Service needs lots of work. Orders not being called out or brought out to tables. Dirty tables and floor. Waiting time for food is ridiculous too.

Some workers have a complex there that makes them act as if they're giving you the food out of their own mouths for free. It's pitiful and makes them look extra bad with frequently missing items or full missing orders altogether without remedy. Parking is also hard to maneuver in the narrow small lot.

The bad first, no hand sanitizer in the 2 places I checked, also no hand soap in the men's restroom. The food wasn't bad, at least it was brought to me since I was in play place with my grandson.

This place blows. Employees might have special needs, or maybe they all need hearing aids. The food was wrong and looked like a person with no hands made it. And I blew up the bathroom.

Rude employees that couldn't be bothered to take orders correctly. Ordered a mcgriddle and theres only the patty on there. No chance they didnt miss that mistake.

I understand fast food is not an easy job. I work hard to earn my worth. Today I stopped by to get a couple of meals so that I wouldn’t have to cook. The customer service was trash. I even called and spoke to Evan. He said that he as a manager on duty. I complained about his disrespectful employee Samuel and yet not once did he try to be professional and apologize for the poor attitude his staff showed. I really hope there are some changes in the restaurant because it’s not the first time

Since When Are Dogs ALLOWED inside WITHOUT Being a SERVICE Animal? 11/21/2025 ABSOLUTELY disgusted by a dog running around in the lobby. It was NOT a service animal. The lady allowed her children & the dog to run around playing chase. The manager was very unconcerned about the issue after being brought to attention by myself and another couple who left without ordering. Not going back

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING THIS PLACE - Placed an online order here and all my items weren't in the bag. Had to wait 5 minutes before drive-thru staff came back to window then they told me they just weren't gonna give me all the food I ordered because the manager said they can't even if I paid for it. Then the manager Balvino Tipaz came to the window and told me I wouldn't get all the items on my receipt, they didn't care if I paid for them or not. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm never going back here again. BEWARE.

Once again, another McDonald's who NEVER has what is advertised. Don't prompt to upside to play the game of you are " out of stickers " , so the guy says anyways. The game literally just started, even of you are out, put a sign up!!!!!!!! You are lying when you ask people to upside to play a game, then don't gu e them the sticker!!!!!!!

Wow, one of the worst customer service in my whole entire life, avoid going there late at night, horrible people, they don't deserve this job (specially the manager), I will follow up with your Corporate office cause they need to know how poor your service and attitude with your guest is..... It will only take less than a few seconds to apologize for making a mistake and make up for your disappointing attitude....I really don't have words to explain our very uncomfortable feelings about the bad moment you made us go through, please don't close the window when your customers are talking to you. You will not have any repeating customers with this kind of service and poor products....

Honestly, I didn’t expect much since it’s McDonalds but I at least wanted to eat part of my meal. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had from McDonalds before. I ordered a hot ‘n spicy, 4 pc nugget and small fry but instead got a bun with a cold and old patty, hair on my chicken nuggets and soggy, old and EXTREMELY cold french fries. Extremely subpar, even for a Mcdonald’s. Then to top it all off, I didn’t even get a receipt to get a refund for this.
