It seems that they've gone way down on their portion size and weren't overly thrilled with their vegetables. I'd also be wondering about how much salt was in everything.

Got there around 3pm. There was 2 people ahead of us, the dining area and tables were clean. The first guy that was taking our order was friendly and on top of things. Then one of the ladies informed us that the broccoli beef was still cooking and had about 5 more minutes. We decided to wait. We paid, got our food and took it home. We were quite surprised that for the broccoli beef being freshly cooked it tasted really gross. All of our other food was ok. But service was good.

It's OK. The better Panda Express is out of town. Not sure why but other Panda's chow mein is juicer and more flavorful and orange chicken has more tangy / spicy taste. I don't think the Panda here uses enough sauce or something. I'm not sure why it tastes different than other Panda Expresses. The staff is always nice and inviting! The restaurant is clean and I don't mind eating inside.

Smallest portion I have ever received. Restaurant did nothing to help when I called. I requested someone contact me and no one seems to care. Paying over $30 for two meals and receiving 3 pieces of chicken is outrageous and unacceptable. Won’t be returning here again. Just reminds me to support local and not chain restaurants!

no matter how many times I ask for hot mustard they refuse to give me hot mustard. I will not be eating at panda express any longer.

They screw up every time I’ve been there. Zero idea how to simply put food in a box and collect money. There are way too many people trying to do simple tasks, while your food sits at the end of the table getting cold as they bounce back/forth. No idea how this chain is still even open.

Almost 5:00 no orange chicken, no chow mein. Waited for quite a while and then the chow mein had no flavor that would seem impossible in a franchise. Worst Panda I've ever eaten

Doesn’t it look like a Double Teriyaki chicken? No. Decided to eat there after a long time thought maybe they improve the service or something , but no , the only time I was satisfied with the service only when I get it from management in the black t-shirt , idk what the problem to know your own standards and put enough amount of food I paid for. Not gonna mention the name of the servant that all the time that she’s there I’m getting half-full plate but it’s not gonna be hard for management to understand who’s I’m taking about ( the one who’s overusing the blush) and usually work in the mornings.

We ordered online using the Panda Express App on Saturday late afternoon 4/6/2024. Got a comfirmation email that our order was getting prepared, we headed to pick it up and when we got there, the doors were locked and no one was in the store. Sign on the door said they were closing at 5pm that day. It was just before 5 that we arrived to pick up our order. It had only been about 15-20 minutes from the time of ordering to arriving at the store. They still charged my credit card for the food that we did not receive. No text message, phone call of email that they were closing early. Or that our food was ready, we were going to wait if we needed to to get our food hot. Called the store on Monday around 11 am, no answer. Still nothing from them 3 days later. Had to go on my bank and file a dispute with them. Need to update their app if they are not going to fill orders and close early.

Arrived at this place tonight at 8:10pm quite a long line, and it didn’t appear there were enough staff to cover the rush. Finally got to the head of the line at 8:35 to order a Bowl of brown rice and teriyaki chicken. Got informed that the people in front of me ordered the last of it, and even though they had made single servings of other items for the people in front of me, they would not make a single order for me. Screw this place. Next time I’ll skip this Panda, and go to the Mongolian BBQ across the parking lot.

Upon arriving at the restaurant just 20 minutes after its scheduled opening, we were surprised to find the doors still locked. Despite waiting briefly, no staff member approached the entrance to inform us about the delay or the expected opening time. This initial setback led to a sense of frustration, especially considering it was a rare day off for my wife and me. Eventually, we decided to leave as there seemed to be no indication of when the restaurant would open its doors. It was only after encountering a gentleman outside fixing the sign, that we learned many customers had already left. While we understand that unexpected technical issues can occur, effective communication and updates could have mitigated our disappointment. The incident highlighted a gap in customer service, as even a simple acknowledgment of the situation could have made a significant difference. The employees knew we were outside. Despite this setback, we acknowledge that Panda Express consistently delivers on its promise of familiar, flavorful Chinese-American cuisine. However, improvements in operational efficiency and customer service are areas that could enhance the overall dining experience at this location.
