Found it odd when handed the cc reader wanting me to plug in tip, I’m assuming, because normally they take my card. She was asking for me to insert card and answer questions. I didn’t have my glasses on to see what screen was even saying or figure out how to insert card. I asked if she can do it for me. She did, but had a gut feeling there were words spoken about not tipping when window closed, just my prospective and assuming. As she brought my coffee, it looked good, but then she took it around corner where I couldn’t see w a coworker for about 30 sec and something told me not to take coffee and drove off. $18 for 1 donut, 10 donut holes and a small portion of bacon, med coffee. Wasn’t feeling like I should have to tip in a drive through, even though I tip well in a restaurant or when services rendered. Minus the coffee, wasn’t feeling like I got a decent deal, even though I chose to drive off without my coffee. My gut just wasn’t feeling it, coffee could have been tampered with? Again no proof, just a feeling and won’t go back. I’ll go to the new one across the freeway in Tomball. Message to owner; compensate your employees and don’t allow the baton pass of cc scanner w do u want to tip? No I don’t and shouldn’t have to feel guilty or even nudged to tip at a drive through. Acceptable, if they had a jar labeled tip, and leave it at that. Personally, I’d tip my employees not to request a tip to give better customer service if it was an issue and my store. This would be equivalent to going to grocery store or any retail store and tipping the employee that rang u up?

Experience December 27th 3:00 p.m. at this Spring Cypress location called Tomball Dunkin . Both the iced coffee and the avocado toast needed to be adjusted and I got attitude about my request. What I ordered on the app did not come through on the website for the avocado toast because it didn't have bacon. The employee questioned me and I showed her the order so she added the bacon. The other lady making the iced coffee gave me big time attitude. I was trying to ask for a sip lid rather than the regular lid because I don't use straws. I also asked her to stir it really well because oftentimes the liquid sugar settles in the bottom. Then I asked for another shot of cream because it wasn't quite light enough, it is different at different locations when you do a mobile order. The avocado toast employee said she would have to give me cream on the side because that was the way my order was placed. I have asked at other locations and they have simply taken it back and put another shot or two of cream right in the cup. I also asked the avocado toast lady to look at the app to see maybe why it didn't come through for her to add bacon since it showed that's the order that was placed. She waved her say hand and said she didn't know anything about the app. Both women, youngish, we're busier making orders than tending to customers. AND it was not busy! The napkin dispenser was completely out but I didn't dare tell them for fear of being berated. So the next customer will just have to do without. Very disappointed in this location because they usually have good staff. These two ladies need to go work someplace else where they're not dealing with the public. The coffee and avocado toast with bacon we're both good, as usual with the Dunkin products, but the attitude was very disappointing.

I enjoy Dunkin, we got often for coffee and a quick bite. But the staff at this location always seem annoyed that they have to do their job, almost like it’s an inconvenience. They also seem untrained as orders can take a long time to get made, that’s even if it’s correct.

On December 29 at around 5:00 PM, I experienced very poor customer service. The staff seemed uninterested in taking my order, even though the restaurant was not busy. The employee with glasses and curly hair had a rude attitude, and when I asked about an item on the menu, she was unable to answer—even though she works there. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

They make one dozen everything.Bagels a day , so literally they are out of stock on everything , except for playing bagels all day long. Everything downhill since ownership change.

Lady has an attitude and kind of an accent I didn’t understand what she said I said sorry ? and she replied with a very sarcastic smarmy attitude “I said we are working on it , it’s not what she said it’s how she said it “. Almost like she has no patience at all. She needs to work a warehouse job if she doesn’t wanna deal with the public especially normal acting people. Also after saying we are working on it she went silent. I guess that means drive to the window ? Not sure Also. My hash browns are frozen in the middle stil a bit. Sick

I placed a mobile order this morning and accidentally selected “walk-in” instead of “drive-thru” without realizing. When I pulled up to the window, I overheard a comment being made about it, and when I was handed my drink, the employee pointed out my mistake with unnecessary attitude. It was an honest mistake, and I don’t appreciate being spoken to that way—especially first thing in the morning. If customer service is too much to ask for at 10 a.m., that’s a problem.

Not sure who hired the blonde haired young lady who work the night shift on 7/1. But my family's experience, there was horrible. I agree with Rachel Diazo, if I could leave one star I would. Upon arriving to this location at approximately 8:24, we were told that the facility closes at nine o'clock, and they had already thrown away all the donuts. Mind you this location closes at 9pm. So we decided to order the drinks that were being advertised not only on the board to take your order. But on the door of the facility as well. After ordering the drinks this young lady. Once again states, we don't have those drinks not sure were you're getting that from, but we don't make those. Although we are looking at it on the order board as well as on the door of the facility and have seen the commercial advertising the drink? Which prompted our visit. Reluctantly, she decides to make some concoctions for us, which was full of Tajin mind you, and nothing that we ordered. Then proceeded to give them to us as if this is what we ordered. After working a 12 hour shift, it was not worth arguing with this Young lady about the concoctions, she choice for us, so we decided to leave. Which is why we are leaving this scathing review. I feel that 820 is more than enough time to be able to arrive and still get donut holes as well as a drink, that is being nationally advertised. Management needs to offer this young employee Additional training are put her on a shift that is more feasible for her attitude. We will never return to this location.

The one star should be NO STAR. There could be nobody in the drive thru and still they rush you to get your order. And still get it wrong. This is the type of snack you have to bless before you eat JUST IN CASE, looking at the comments we all agree. Ordered loaded hashbrowns and got regular ones when we brought it to the young lady’s attention she said we didn’t order loaded hashbrowns when we did. Anywho she took them back and took forever if not an eternity to load them. Received them and there was no bacon bits but bacon STRIPS. It was was queso and bacon with a side of hashbrown.

ordered a large latte I told them to be easy on ice because I did not want more ice than drink. I’m tired of paying for a cup of ice. to top it off, the barista knocked over my drink spilling. It didn’t even wipe off the side of a cup even say I’m sorry or acknowledge that she had done something wrong. I left and I still had a sausage kolache that I needed to wait it for the point, if you drop my coffee makes me think that you won’t drop my food and do the same thing that’s horrible
