The special beef was excellent. Also appreciated the large portions.
Great authentic and fresh food! Staff is awesome! Pho is amazing! !
When is about Vietnamese food I’ll say they have the best pho around spring area. Their egg rolls and spring rolls are my favorite from there. Costumer service is the best. I don’t know their names but they are always nice.
We went in just on a whim one Sunday evening. They weren't very busy but didn't seem to have enough waiters, but none the less service was wonderful. As was the food and the prices. I had the charbroiled beef, with rice, and what they called a salad, which was some lettuce, lots of onions, and two big slices of cucumber with a sweet dressing. The beef was actually filet and was cooked to perfection. It was surprisingly awesome. My husband had the Beef vermicelli bowl which he loved. We also ordered the veggie spring rolls. They had a slice of tofu in them, which we didn't realize, but otherwise were good. Everything looked really good that others were eating around us. We will be eating there again soon.
Very Clean, Great Customer service, and Good food!! I ordered the Pho Ga in Beef Broth and the Vietnamese egg rolls. Everything came out fresh and hot and the taste was really good. I didn't wait long for my food, the restaurant was super clean, and the customer service is excellent!!!
I have been going her for years and they never disappoint. My favorite dishes are the sesame seed chicken and black pepper chicken. They are cooked perfectly and have the best, light crispy batter. Hip is always sweet and helpful. Will be coming here for as long as I live in Houston.
Been taking out from here for two years now. Authentic food. As good as the street side Vietnamese restaurants in SG . Excellent service. Good pricing. Also tried Saigon House in downtown. Which is probably the best in Houston but Kim Long Pho is as good as you get for WTX/Spring area.
I've never had one bad bowl of pho in 5 years at this restaurant so I guess I'm just extremely lucky. I've tried pho in a number of countries, dozens of states in the US and no one comes close. I have a feeling if I ever travel to Vietnam it's going to be the same bowl of pho. Hands down the best Kim Long, never fails us.
Had the Pho here and it was very good. The portions were good and the broth was very flavorful. Friendly service as well.
This place is very good and clean. I'm surprised they don't have more business. If you're in the area I recommend checking them out you won't be disappointed.
Always wonderful food. I typical get the Phó, but their other dishes are good also. Very peaceful restaurant and they are always very pleasant and kind there.
My husband & I wanted something NEW & different for dinner tonight and have seen this place all the time and thought we should stop! WE are so very GLAD that we went and had Vietnamese Food for the Time! Wow it was SO SO GOOD! Both of us will For sure be going back for More!
I remember going to this place as a child and decided to come back with my friends after 6 or so years. When we walked in I noticed a few things. 1. The place was spotless. 2. We were the only ones there. We got seated and all ordered the Pho dac biet. Our food came quick and when it was coming to us I could see the size of the bowl. We ordered a large or 15 but we didn’t think it would be huge. The smell of the pho was amazing and so was the taste. The meat was very good and it was simple but delicious. The decor is very nice and my server was also quick and frequently checked on us. They also had music playing that made me feel like I was in a heavenly garden which added to the experience. Yeah im calling this an experience. 5/5 im coming back
I go to a lot of Vietnamese restaurants, this one is on high on my list now. Authentic dishes and friendly staff. I went with the vermicelli with grilled pork aka Bun thit nuong. The Vietnamese coffee was really good as well. The shrimp spring rolls are fresh and pair well with the peanut sauce. They have Chinese style dishes as well for people less accustomed to Vietnamese. My friend got the sesame chicken and it looked good.
Place was very clean and the staff was very polite. 😍 loved the vietnamese egg rolls and the savory taste of their wonton soup. 👍👍
Great food and great service. Will be back!

Best Pho in the area! The food is delicious and the staff is friendly and fast. 100% recommend!
The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend it.
I want to thank the young women who greeted me today in my 2nd time trying their restaurant through take out. She was beyond patience, helpful and helped me understand the difference in noodles so I knew what to expect from the texture. I'm so glad 😊 I tried #31 (I can't recall the exact name). I was not sure how this would go but I am happy to write this raving review. I tried something new and it did not disappoint. This restaurant exceed my taste buds of wanting Chinese soup. Thank you for service today in my return back for a 2nd time. I know I will be back after this first experience of the Noodle Soup. Definitely a lot of food for a small soup to go. You'll be greedy if you get a large 😆. But don't let me judge try something new.
We are regulars here. We love the food and the service is amazing. Been coming here for years. Best Pho in town!
Met my daughter there for lunch. Very good service and the food was great! Clean and highly recommend this place.

