Terrible and extremely slow service. As a consequence, everyone was checking the screens to see if they could make it on time. There are several people there but speed is amazingly slow. The old lady had no empathy even if you told her your flight was leaving, kinda felt she was doing it on purpose.

The poke was extremely dry and I don’t think it was fresh… besides that I ordered the big one but def doesn’t looked like. Very small toppings and much more rice… first and last time here

Horrible. Got my whole order wrong. What’s a poke bowl without salmon? I even ordered extra toppings and didn’t get them. Then they seemed angry when I asked them to add the salmon i had PAID for. I even had a receipt. Horrible experience. And nasty food. Looks bad too!

Waited 15 minutes to order at the terminal screen when it simply broke (one was already broken). Told the staff about it and the only thing they could say was to stand in the line again at another screen to order. The didn't care at all. The I got a salmon poke bowl wich tasted awful, most of the ingredients were simply raw. Avoid the place!

The service was rude, and we waited too long for our food. The dish didn’t look like the picture, tasted bland, and was overpriced. I won’t be coming back.

For me an horrible experience…. The salmon i did not even eat cuz it was obviously not good quality, and avocado tasted bad too. Staff also very unfeiendly and unwilling. Ugh dont make a mistake like i did and maybe even the sandwich from convinience store would be safer and better choice.

I ordered a gluten-free poke with gluten-free soy sauce and ingredients I knew from other occasions that were gluten-free, like tomato, edamame, and avocado. I saw them pouring gluten-containing soy sauce on it, and when I told them, they rudely told me the rest of the ingredients were gluten-free, so I couldn't eat it, and they wouldn't make me another one. The customer service was very poor, and the food was prepared with little care. There were other people complaining about other things.

Literally the worst experience I’ve probably ever had at a restaurant. Only 2 out of 4 self-ordering machines were working, so it took us ages to be able to place our order. Annoying, but okay. We finally managed to order at 21:10 (the time is printed on the receipt). We had to be at the boarding gate by 22:00. So far, everything was fine timing-wise. Our order was number #61. We sat at a table and watched as time passed and people who ordered after us got their bowls and started eating. After 25 minutes, we went to ask and were ignored. After 30 minutes, we asked again and overheard that they were serving order #86. We complained and they told us they would start preparing ours right away. By the time they finally made our pokes, half of the ingredients we had asked for were gone (probably because they had served 25+ orders that came in after ours before starting ours.) The attitude of the staff was completely indifferent, and no one apologised at any point. On top of that, after they told us they’d prepare our order, we had to watch them make some three more pokes for people who had just ordered, while ours sat half-finished on the counter. When we finally got our bowls they gave us forks even though we had asked for chopsticks on the ticket, and no soy sauce (which you have to pay extra for). I asked the staff for chopsticks and sauce. They only gave me one pair of chopsticks, no soy sauce, and I had to ask again while they moved on to something else. When I asked a second time, they finally gave it to me. As we were about to sit down, they told us we had to take the food away because they closed at ten. I told them we had ordered almost 40 minutes ago and the place was still packed with people sitting at every table. They insisted we couldn’t eat there. I replied that we’d definitely be gone before ten because we’d have to inhale our dinner and make it to the boarding gate by that time. Still, no apology, just kept telling us we couldn’t sit down. We decided we’d eat there as long as there were people still sitting. When we sat down, we had to put up with comments and rude remarks from 2 other staff members who kept trying to kick us out. One of them started emptying the bins right next to our table making a show of it and mumbling in Italian about our behaviour as if we couldn’t hear or understand her. When we finished eating in barely five minutes because we had no other choice (by the way, the food was really disappointing, I’ve been to other Poke House locations that are worth it for the quality of ingredients: this one is not) almost every table still had people. Some had already left, leaving their trays with their poke containers behind (by the way, we weren’t even given a tray). We hadn’t planned to leave our containers on the table, but considering they had already emptied the bins and tied up the bags in the middle of the aisle 15 minutes before closing, and that other people had left their stuff too, and we had to go, we did the same. As we were leaving, one of the staff members looked at us and shouted to the others that we were leaving everything on the table. Honestly, I still cannot believe what we went through. I’m not paying for a service that shockingly bad. I totally understand that an order can get mixed up, that’s not what bothers me. What bothers me is the complete lack of basic manners and problem-solving after the mistake. It bothers me that half the ingredients were missing, that our food came almost 40 minutes late with no apology, just dirty looks. It bothers me that they served us late, didn’t give us what we ordered, and that I had to ask twice for a sauce I paid for. It bothers me that after all of this they tried to kick us out even though the place was still full of people. It bothers me how some of the staff kept hassling us and how the rest just stood there doing nothing. The way we were treated was absolutely pathetic. To anyone reading this trying to decide whether to go to this restaurant: please do not waste your time or your money.

totally awful experience，the food i received had nothing to do with my order. I asked for cucumber，pepper，black rice and cherry tomatoes，but i got roasted pumpkin，quinoa，zucchini and other shit i didnt order.The mistake is totally ridiculous and cant be tolerated. I cant even imagine how this would happen. The mistake is really bothering cause costumers cant realize the wrong food before eating，and most of us are in hurry to catch the flight so its also unavailable to ask for a new portion. We have to swallow the wrong bowl to solve the hungriness first. I can forgive the mistake for making 1 or 2 ingredients wrong， but there is almost nothing right in the bowl which wont happen when a 6-year-old kid making it！
