We had dinner at this restaurant yesterday. The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was delicious, and we were especially impressed by the quality and the prices... Many thanks to Mario. Celentano and Muti also dined at this restaurant, where the film "The Taming of the Shrew" was filmed. One of the waiters even remembers the filming. This is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to.

We stumbled upon this place completely by chance, and were pleasantly surprised. We hadn't booked, and we didn't feel like a full meal because breakfast was so late. We asked if an aperitif was possible, and they seated us with a river view. The staff's courtesy and welcome were perfect, as was the ambiance. I ordered a glass of white wine, letting the owner choose, which was served at the perfect temperature and opened in front of me (much appreciated). My companion really enjoyed her cocktail. All this was accompanied by some improvised appetizers made especially for us. I can't comment on the menu because I haven't tried it yet. We'll definitely be back to try it!

I ate at Pio's last Sunday for the National Cycling Society's end-of-season lunch. I was incredibly impressed, considering I'm a vegetarian! The dishes were simple but meticulously prepared! The staff was very attentive and friendly! Thank you so much! The atmosphere was super refined, very bright, and with a wonderful view! I'll definitely be back.

I visited this location last Saturday for my father's wedding. A truly beautiful venue on the banks of the Ticino River, with a large outdoor terrace for receptions and parking surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Unfortunately, my father forgot to mention my lactose intolerance when ordering the menu, but the kitchen was able to quickly provide me with delicious alternatives to the menu. Credit where credit is due! I'll definitely be back to try the à la carte menu.

Amazing food. The best steak I've ever had, as a UK national this was by far the nicest steak I've eaten. Service was polite, friendly, welcoming. Highly recommended. As a working professional. This is a great place to being working customers or suppliers.

Una bella villa adatta ai ricevimenti! La villa è quella del Bisbetico domato, film con Adriano Celentano e Ornella Muti! Dal lato del Ticino della villa si è in Lombardia dall'altro lato in Piemonte! Gli interni sono molto belli e ben curati!

A pleasant return... After many years, I return for dinner. The atmosphere is always welcoming, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Ticino. The menu offers a variety of dishes, from meat to lake and seafood. The quality is immediately apparent from the first bite. Kudos to the service and the courtesy at the table. If you want to enjoy a quality dish in a quiet setting with excellent service... you're in the right place. The wine list is noteworthy, with a wide selection and reasonable prices. The desserts are also excellent, and the price is in line with the quality. Well done!

We went to this restaurant this year for my daughter's confirmation. We had agreed on the menu a few weeks in advance, but during lunch, a fish appetizer was forgotten. I mentioned this at checkout, but they didn't show any availability: the lady, rather rudely, replied that the price had already been agreed upon. I was disappointed: if they had paid more attention to the customer, they should have at least deducted the price of the appetizer, which costs around €14-18 per person à la carte. I didn't think this was fair, although I'm not one to argue. I'm sorry, but I wasn't satisfied with either the food or the service. I only compliment the waiters, who were very kind and attentive, but otherwise, the cuisine needs updating.
