Location overall was well kept, felt fresh/renovated with clean bathrooms. Only hand dryers and no paper towels though. Service was excellent. Food was as expected (a good thing) with proper tastes and temperatures of food. Staff was friendly and helpful during ordering and informed of specials and values which is appreciated.

The new coke machine is a problem no ice there always out of certain soda the machine also leaks water but I like the place bathroom is somewhat clean

I used a coupon. I expected the store not to honor it, but indeed they did. The young lady at the window was kind, quick and funny. Food was hot, drinks at plenty of ice, a good meal and service. Thank you

Tried this place for the first time with a coupon offer, and found the Whopper Jr to be a nice tasty little burger and the fries to be generously served, hot, and salty. Can't comment on the rest of the menu but I'll be back!

I mean... it's just a Burger King. I appreciate they have the Impossible Burger, and didn't make the marketing mistakes from McDonalds that led to drop their plant-based option.

I gave this burger king a 3 star because kit was very slow in there so there should of been no reason why our hash browns were cold and the soda machine in lobby was empty. Workers that were working had poor eye contact with customers and looked miserable.

Food was good. Girl at drive thru gave me no napkins for my family's order. I got no receipt so i dont know if i was charged correctly and was not given the correct condiments for the food I ordered.

Orders are (at times) wrong but management is quick to correct that and throw in some freebies. Tables aren't really clean and the restrooms (mens) are icky.

Far too dry and tasteless, too thin patties for me, good if you are on a diet and want a little beef and extra Salad with so many other great choices I doubt I will be back

It was your normal Burger King, but the loo y was dirty. The restroom had toilet paper on the floor. And more than half of the tables had crumbs covering them. We were the only patrons, btw. 3:50 in the afternoon.

Anytime I get the spicy chicken, which are the ones they sell 2 for $5 are always under cooked. It seems like I'm chewing on rubber. On another note not sure if some white girl was a manager she was fkn rude.

I ordered the food at the self help kiosk and it was having issues processing payments. While we waited to be called, a guy eventually pointed at us and said, “Are you waiting for something…” I know it’s a fast food place but the way he asked it was like it bothered him we were standing waiting. The meat was not great either, I got a cold burger.

The lady at the drive thru window said I needed coupons to get my food

One family in the whole restaurant, 3 employees behind the counter. Completely filthy. No toilet paper or liners in the bathroom. Took almost 5 minutes for them to bring us toilet paper. There was a sign that said they always check the bathroom to make sure it's ready and clearly it was not.

The shake was thick, too thick for the new bio straws, never got it to work. The restaurant was sterile, no music and looked like a European mausoleum that IKEA farted on and it was molested by a HGTV makeover devoid of anything.

Just visited this Burger King location and I am utterly appalled at the state of those bathrooms.. I’ve never seen scum buildup, garbage over flow, and an overall lack of hygiene to that extent at a fast food joint. My boyfriend, his father, and I are on a road trip currently. We decided to use the bathrooms and get lunch, boy, I am very glad we saw those bathrooms first. I cannot even imagine how putrid the kitchen must be. Completely embarrassed we stopped in, bringing an 84 year old veteran with a compromised immune system. He even warned people as he left the bathroom to not go in there.. he’s disabled and the fact that the handicap stall was in the state it was in, infuriates us. How dare management disregard people’s health that way!! It’s OBVIOSLY not understaffed. We couldn’t even eat there and we’re all frankly starving. Disturbing. Absolutely disturbing. Needs to be taken care of before more people get sick.

If I can give a zero stars I would. They never have ketchup like what fast food doesn’t have the sides that are always needed. They also have no kind of soda available besides Dr. Pepper and iced tea like might as well close down until you guys have all the things needed.

Absolutely the worst BK I've ever been to. Cash only when I went. My order was wrong twice. The person taking my order basically wasn't listening and did not greet us as we went to order. Sandwichs did not taste good at all.

We sit down to only find out that one of the sandwiches just has the patty, lettuce, and ONE pickle. Went up to ask for pickles. JONATHAN, the manager, responds with, "You have to pay for it." WHAT!?!?!?! During the order, that was not stated!!! ADDITIONALLY, it was pretty much a plain sandwich meal at almost $12 each!!! One of the workers was about to provide the pickles when JONATHAN THE MANAGER takes this very nice lady, physically turns her away from me and tells her no AFTER I said I'd pay for the pickles that ONLY ONE pickles was ON THE SANDWICH to begin with!!! I'm literally standing there at the counter waiting to pay. I told him several times that I'd pay for it, including as the manager is turning the lady away as she is bringing it to me! I ordered plain burgers for my kids and didnt get that, i ordered chicken fries and they gave me cold chicken nuggets. With the rate of inflation, let alone wasted time i can say this gives me trauma. Dont go if you can help it

Someone has to come and get this place together is not the first time btw took me at least 35 minutes to get out the drive thru horrible service plz do not visit this place

How do u go to a Burger King and not have fries or chicken fries other then that we went to pay for our food understanding they didn’t have that and the 2 girl’s working at the window ignored us my husband called out saying excuse me and the window was open one of the girl’s walked away and the other just stud their and didn’t reply to us. So we just left to McDonald’s. I can say at McDonald’s they have Great customer service.

I don't expect excellent customer service at a fast food resturaunt due to the fact that its an entry level job and usually young and inexperienced folks are working there. I do however expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. The young woman working the drive through on 8/4 was downright rude. Interrupting, curt, disorganized and arrogant. She needs some training.
