I went to this location and had never been there. I was greeted with a friendly face and a clean location! All the tables were clean and the fountain drinks were nice and organized. I got the turkey sandwich with the original chips! My sandwich was nice and hot and so delicious. As I was sitting down one of the employees walked outside and started sweeping the immediate area. I was so surprised. Someone that truly likes there job. I will definitely be going back to this location.

Best Schlotsky's around! This store is always super clean and organized and well-stocked with straws and lids and napkins. The drink area is immaculate. The employees are so friendly and helpful. The food is made to order-fresh and hot and accurate. We eat here often and always have a great experience! Definitely recommend this great sandwich shop! They have some nice little tables in front if you want to eat in the fresh air! 5 stars all the way!

Our sandwiches were HOT! This was the absolute best Schlotsky's we've ever been to. The new owners are on top of service, food prep and restaurant cleanliness. Highly recommend THIS location!

I really like this location because the owners take an active role in the day to day operation. For example shortly after we were served the owner came to our table to ensure the order was correct. It was, but it was nice to know someone was checking. My only issue is with the higher than normal cost, but cost seems to be going up all over.

I love this place. The turkey original has been my go to for decades since I started eating here in Austin! Yumm!!

Order a sandwich and there was an olive seed a big one in my sandwich. I almost swallowed it. I was so upset. I just couldn’t believe it. How Could they be so ignorant on making food for customers so upset what if a kid ate it and choked anything Could have went wrong

We got Schlotzsky's to go yesterday for lunch. My wife's bag of Jalapeños Chips literally only had 4 chips in the bag when she opened them when we got home. Ridiculous.

Found it weird that my vitamin water is lighter than usual and with the old packaging. Well because it expired back in April…

Great customer service, extraordinarily friendly & engaging staff, but they fail to deliver a quality result. I requested no lettuce or tomatoes on my sandwich, it was repeated back to me & is printed on the receipt, but the sandwich is saturated with both. Friendliness and hospitality do not make up for lack of quality output. My order was take-out and I do not have time to drive back to correct. The lettuce is shredded so its difficult to remove and the tomatoes greatly affect the taste. Im very disappointed and feel tricked by the efficacy of the rest of their operation: with such good training in customer service, expectations are set the food will reflect the same level. NOT HAPPY. NOT GOING BACK.
