For the third time in a roll they left the fries out of my order. They assured me everything was in the bags before I left there. A little frustrating when I live so far away from them. But.....the food is always great.

By far, this is my favorite place for tenders. They took away my go to family special and replaced two sides of your choice to one side of mashed potatoes. This will impact the frequency I come here for the family meal special. They must have a new manager. The whole time we were there enjoying our meal, I heard him say "Focus Focus Focus," etc. TBH, the employees appeared to be working efficiently, I think he just didn't like them talking as they worked. It was still annoying none the same.

Order the tenders gravy fries & okra with sweet tea. Fries weren’t fresh. Okra was good. Chicken was a mix, some pieces perfect others questionable (old, hard, overdone). sweet tea was perfect. The inside smells FUNNY/STINK. Guys in there with long ponytails and no hairnet on the revealed parts.

We’ve eaten at this location a few times but it’s hit or miss on customer service. One time, our order was given to someone else who didn’t even place an order! He was in front of us with his friends and didn’t order anything but yet, he got food! After 20 minutes, we went to the counter and asked when our order would be ready & we were told we’d already received it! I said that if we’d received it, we wouldn’t be asking where it is! The manager looked a bit miffed & gave us our order, he asked the girl who brought out the food & she shrugged & said she gave it to the other customer… the manager apologized to us & asked us if we’d like a free item to make up for the mistake & we said “no”. Another time, I place an order for a two piece & got a 5 piece, including a wing! I didn’t know if it was a mistake but I was told to keep it. When I lifted up the wing, there was a greasy black hair stuck inside the bottom, under the wing! Ewwwww! Other than that, it’s clean inside & conveniently located although it can be a challenge turning left into & out of the parking lot & the parking lot is rather small. They also have a couple of tables outside as well, for al fresco dining. They used to have stalls outside, like Sonic has, for ordering, I only used it once as it was a hassle because there was no way to pay at the stall. Last time I went there, I noticed that the speaker boxes were gone so I’m assuming they were removed.

Drive thru only experience. Went by there today for fish. It was dry. The pickle fries were ok. They have been great before. The landscaped area though……. It looks like it’s not a business. Weeds growing for months it looks like not weeks. Surprised to see it like this.

I stopped in last week for dinner. I stood and waited at the counter for several minutes before I was even acknowledged. That should have been a clue. I opted for the fried catfish, fries and unsweet tea. Other locations I’ve been to, the fish is always made to order. After close to a 15 minute wait my order arrived. The fish was warmish and that might be a stretch. It lacked any crispness at all and just didn’t feel fresh. The fries, soft and barely warm. The hush puppies were the highlight of the meal. Most of the tables had crumbs and the restaurant just didn’t have a clean feeling. Even though it’s the closest chicken restaurant to the house, I don’t think I’ll go back.

Ordered online for pickup, waited for 15 minutes or more, had bag sealed so didn’t check order. Order was wrong, ordered 2 breast and got one breast, one back/thigh, dinner came without okra that was ordered, only one side but should have come with two. Checked our receipt and it was as ordered. This is our second visit for pick up where we paid for food that we didn’t receive. Quality of food just seems to have changed too, we were very disappointed and it’s a drive for us to come so most likely will not be back.😣

I hate that. I gotta squeeze 20 packets of ketchup when you can provide a bottle of ketchup the okra was warm, not fresh. The chicken was warm and didn't taste fresh. I just find it un appealing that I spend $25 for a kids meal and one adult meal and it's just tenders and the food is honestly not that good no wonder this place is empty

I had ordered online to pickup and since the bag was sealed I assumed everything was there. I ordered a family meal with 18 pieces and 3 sides plus an additional 2 sides. Well they forgot to include 2 sides and gravy. It was too long of a drive to go back. It sucks to pay a lot of money for dinner only to not receive it all. It's like quality check is a thing of past for a lot of places now.

Ordered large gizzards, chicken strip family meal with corn nuggets. Was told I would have to wait 15 minutes, which I was fine with cause I'd rather have fresh food anyway. First of all, half of the gizzards were a third of a gizzard, and there were four chicken strips in the gizzard box. The corn nuggets were not edible. Aside from them being REALLY dry and COLD, they had a foul burnt taste to them (but they weren't burnt). The gravy had zero flavor and was the consistency of water. I've been eating at various Chicken Express restaurants for many years and have never been this disappointed. I won't visit this one ever again.

Been coming to this location for years, and dinner tonight was a huge disappointment. Ordered the 8 piece mixed, which usually is a generous amount of chicken for my family and I. Was told it would be a 20-minute wait, which I didn't mind waiting for. Was surprised when they rushed my order out within 5 minutes and probably should have checked twice but was exhausted from a 2 hour drive and was not thinking much. When we got home, we found our box was just filled with some skimpy, cold wings, and a few drumsticks. No thighs or breasts or any fresh big pieces. Seems to me like they just wanted to get me out of the way even though I was willing to wait. As a 10+ year customer, this place has lately been hit or miss, but after tonight, I think I'm done coming here.
