Personally, I think chicken express has the best chicken fingers out there. They are one of yhe few restaurants thst actually brines their chicken and you can taste it in the quality and the tenderness and the juiciness of the product.

The Chicken is always delicious. Very friendly people working there. I just can't get over the prices. My family can go eat at Chilis for the same price. It's outrageous.

Chicken tenders were over cooked and hard. Should have returned the meal. Potatoes were cold and gravy lumpy. Will not be back.

Normally, my family and I would get some good food. My wife’s chicken livers were almost warm. Her mac&cheese was “grainy”. My chicken tenders are moist. Fried pickles and corn nuggets hot and fresh. Well, I guess it wasn’t my day to get good food. Chicken tenders-dry, luke warm at best. Fried pickles-fried to death. Could’ve struck a match on them! Corn nuggets-barely warm! The biscuit was the best part sad, considering “chicken” is on the sign out front!

I ordered a fish fillet meal and I open it on the way home and everything was burnt beyond eating. I call up there and whoever I talked to didn’t want to hear it but told me he could replace them. The food is good, tastes like any other chicken express. I usually order chicken, fries, maybe mash potatoes, and a roll. But when I eat from this place a I get really bad stomach problems and feel nauseous, to the point I literally can’t move on the toilet and one time I had to lay down on the bathroom floor.

Called, but no one answered. Tried to send a message online, but it would not let me submit. So, here is my message: Hello, I received my order in the drive through today, and did not receive my side of mashed potatoes. I also only received three chicken tenders. I paid cash, but would like a refund. Please let me know what we can do here.

I normally don't get anything from here, other than sweet tea (because I don't eat meat) but I was hungry so I ordered some fries, okra, and mashed potatoes with gravy. When he handed me the box, I asked if they put the gravy in there. He said it was already in with the potatoes. I said I didn't realize it came like that; I assumed it would be separate. He offered to fix it for me and I thought that was sweet of him to do that. Got home and opened the box and saw that there was gravy all over the side of the gravy container. As I reached in to pick it up, the lid came off and gravy went everywhere! Ugh! Fine, whatever, I'll just eat it like that! Turns out, all the food was inedible even smothered in gravy! The fries were way too salty, and the okra was hard and greasy. The mashed potatoes were OK, but I probably should have kept the order the way he gave it to me first, to be honest....I don't know if this was a fluke or what, but I was very disappointed.... and I'm still hungry.... I'll go back for the tea, but I'll eat somewhere else....

Yes when I went through their first of all the service was very rude and considerate and I'm carrying of what we had going on very as our order on top of the fact she was in such a hurry that she charged me at the window for my extra tinder got to be for my dog but either way I was charged for it and the manager here told me that it wasn't important because it was for my dog so they could just rip me off for my money and when I asked for a phone number and his name so that way I can speak with someone above him I was hung up on cannot believe that's the service of management that you would have having your food out I can imagine that does much business at all on top of the fact that our rules were hard and he told me that my needs even though I paid him for them were not important because it was a tender for my dog so she didn't have to watch us eat
