Avis sur Caffe Centro South Park
The egg salad sandwich was divine. I used to work nearby on 2nd Street and wandered back to my old stomping grounds. Had a chai latte as well. It was good and could have been a little hotter The Caesar salad was ok. The egg salad sandwich was much better.
It’s a nice place to go and chat for a bit. The food was good, and I really liked that the menu was small because it guaranteed everything was good :)
Great customer service I love their chicken sandwiches and lattes . Thank you, park is supper clean.
Great food and atmosphere.. The two guys and all the staff who work here are Awesome! Come here all the time. Bless
Fantastic quaint cafe in the South Park community of SF. A getaway spot from the traffic and hustle near Oracle Park. Excellent Chai and Green Tea. Simple breakfast menu.
Nice place to get coffee and snacks by the park. Acai bowl was delicious.
Small restaurant in SF with good coffee, and relaxed atmosphere. I had a breakfast burrito and enjoyed it, would definitely return to try different food for breakfast.
Hands Down best latte in the area. Has a nice area to sit down and talk. Good meeting place for business or friends. Great mocha too :)

It’s baaaack! One of our fave local cafes reopened now owned by the workers! Menu looks the same. The dirty chai (chai with a shot of espresso) was amazing not too sweet and Cobb salad delish! The service friendly as usual. Love sitting by the window to gaze out to South Park a charming city park. Don’t see outside seating yet like before. Def will come back glad they’re in the neighborhood again
Such an understated place with a lovely ambience and great lattes, avocado toast, açaí bowls in the once happening South Park VC corridor. I hope that more will help revitalize and support these gems in the city. Great place to work too or for a meeting. Less of a commercial feel and more reasonable than blue bottle a block away
Roast beef sando, with nicely roasted onions on arugula and fresh bread. Hits the spot, can’t wait to come back. Chai latte was also perfect.

Great environment for a coffee break. Got the BLAT sandwich, vanilla latte for hubby, and mocha latte for me.
Perfectly simple. Every cafe in the world should take a hint from places like this: High quality ingredients Creative menu Attention to detail Fair prices Courteous and attentive staff Good location That's really all you need to have people lining up day after day, and Caffe Centro gets it. I went with the ham and swiss, and it was great. The quality of the meat, cheese, bread, vegetables and mustard were all very high, and the sandwich was put together with care and attention. I got a bag of Kettle Chips and a glass of water, and the total came to a bit over $9 with tax. This is the kind of place where you could eat several times per week, and I plan to be back to try more of their sandwiches and salads.
No indoor dining at the moment but lots of outdoor seating. I got the kale salad and it was pretty filling! Prices were good (see menu photos attached). Overall, great healthy lunch spot if you’re in the area.
Nice breakfast spot in South Park with a few small tables on the sidewalk and a mini parklet. They have a decent food menu to choose from. I had a breakfast wrap (i.e. Burrito) whose portion was good and taste was fine, maybe a tad too bland. However, the service feels transactional, which makes me sad because I think this place has a lot of potential.
Breakfast bagel tastes good but not great.
Good place to work with nice staff and simple, good food and coffee options. Sometimes, they play good music I go in the morning before the lunch rush.
My neighborhood Cafe. Jack London was born around here. Third fourth Brannon. Quiet neighborhood now.

They never open on time. If you’re traveling call first to see if they are open as they may not be when you get there. Food and coffee are good.

They reopened recently - I went to check them out because I saw a flyer. I can't speak to the coffee, but I was a little disappointed in the food. The sandwiches are fine but nothing special, the kind of thing that I would throw together myself before work. There are at least two other places less than a block away that will give you a better sandwich for about the same price. They also made a mistake on my order. I specifically mentioned when I ordered that I was getting that sandwich because it came with sprouts. I get the sandwich and no sprouts. Kind of a bummer

It's in a good location, but I can't really give it much more than that. I really wanted to like it, too. Every drink I've had here tastes like watered-down coffee. When I get a pastry, the flavor is good, but the pastry itself has obviously gone stale. When I've ordered the sandwiches, the greens were fresh, but the meat was mouth-cuttingly hard, which tells me that it had been under a warming lamp for far too long. All their packaging is compostable! So a star for that! And, again, the location is nice! So a star there...but the food isn't doing the cafe any favors...
