Of course the food is great as always comes out hot and fresh. The staff is amazing always friendly and helpful. Crew member Kimberly was diligent fast and helpful getting everyone their orders. Everyone has great teamwork and communication

Canes have some of the most fresh chicken you can get. It's always so hot and tastes good. As someone who doesn't eat the canes sauce my only concern is the chicken sometimes isn't really seasoned and the bread and fries can sometimes be colder. But most the time this place is amazing. 9/10

I was stoked the place was open at 11:30 and we could eat dinner after some late doctors appointments. I was sad to see all the food the restaurant was throwing away. I saw them throw away a few hundred chicken fingers that must have been cooked and sat around too long. This area is very high in homeless people and that food should have been donated to the homeless.

Great food and fast getting it. However, the cashier was young, not friendly, appeared to have an attitude, need customer service training in depth.

This location has gone down in quality. I'm having too many instances of wrong order or condiments not in bag, and/or food just not how it has been in the past. Please get back on track. Done here for now.

I stop by this Cane’s location to get lunch I get home open my 3 finger combo box. And the portion for the fries is kinda crazy for the amount I am paying for! I feel it is unacceptable at least put more but this amount was not it!!!!!!!!

I am a big fan of Canes. Chicken is good.....sauce is good....people are friendly and nice and its a great story but this just keeps happening. I paid for a box combo but as you can see from the photo the chicken was just SMALL. I get that they are not huge but these have been getting SMALLER and SMALLER and SMALLER. It should NOT be the same size as the sauce container. I showed the picture to the lady who rang me up and I said this is honestly unacceptable to which her replay was "sorry". DO BETTER CANES!!!!

You know when you order chicken fingers and get an extra one? Best feeling ever! Well, I ordered a Caniac Combo for takeout and got one less finger and barely any fries. Worst feeling ever. The food is great, but the service is just disappointing.

Management: Teach your employees how to count. I stopped in and purchased 3 of the ( 3 Finger Combo's ) today and the problem is that my ( 3 Finger Combo's ) only had ( 2 ) pieces of chicken in ( 2 ) of the meals and NOT ( 3 ) as they were supposed to have. And when your picking up lunch for other people who are expecting one thing and their order isn't correct they get a bit upset and they look at you as if you helped yourself to part of their lunch. So unless you wish for your customers to stay parked at the windows verifying EVERYONE OF THEIR TO-GO ORDERS are Correct.. My suggestion, make everyone wait and just double check your orders, because I know I will next time..

Look at the size of these chicken fingers. They’re so small. And it’s not the first time it’s happened. I never thought I’d leave a food review but holy smokes you guys deserve to get hate. There are other canes that make full size chicken fingers, so stop being cheap and provide food that I PAID 15 DOLLARS FOR. I WANT A REFUND.

I hate going to this canes because they always give me small chicken tenders. The only reason I go to this canes, 3-4 times a week, is because of my pregnant wife. She loves the ‘3 finger combo’. The bread use to taste good. Since December 2025 the bread is dry and not fluffy like it use to be. Since December 2025 the chicken tender sizes are so small, I believe it’s done on purpose because it’s a smaller combo compared to the caniac combo. If canes doesn’t change, I’m gonna start going to the in and out burger across the street. If I go from a ‘3 Finger Combo’ to a box combo, another 2 bucks for an extra/small chicken tender is added to my order. The staff should put an extra tender to compensate for small tenders. Billion dollar company is playing its customers for fools to maximize store profit. I hate this location, because they trick you with a smile. Hey, hey, hey, give me more chicken today. #eatmorechickenatchickfila #freebird.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered my food for dine-in, yet they served everything in take-out containers. When I politely asked for my food to be placed on plates since I was eating there, the employee told me they “didn’t have any plates.” This was simply not true, as I could clearly see multiple dine-in orders being brought out on plates right in front of me. I ponited out there were plates available, and the employee still insisted there were none. To make things worse, when they took my food back to the kitchen, I saw one of the kitchen staff say he wasn’t going to fix it. They left my food sitting there for a couple of minutes while I continued asking about my order. After insisting multiple times, they finally brought my food out, but with a terrible attitude and zero professionalism. No restaurant deserves to have an employee who treats customers this way. This experience completely ruined my visit, and I will not be returning, to this location

The one time I trusted them to make my food right I get home and see that they didn’t include the Texas Toast when I ordered a box combo and it’s not worth driving back for😐
