I popped in this ice cream shop twice over these past two (2) days for something cool and refreshing to eat. I ended up ordering a cup of their Trole (la fruta hecha nieve) during both of my visits. This particular menu item is a Latin American frozen treat made with fresh fruit, water, and sugar, that is essentially blended together and frozen. This amazing sweet treat is super delicious, feels somewhat healthy to consume, and honestly makes me feel good inside. Thank you all for the wonderful service. God bless and good journey!

My son likes nachos, but not the nachos from here. The cheese tastes a little weird, so maybe it's not for kids that are used to the yellow cheese sauce. I've had the tostada jaliscos, it was good. The "ice cream" here is ok. It's not labeled traditionally (cookies and cream is not called as such). A couple of their ice creams are actually more like flavored ice (like the lemon). Overall, its a place to go for something different in this area of town.

Food is good, service requires a little more attention. We were standing at the ice creams fridge until finally someone told us to go to the cashier and place the other there.

we came here several times already and just hadn't written a review yet. love the flavors of the ice cream. Kinda like marble slab but in Mexican style. lol today was not a good visit since it was about 9:30 and they were cleaning up already, therefore, they didn't seem too happy we got there. if it wasn't because of the customer service, i would give it a 5 stars.

They charged extra for something that was part of the recipe The popsicle were extremely sweet and flavorless, plus they tasted old , we couldn't even finish them. El Kiosko used to be really good, but now this is the second location that is not as good as they used to be

Good but extremely slow service it should not take 25 minutes for one small scoop of ice cream and 8 oz snow cone

They have roaches. Killed this one with a napkin on the table as it was crawling over to my unsuspecting snacks. Won't be back. Eww.

This place has gone downhill with customer service!!! Stood inside for about 5-8 minutes waiting for one of the ladies to acknowledge us. They just kept zipping back and forth. They took 2 customers orders in front of us. It’s not like we were standing in the wrong spot or anything. Then another lady comes in and they took her order and then the lady said she would be back to pick it up so at this point we were the only 2 customers left in the building so she says are you guys ready to order!!!!!!!!! Like wow really we have been ready for the entire time. I proceeded to explain to the lady what the problem was and she kept smiling and laughing cause she had no idea what I was saying or something. I used to absolutely love this place but I refuse to give my money to a place that has such disrespectful staff

I waited around for 10-15 minutes, said hello in both English and Spanish. Nobody ever came out. I can hear ladies talking in the back probably gossiping. Just terrible. I came during my quick 30 minute lunch break hoping to get a quick snack.

Customer service is horrible and a few of the workers don’t look too sanitary.(Food all on there face and apron) I understand it is a Spanish speaking establishment but knowing basic English to interact with customer service is a necessity. Please hire new team members who understand customer service is a priority language barrier or not.

Every time I come in here there is already somebody checking out. That’s not a problem, but what IS a problem is how they will act like they didn’t see me come in and wait while they got the first person’s order and start talking to the next person they think may speak Spanish. Completely slipping me. This has happened the last 4 times I’ve come here, and I always forget why, but am soon reminded.

They were very rude and racist. My sister went in with our kids to get them a treat, and they never acknowledged us. There were three of them standing behind the counter holding a full conversation, and they never said anything. They looked at us three times and just went back to their conversation. I will never come back to this location again. Ridiculous and a waste of my time. I wish I could do zero stars.

Be careful, apparently the information on the cards is stolen. I went to buy on a Tuesday and when checking the statement of my bank account they charged me again on Thursday, when obviously I did not buy again. I called and they seemed nervous and rudely just said "fix it with the bank".

My experience here was absolutely horrible!!! The so - called manager Jacqueline was so rude, has no customer service at all, she messed up our order and said she would not fix it ! I asked for the number of the store manager and she would not give it to me. Her and her co workers were inside laughing and looking at me and my family through the window asking us feel very uncomfortable. We will not be coming to this location again!!!!!

So disgusting! The corn was literally gray and the “taki” topping was so stale. I ordered a strawberry smoothie and they made it with the actual strawberry leaves inside it. I also order “piña preparada” and it looked nothing like the picture AT ALL and when I questioned it the lady acknowledged and said there was nothing she could do about it. All the ladies were so rude and the food was disgusting!!! STAY AWAY.

Never had issues there before. Yesterday I was ready to order the ladies were gossiping and I try to order 4 scoop of icecream and the lady taking the order just said I couldn't. Didn't even bother explaining to me the reason just said I couldn't and started getting angry because I asked why not. Her only answer was "you can't." The staff at this location are extremely rude. No manners whatsoever. This has happened to me on two different occasions.