We had a waitress that either doesn't smile, or wasn't smiling the day we were there. She seemed, with her tone of voice, almost annoyed when we ask for something. Then we ordered the clear noodle soup with seafood, and there was only fake crab, two tiny shrimp, and no squid, no scallops. That was really disappointed. The food flavor was good and the prices were reasonable. I wish I could give three and a half Stars instead of three or four. The decor is nicer than most pho shops.
This has been my wife's go to Asian restaurant for many years. Clean and always courteous service. The only negative is that it is a rather larger room that easily echos sound. But then it's the large room that never makes you feel crowded even on busy nights.
The food was good and the service was decent. I felt uncomfortable there and some of the food looked messed up and shriveled. Other than that the waitress was refilling our drinks and doing her job. She was nice I guess but she’s made me nervous for some reason
Polite waitress, food decent. They should rename this place tiếng vang because of the echo inside. When I went I was the only person inside the restaurant (11:30 am) for lunch. Phở was good, summer rolls were delicious.
Great Vietnamese menu selections in a strip center location. A lot of dirty tables from lunch rush when we arrived but did get bussed.
We got there the place was empty. Our food came quickly. Place was clean. Bathroom clean. Food was good.

Family run business, serene atmosphere, clean, great service, good pho, if my or mom's pho are considered 9/10 this is a solid 7 for a standard price. For comparison the average pho in Houston I'd rate a 5 or 6. The egg rolls are great, protein centric, most likely pork or a mix of pork & chicken, rare, most egg rolls are vegetable forward. Will be back.

The pho is good, to an extent. The flavor has changed since I’ve being coming here and the orange chicken is way to strong of orange. I get it’s “orange” chicken but it was too strong for my taste along with being sweet. Staff is great and friendly!! Love the atmosphere very quiet and calm.
Food is decent, however they have no lunch menu or a kid’s menu. So for a lunch break it is fairly pricey. Tried the chicken lo mein which was essentially spaghetti noodles, chicken & bland flavor. The egg rolls were good but not what I was expecting. The pho was good but nothing to write home about. Atmosphere felt very somber for a casual dinning restaurant. While was satisfied, I will not be coming back.
I feel like they were having an off day today... The peanut sauce was bland sadly and my spring roll which was beef was over cooked beef... My husband LOVED their Hot and sour soup, and I ordered a special Kung Pao but with flat fry noodles. The Kung Pao was okay but they did not use bell peppers and they replaced those with mushrooms and water chestnuts which I did not find fantastic. However my husband enjoyed it immensely I did enjoy the flat fried noodle which was perfectly prepared. We ended our meal with the crispy pineapple with honey dessert and I thought it was fantastic and a delightful surprise
Don't understand why it received such great reviews. Food was mediocre at best, we ordered Cashew Chicken and Seafood with Pan Fried noodles with some soup and appetizers. White rice looked and smelled old and tt looked like it had been scraped from the bottom of the rice cooker as it was brown and just didn't look good at all. This is the 3rd time we have been there and all 3 times with the same opinion. Food was okay but I've had better and will not be back. On the positive side, staff has always been very friendly.
The service is amazing. OMG The pho broth is AMAZING, it is missing some of those essentials though, I can't taste the star anise or the cinammon, come here for pho and u will leave satisfied. But the food I ordered is sub-par. Do not know if this is their standard or if I caught them at a bad time. Their peanut sauce is BLAND, there is plenty of meat in their spring rolls but no veggies for flavor. Where is the cilantro and basil? Barely any beansprouts for crunch. The presentation is nice but flavor could use a tune up the spring rolls taste like nothing but vermicelli, Even after dipped in the peanut sauce. I couldn't order a main dish. So I got salt and pepper squid. It smells alot like FISH and u know what that means. Pray for me. The squid is cooked to perfection, the only thing that worries me is the freshness. (Update as time progresses). The garnishes with the squid were pickled. Thumbs up for that.
This is a local Vietnamese resturant that serves traditional Vietnamese dishes. The establishment is clean. The service is good. The food is good. The pricing is about the same as other Vietnamese restaurants in the area. Although their portions are little smaller in comparison.
The aero was good but the food unremarkable. My car was being service was very good. The restaurant clean and prose precautions in place .ample parking in strip centre. The prices reasonable.

