I went with some colleagues knowing I wouldn't find the authentic piadina romagnola. If you're hungry for lunch, it's a good choice, and it's unpretentious. Prices are high for the quality, and the service is inconsistent and confusing, almost unmanageable. Gluten-free.

Great place for a quick bite, perhaps during lunch breaks. You can order directly from the kiosk at the entrance, and there's also an outdoor dining area with umbrellas. The shop is clean and tidy, and you can choose from a wide variety of piadinas, from the dough to each individual ingredient. My only complaint is that next time, drain the tuna more, as my piadina leaked oil everywhere, making it quite unpleasant. The fries are excellent.

Unfortunately, unlike other places, I have to give this "restaurant" from the "La Piadineria" chain a negative review. The electric entrance door didn't work, and we had to have an emergency door opened by a kind customer. The kiosks were convenient for choosing what you wanted and paying directly without having to go to the cashier. Several tables were dirty; we cleaned ours with napkins. The piadinas were good, but cold inside.

I ordered two piadinas and fries. The piadinas were good, except for one that was missing the arugula (unfortunately, I noticed it halfway through). I'm speechless about the fries!!! €3 for a bag of extremely dry fries covered in oil!!!

A classic chain restaurant with decent piadinas, but since they opened, they've had fewer fillings, instead laden with salad. The staff is friendly but distracted. Digital kiosks allow you to order on-site or remotely via the app with in-store pickup. Good parking available.

The piadina was fresh and delicious. Service was almost nonexistent due to the lack of staff. The place was cold (unheated) and dirty, especially the floor and tables.

Servizio davvero deludente. Il personale poco attento e poco disponibile, con tempi di attesa molto lunghi anche per un ordine semplice e poca gente in sala. Nessuna cura verso il cliente e poca orga…

Tempi di attesa assurdi, 90 minuti per 3 piadine. Finita l'agogniata attesa, finalmente si mangia... ed invece no, un capello dentro la piadina ci ha riportati al via. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.

I had dinner (or at least... we tried unsuccessfully) with two friends on the evening of February 11th. We arrived at the piadina shop at 7:30 PM. The place was half empty, perhaps because it was the first night of the Sanremo Music Festival. We went to the counter because my friend wanted to pay with vouchers. I wanted to order a gluten-free piadina, but despite advertising them on the website, they don't make them there. I opted for a salad, but they told me they didn't have any oil and asked if a lemon-flavored dressing would be okay. (It's either that or nothing, since I had no other options.) We finished our order and waited for the salad and two piadinas to be made. After 40 minutes, still nothing. Other people complained about the wait; people had been there for over an hour and no piadinas were coming out of the kitchen. There were no delivery drivers or other delivery people clogging up the kitchen, so we didn't understand. We were told the wait was still long, but they didn't explain why. We ask for our money back or at least a voucher. The girl signs the receipt for us, assuring us that we can come back another time and they'll refill our order. Other people have walked out the door like we did. To be honest: I don't recommend it. I have no idea if it's a kitchen coordination issue, an understaffed team, a lack of experience, or what. The fact is, it was impossible to eat, and no, I personally won't be returning.
