I've always had a great experience at this Dunkin location. For the most part, the staff has always been friendly, and my drinks have always come out great. The donuts are also good quality as well. I look forward to visiting again soon. Overall Rating: 10/10
I have consistently had a great experience at this Dunkin location. The service is reliable, staff is professional, and orders are prepared accurately and efficiently. They maintain a high level of consistency, which I really appreciate as a regular customer. I also want to specifically recognize the franchise owner, who was extremely helpful and cooperative in assisting me with a recent issue. Although the matter ultimately involved Dunkin corporate and was not the fault of this individual location, the owner still took the time to reach out personally and ensure that my concerns were addressed. His willingness to step in and assist, despite the issue originating elsewhere, demonstrates a genuine commitment to customers. Overall, this location demonstrates strong management, consistent quality, and excellent customer service.
We placed an order of donuts for our daughter's 5th birthday party. When I went to pick them up, there was an issue with the order and no one contacted us which got me quite annoyed, but the employee was very sympathetic of the error and actually made it right. She tried to reach out to her manager and then took it upon herself and gave us 2 small ice cream cakes and wrote out happy birthday on both of them. This really saved the day and all the kids and parents loved the cake. We have ordered many birthday donuts for both our kids here for the past few years and never had an issue. We will continue to visit this store, great customer service and friendly staff.

Decent Dunkin’ Donuts with fast service and lots of other amenities. They had a Baskin Robbins inside with a large selection of flavors to pick from. There was a pretty good selection of pre made cakes inside. I ended up getting a mint milkshake and a avocado toast. The shake was pretty good but the toast had a very thin layer of avocado. Would have liked more on it.

My friend waited for like 1 hour and did get her food if this happens agian I will give this one star also we waited for 3 hours for our food please don’t do it agian
Bagel wasn't toasted. I asked for it to be toasted dark. Coffee tasted off

I order curbside pretty often but when I order from this branch they never bring it out to me even when ordering curbside.
Service was friendly and prompt, I ordered a toasted coconut sweetened cappuccino. It came out unsweetened. My mother ordered a mocha coffee and she received a plain coffee...
Store is usually busy, especially in the morning times. Which means that most orders take a long while to get ready. The longest I waited for my order (a small hot chocolate and egg sandwich) was about a half an hour. With customers constantly coming in and out of the door. Not to mention the store was filled beyond belief. And, due to this store being so busy, they don't seem to get the orders done properly and/or the orders are poorly put together. My hot chocolate ended dup having a ton of black goop clinging to the lid and side of my drink. And my egg sandwich was not only cold but didn't have the proper ingredients that were listed. Today, with the store being almost completely empty, I expected a huge difference in service but I was unfortunately proven wrong. Today my food didn't come completed, my avocado toast with bacon, or at least completed to my satisfaction. The bread was burnt, almost couldn't bite through the first bite. It had chunks of avocado clumped onto it and less then the bare minimum amount of bacon. I know I cant get everything I like done to my order, and especially not consistently. But I expect the basics, and this, unfortunately to me, is far below that standard.
Pros: Donuts are much bigger and cheaper than DD in Colorado. Cons: ordering an Americano was made complicated (smh) and the coffee was NOT hot. The brunette lady with the bun who appears to be the manager of the store attends to people in a rude manner, except for a few customers who she's actually nice to. I've only been to this location three times, and each of my experiences have been the same. If you want quality service, I recommend going to a different Dunkin' Donuts
KETCHUP. Come on, if I order 2 breakfast sandwiches and hash browns, fist off why do I have to beg for KETCHUP packets, why are they hidden behind the counter like gold? This dunkin is always slammed. Long waits. Very rude workers who can't seem to take a simple order, snapping at customers and calling them a liar. Yes, really.
Possibly the worst managed franchise location. Orders take a long time to get filled. If you value your time, skip this one.
Curbside takes 20+ minutes and the coffees are inconsistent. You’d be better off going somewhere else.

If I could rate this place a 0 out of 10, I definitely would! I ordered a small black coffee from here and when I found out that it costs $2.03, I was told “Welcome to Westchester County! We’re the second most expensive county in the country.” Every other Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to throughout the country and county has never been this ridiculously and unecesssrily expensive. I also don’t appreciate spending that amount of money to see the cashiers giving free beverages to their friends.
Worst Dunkin in the area. Staff is slow and inattentive. If there is more than 2 customers in line you end up with a 15 minute wait. Been here 3 times, always the same, wont go back.

Bought a milkshake for 10$ large it was all milk with very little ice cream I don’t recommend this place new girl who worked there absoulty soup if I wanted that I would have bought a thing of milk for 4 $ barely any ice cream what a rip off
I don't appreciate an attitude from a rep with glasses when my order didn't have cold foam on it which I paid $.70 more for and I kept saying "Hey" "hello" like 5 times 2 feet away from him and he finally acknowledged me after ignoring several times. I simply asked "I ordered cold foam for $.70 more...." The rep said "Okay....?" And just looked at me like I was incompetent, which i am far from i run a store.AND Ive worked at dunkin back in the day. Then grabbed the drink from me and just put it down, the girl asked what it needed and was like "it needs cold foam i guess..." so another attitude problem from him. She however was excelent and so was the man who took my order. If someone orders something from my store I can 100% guarantee I would fulfill it or reach out to the customer if we were out (which you were not). This guy needs more training in customer service and how to fulfill orders. If my rep had an attitude like that I would and I DO fill out coaching forms. If he is a manager, the DM needs to address. If it was the wrong person you surely would lose business with attitudes from representatives. I will be also leaving a survey on this experience on the receipt for corporate.
I really didn't want to resort to writing a bad review but I feel I've been left with no choice! Due to their disorganization and young teens running the place, everyone is unprofessional all the way down to the owner. My initial visit was to place an order for a cake and I should have run out of there then! Had a rude encounter with one of the young teens working there but I tried to let it go. Called a day before I was supposed to pick up my cake to confirm it was going to be ready the following day and to also confirm the name. Picked it up the following day to be greeted with a cake having a completely different name on it. The manager tried his best to take off the name and wrote the correct name over it. When I brought the cake to my son's birthday party, there were remnants of the original name behind my son's sloppily written name. It was so embarrassing. I knew I would have to contact them to rectify this, since I received a cake that I would have never paid for. I tried reaching out to the owner, a couple of days later, to rectify the situation and his remedy was not a remedy at all. He actually asked me to bring back the cake so he could refund me, or he could make me another cake. How insulting?! What was I supposed to do, not have a cake for my son on his Birthday? I told him I wanted to be reimbursed and that I did not want to step foot in his store again due to the rude staff and disorganization. He said since I had eaten the cake the best he could do was to make me a new cake! Yes, just what I need another birthday cake for my son's Birthday, 3 weeks later. Due to this store being a franchise, corporate can't send a reimbursement, only the owner can. This is embarrassing for how this is being handled and extremely infuriating. You trust a franchise to deliver what they promise, and when they mess up and you bring it to their attention they ignore your request to be reimbursed. Shame on you!
Very rude …went in with my 82 year old mother No customers in the store .. young women takes our order.. I knew from the get go she was not friendly… my mom couldn’t hear her clearly because of the face mask and the women had no patience.. the young women was glaring at us and shrugging her shoulders… then started moving her hips as if she was dancing !!! It was unreal…. I told the young women to be considerate .. well that didn’t work.. so we left without breakfast and coffee !! And they had lots of DD employees standing there and not one helped after knowing what was going on!
