One of my all time favorite places to go for breakfast. Marg, Holly & Kelsey are all so kind and take good care of us even when they’re super busy. They even have our orders memorized which makes us feel so welcome.

Such a cute little place with great service! I will definitely be stopping again next time I'm in Springville! I had the sweet potato breakfast bowl and a vanilla iced coffee. Both were delicious!

The brown sugar latte is absolutely fantastic here. I wish I lived closer to this place so I could try more of their food and drinks. It’s a great space to study or work in. Great vibes all around!

Good and drinks are always great. Service is prompt and friendly. Try one of their specialty toasts!!! Soooo good. My favorite is the hummus crustini. There is indoor seating, outdoor bistro tables and a larger outside seating area in the back

Great little coffee shop. I had a pour over and a bagel sandwich which both were very good. The lady working was friendly and was. It pushy at all as I took my time figuring out what I wanted. The coffee was fresh and the bagel sandwich was filling. The atmosphere is amazing.

I love it here! it's a very cozy little place. me and my friends tend to meet here for brunch, as there's a very expansive breakfast/brunch menu. the staff are friendly and very willing to remake things if something goes wrong with your meal. there's 4 half booth tables, one table that only has chairs, and a counter facing the window with 4 seats. I personally love sitting next to the tea shelf and people watching!

My very first visit to this little gem of a coffee shop all because Mother Nature decided to dump a bunch of snow in the direction of my employer...well thank you Mother Nature! I know this is a simple 3 ingredient breakfast of bread, avocado, and a hard boiled egg, buuuuut it was fantastically delicious! The toast was perfectly chewy and fresh, the avocado did not disappoint, and the egg made it the perfect breakfast! 👌 Thank you 49 Coffee House & Eatery for making my morning today! I will be coming back for sure!

Ive came here many times and it’s one of my favorite places however tonight me and my daughter came in and ordered two drinks which took a half hour to get. The girl working had two groups come in after us and made their drinks and they got their food so my daughter went up and asked if our drinks were still coming. She lost the ticket and claimed it was really busy and then asked what we ordered and when. After giving our drink to us she said “next time tell us when we miss place your order. We are all human and that happens”. I’m just very disappointed in my experience tonight and questioning how I’m supposed to know you misplaced the order.

We stopped here on a nice snowy Saturday morning. There was the right amount of snow, like a Hallmark movie. It looked like today would be a perfect day, until we walked into this place. It was a slow day with not too many customers yet. The place has a nice cozy feel, besides the lackluster hearing. We ordered two coffees and two waffles. After 10 minutes, we received one waffle and a coffee a few minutes later. Twenty minutes later, we had not received the rest of the order. When we checked, they said we had received everything. $28 (which includes a $6 tip) for a waffle and a coffee doesn't seem right. In fact, I know they missed something or someone else took our items. Either way, we decided to walk out. The one waffle we received was decent but they gave it to us in a take out container instead of a plate. My drip coffee, the only coffee we received, was the worst I had and had to be thrown out. As you will see, I never leave a 1 star review. This 1 star was deserved. There are so many other wonderful cafes in the area.
