Very bad packaging of the donuts. I ordered 6 donuts and they delivered them to me in a box so small that it didn't close. Of course the donuts inside the boxes were crushed. This seems to be a common occurrence in this store.

This is a good place but the worker made a face when asked if she eats the donuts lol. We still got a dozen of the glazed mixed. They were good, I do have to say. The service was below par as I felt I was making the employee feel comfortable but I was the one from out of town and never been to Shipleys before lol. All in all it was a good experience.

This is really a sad location compared to their other locations, and im surprised with all the bad reviews they are still not doing anything about their management! Donuts got all mushed together with no separating paper, blueberry filling was fermented, so definitely not fresh.

I'd give it 1-2 as what I witnessed is so unsanitary. But, because the employee was nice enough to honor my request and retrieve donuts from the back, I bumped it to a 3. Although, I was unable to secure a photo of what truly caught my attention, the 3rd person (not on the ladder), leaning and talking over the donuts. I'm sure the photo paints a clear picture of the extra step to shield or cover the donuts while they worked, was not taken.

Ordered Old Fashioned Cinnamon Rolls, Regular Cinnamon Rolls, Apple Fritters & Sausage, Cheese & Jalapeño Kolaches. I'm very disappointed in the Old Fashioned Cinnamon rolls because they had almost no Cinnamon, very little nuts, and the dough was hard & probably very old. The regular Cinnamon rolls were also lacking Cinnamon and does not taste as good as they used to years ago. They also have too much glazing on top. The Kolaches were good but I feel like they're putting less cheese in them as compared to before. It seems like prices have increased and we get less for our money.

This location has to be the worst Shirley’s. Limited options on the kolaches and $2 for an 8oz apple juice! Be foreal. Drive down 10 minutes to the other Shirley’s in Fresno more options and no nickle and dime to make a few extra bucks

The donuts here are disappointing and far from fresh. A few days ago, I ordered donut holes around 6 AM, only to find they had just come out of the refrigerator. The quality is poor, and they often taste like cardboard. With so many other options nearby, it’s hard to recommend this place. Owners, I encourage you to take pride in your product and strive for better quality, or you will continue to lose customers. I suggest visiting the Shipley’s at 12568 Broadway in Pearland to see how good Shipley’s donuts can be. Also, the donuts at 12th Donuts are much better—worth checking them out too!

I left home without any coffee this morning and had to wait until I got a break to get some. I chose to stop at Shipley's. Their service and food is usually better than today. It was late in the morning but I feel this is no excuse since this location is open until 8pm. I ordered a sausage, jalapeno, and cheese kolache. In the past they used to ask if you wanted it heated. I suppose that's self-service now since there is a microwave at the condiment counter. Also, I came there to get a HOT coffee. It was almost cold, and that's before I added cream. The only item I received the way I expected was the blueberry cake donut, but they seem to be getting smaller in size. There are plenty of coffee places opening up in that area. I believe I will start going somewhere else where they will value my business....

I bought donuts for my office and one of my employees got a moldy donut. We checked the rest of them and it was 3 of them that were molded. I called the store to let them know about it and I asked to speak to a manager and she proceeded to argue with me telling me there’s no way there’s mold on my donuts…Her tone was awful. She didn’t apologize nor did she try to make it right in any way. Would definitely not come back!

I'll never order from this location again. It's never been great, but over the weekend I ordered kolaches and donuts, and the dough on the jalapeño sausage kolaches was RAW. I had already eaten some before I realized - so gross. I tried calling but no answer. I ordered a dozen mixed donuts as well, and the majority of them were old and stale. It isn't cheap either! I'll stick to Snowflake Donuts from now on.

I placed an order on Door Dash and when it arrived, I noticed my order was wrong. I called Shipley's and told the lady that my order was wrong. Instead of trying to fix the problem, she argued with me telling me that it was correct until I sent her a picture. I ordered 3 chocolate glazed donuts and 3 regular glazed. The glazed were correct but I had no chocolate. Then she asked if I could come and pick up the correct donuts. I informed her that I ordered the donuts for delivery because of the convenience of not having to leave home. So, I asked her to just refund the money. She then stated that she would call the delivery driver to see if she would consider to redeliver the donuts. I just told her to refund the money. She then got upset and told me that she was busy and give her time to take care f it and hung up. How can you get upset with a customer when you made a mistake? Her customer service sucks!