I was not impressed with the food quality. Egg drop soup had a weird taste to it, just didn't taste right. The vermicelli bowl was't impressive at all either. It looked and tasted like something I could make at home and I'm no chef. I do however like to eat and was very disappointed with my experience here. Two stars for good service. Won't be coming back.
The atmosphere and the people were great. The food not so much. The pork spring rolls were pre-prepared making the rice paper tough, noodles soggy, and the pork just yuck. My husband's chicken was terrible. The sauce was gross the chicken itself was completely inedible. My bun bo hue tasted like can chicken soup with zero spice. The pork in the pho smelled bad but tasted okay. We did complain and got a full refund. First time ever. We are now eating at my favorite place, Bay Fusion, which we should have went first but we were next to this one.
I ordered two orders of spring rolls, some pho and some fried rice. When I went to pay, I was over charged about $10. Their receipt is not itemized and it took some doing to get them to change it. Just be careful.
I ordered seafood pho but it wasn't good. The shrimp and artificial crab stick wasn’t tasting fresh or has any flavor. Maybe old-stock seafood. However service was good.
Very expensive. Pho has little Meat for $15

This place was so great at the beginning of the pandemic. They had the best egg drop soup. I went there tonight with my boyfriend and after eating the pineapple chicken, I started feeling sick. My boyfriend had the honey chicken and we both had egg drop soup. We both felt sick about half way in and both of our faces started to swell. The last time we came the service had gone way down as well. It's sad to see a place we once loved for the fresh food has changed and not for the better. It also gave me diarrhea and my boyfriend described a tingling sensation to his skin. I'm wondering if it was MSG when we haven't ever had that problem before and not fresh product. I know this place can do better but sadly neither of us intend to return due to tonight's visit. Otherwise the owner has always done a great job and has been very kind.
Food was bland, peanut sauce for the spring rolls had no flavor.... the noodles for the vermicelli were too wet and the bean sprouts were easily almost a week old.... the tea was cheap. Not good at all.. I would give it a lower rating if possible...
Appetizer egg rolls were just ok. Food wasn’t good at all. We had a rice with egg and pork plate and vermicelli bowl with pork and egg rolls. All bad. Pork seemed off in taste and smell, noodles mushy, egg over cooked. Egg roll that came with meal wasn’t edible, seemed tainted almost. The fortune cookie was awesome!
The attitude of the waitress was unacceptable, did not even greet us, never smile and not helpful when I asked about any suggestion regarding the menue. On top of it all they don't have a kid's menue and no pictures of the different plates for people that are not familiar with the food but would love to try something different. So just wasted my money, was aggravated and ended up getting something didn't really want. DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE.
I come here regularly and was highly disappointed in my experience. The restaurant overcharged me over $1 plus per dish **hoping that I would not notice when my check was delivered and it was time to pay. And the funny part was that they were standing tables away looking at me while I was reviewing my check. He knew when I was reviewing that I had noticed and hoped I didn’t. I told the guy working that the prices didn’t line up with what was printed on the menu. And I asked him, don’t you think you should be charging what you are advertising- what is printed? He then fixes to tell me that the prices went up. Really? I said to him, don’t you think you should tell your customers that before they order and tell your customers this? He responds and says no, and tells me he hasn’t had the menus reprinted. I’m sorry but FedEx and Office Depot are open for business and they can print you some menus with the correct pricing all day, everyday. He then goes on to say to me - should I tell each of my customers this? I was like why wouldn’t you tell your customers this? You either post it somewhere, advise them or you reprint your menus. That is what a business that is fair should be doing. What you don’t do is hope that you charge your customer something else than what is printed and advertised and hope that they don’t notice when they go to pay. That is A VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. The man was unapologetic and didn’t seem to even get the concept that this business practice was highly unethical. Very disappointing as they could not understand why the customer would be a little bit surprised that they were being duped. And even more disappointing as I come here on a normal basis and they could not see this was kind of a poor approach.
the service was good but the food was extremely unimpressive.. i ordered chicken spring rolls and the pineapple chicken and i was very disappointed. the spring rolls were mainly noodles, peanut sauce lacked flavor & the pineapple chicken tasted metallic & was NOT what i expected. maybe i went on a bad day but i can’t say i’ll be returning

Literally the nastiest Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. I should have none when the prices didn’t match online. And no one was there. So disappointing because I love Vietnamese food.
I called them 20 mins before closing to get a to go order and no one answered.
