I’ve read so no so flattering reviews about this place and ended up trying it anyway. This is now the third time. Two times take out once sitting in for full service. I can’t say I had the same problems as many. The staff were professional. The food has been good. They even have parking. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is I believe they could be a little cleaner. To be clear, the food prep areas were always clean. Again, I will going back again. I think this place is worth a try and I will update if I ever have an issue.

Pros: Great food, diverse menu, comfortable atmosphere. Note-worthily Neutral: Pricey, but worth it. Cons: Service could be better. Overall: Would recommend.

This was always our go to for takeout sushi as it was always fresh and delicious. No more…the sushi fish falls off the rice and the yellowtail was so tough I threw it out. The salmon sashimi was so thick I was ready to put it on the BBQ. Never again!

Where can I start. First time trying this place is kind of hidden spot but decided to give this place a shot since I was in the area and love Japanese cuisine The food was good recommend the garlic scallops was delicious I had steak teriyaki and my significant partner had sushi. Sushi was ok steak teriyaki wow was amazing I cant complain about the food. Just the service atmosphere It was empty and we had all the employees people just standing watching us as we were eating made us feel uncomfortable and staring talking in their language. If the restaurant is not busy find something to do instead of standing in front of customer when they are dining . Server came coming to the table asking if we wanted order beer to make tap higher cmon we order 2 appetizers 2 miso soups a wine and 2 entrees the whole vibe was uncomfortable. The food was good the service not so good

We ordered a large order of 28 rolls, the spicy tuna taste very nasty/fishy. The rice was not fresh at all. We asked for a little bit of spicy mayo and on an over $150 order they started charging $1 for each spicy mayo. I do not recommend this place at all

Ordered red wine. When I informed them that the wine was bad, they refused to replace it. Will not dine here again.

I ordered a sashimi salad for around 13 dollars and got a small box with a lot of leafs and 7 pieces of sashimi, i am extremely disappointed in how this is called “food”.

The food here used to be great, but it has steadily declined over the past few months. Today was the last straw—I ordered a salmon roll, and the picture speaks for itself. It’s unbelievable that they would even charge for this. Absolutely unacceptable

Food poisoning twice in 3 months. I was a customer since 2005. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning in March 2024 from takeout rolls. I let it go. However, my son and I recently got food poisoning again from takeout hibachi and teriyaki. They were the only meals he and I shared that day. I called the restaurant two days later when I finally had the strength to do so. I was only sharing feedback, wasn’t making accusations, nor was I hostile. However, the staff were absolutely unapologetic or concerned, and dismissed my claim as false. They also asked why I called two days later, and I actually had to explain that I was in bed sick. That’s concerning.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I’m not from the area and decided to give this place a chance. Big mistake. I found multiple parasites on my sushi roll. The fact that they would serve this roll knowing there was parasites, shows how unethical these people are. I’m now on a round of deworming medicines. I’m looking to contact the board of health next.

I’ve ordered from Kiku before and it’s always fine but today, my food was not tasty. I ordered a spicy tuna roll and Kani salad. Both tasted very fishy and not fresh. After the first bite, I had to throw it out.
