is simply delicious and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Snyder needed a bit of competition for its top spot as I feel some of the competitors lost a bit of the soul that kept them so great for so long. Do yourself a favor and try this restaurant. Venture out from tradition and give it a shot. You will be glad you did!

Good food and good service. I do have to say the meat portions are quite small. Carne asada was thinly sliced like beef jerky but it was tender and flavorful just not what ud expect. Chicken was also very thinly sliced. Everything else was amazing. Fresh guacamole, queso, salad, shrimp, rice and beans. Ill be back to try it again if in the area.

First off the chips and salsa were so good. They say you can tell a lot about a Mexican restaurant by just their salsa and it was great as was everything else we had. The service was great, and the food came out so fast

I visited Blue Agave Bar & Mexican Kitchen for lunch today. It was my first time. I was seated quickly, greeted professionally and I had an incredible experience. The waitress did an incredible job and was very knowledgeable about the menu and very personable and professional. The salsa & queso are both TOP NOTCH! Our food was at our table in less than ten minutes. The atmosphere was fun the facility was clean and well kept. This was a 9/10 experience for me and I highly recommend you visit here if you haven’t yet!

Someone recommended this restaurant to me and man am I glad to tried it. The chips and salsa were outstanding, service friendly and quick. I had the sour cream chicken enchiladas which were good - my only suggestion would be to put a little more sauce on the enchiladas. Will be back. I have only been once and tried one thing but am looking forward to exploring the menu. You owe it to yourself to try it!

The food was god. I ordered 2 varieties of chicken burritos for a take out and they were super quick with my order. The tortillas used for burritos are really good. They have fresh warm chips with my order high is very much appreciated.

We had to try the flavored margaritas because they were on special. All three flavors we tried were delicious (peach, strawberry, and mango). We had a variety of dinners - the chile relleno stuffed with ground beef, the enchilada and taco plate also with ground beef, and just to round things out, the beef taco, enchilada, and tostada plate. Each of us thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Dixie checked on us often. A great place!!

Ordered the taquitos. Thc presentation looked good. But they were overcooked. Either there was no meat inside, or there was burned ground beef. I sent it back and the waiter took care of me and brought me 2 enchiladas... piping hot... and delicious rice. Loved the chips and salsa. Worth giving them another try.

This is not their first rodeo. Everything about the food and the drink and the service, exceeded our expectations. With the crowds that they have the the AC systems are a little bit overwhelmed. The heat wave we've been having certainly attributes to this though. The experience that my wife and I had there were excellent. I think if they can maintain this type of service and food we have a damn good hit on our hands.

Service wasn’t very attentive. The cashier took better care of us than our server. Queso Fundido was Spectacular and the cheese was yummy! Seating was ample and atmosphere wasn’t packed. I Got enchiladas and the cheese inside wasn’t even melted, the sauce on top was so thick so I’m guessing these are pre made and heated up as they go because everything was cold.. The refried beans looked like they were thrown on the plate it was just a smudge across the plate like maybe they were running low?

The food needed more flavor taco meat, the cheese enchilada tortilla was tough, the chips were delicious, food was hot Husband ordered #4 the steak was paper thin😳😬

The food was presented very well. The portions were plentiful. The prices were reasonable. BUT Nothing had any flavor. Everything was really bland. They don't offer salt or pepper on the table. Didn't offer any extra napkins. Every plate that went by us while we were waiting looked absolutely delicious. We got our food & was highly disappointed. I ordered a steak quesadillas. They brought ground beef. Had to send it back. If they charge $2 more for steak, I'm not gonna except ground beef. I don't think I'm ever gonna go back.

Unfortunately, this place has the best chips and salsa in town but the service and food are sub par. Tonight my burrito came out cold. I sent it back and then it came back…same plate with knife and fork still on it and a bite taken out of it…lukewarm. The waitress we had was not friendly at all and hardly checked on us. Will have to think long and hard about going back as this was my fourth time and I’ve yet to be impressed by anything but the chips and salsa.

Went for my boyfriend’s birthday. Food was good but asked for flour tortillas with the food. They brought us corn. We asked for flour again and then we got corn tortillas AGAIN. So we asked again and they brought us burnt flour tortillas. We asked for new ones showing the waitress. She was very apologetic and brought us more which were right. The queso turned into jello by the end of our meal. Will not go again due to having to ask for the right things 3 times. It was very aggravating especially when we wanted to celebrate a birthday. Didn’t even offer to take the tortillas off the bill for the constant mistakes. By the time we got the right tortillas half of us were done eating.

Good food, but they really don't service well. I don't eat beef and ordered chicken. They gave me beef that I took back to my hotel room. If you eat here, MAKE SURE they got your order right before you take it home.

Uncomfortably hot and how do you not have mint to make a Mojito?! A d an extra two dollars added because I had steak chimichanga which was included in the choices. And we ordered jalapeño poppers anywhere else it is a stuffed breaded jalapeño not bacon wrapped as we don't eat bacon. All in all I was rather disappointed with the service. The topper was the busboy trying to serve us the jalapeño "poppers" when we were done with our meal. Really? We might be back to see if service is better when the building is a different color than black. Doesn't help it to be cooler on the inside when all they have are 2 window units.

Food used to be good but it's terrible now and way overpriced for the kiddie sized portions that you get. Service was good a little overbearing but good. It was dead not many people for what you would expect on a Saturday night.
