One of the best restuarants in AVL. Food comes out promptly every time. Also fairly priced for what you get.

I have noticed how clean the public area is and that's a good thing. The young couple that runs it is pleasant & professsional. The food is always fresh and delicious! (I am thankful to the young woman for helping me find my cellular, which had fallen bet. my car's seats, by taking time to call it).
SO delicious! Get the orange chicken! I also really liked the General Tso's and the lo mein. My aunt loves their fried chicken wings! One of the more affordable Chinese food places on the island. Great lunch specials. Very friendly staff. I love that there's an option for online ordering through their website.
Idk why this place has so many bad reviews. As far as Chinese takeout goes, I've found it to be some of the best I've had! The vegetables taste so fresh and the seasoning is great. I'm especially fond of the moo shu vegetables and the broccoli with garlic sauce. I don't order meat dishes, so I can't speak to those. Service has always been quick and courteous.
Hidden gem. This place is excellent. The dishes are prepared with skill and care. They are not skimping on quality ingredients. Staff is very nice. Prices are reasonable. Owner should drop the takeout atmosphere and move to a full fledged table service restaurant. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. If you like the KungPao flavor I recommend KungPao delight. It's chicken and shrimp with a nice melange of vegetables.
Food is delicious plus delivery is super fast so your food is still hot. I have been using Red Ginger for a long time without any disappointment.

This is probably the cleanest Chinese restaurant. They are very nice and accommodating here. The food is always consistently good, since it opened I’ve enjoyed coming here. The prices are a little higher but it’s really good. The best thing on the menu is their dumplings they’re absolutely amazing and everyone should try them if you’re into them. This is my go to Chinese restaurant every time I’m on Staten Island.
Got the sesame chicken w/ egg fried rice and crab rangoons. Pretty tasty Very easy to order on their website.
One of the best bang for your buck Chinese take-out out there. The food is great and cheap!

Solid Chinese takeout. Food is what you'd expect for what it is. Efficient, clean, not too greasy and good flavours.

The overall feeling of all the dishes we ordered was, "needs more flavor". The dishes weren't THAT bad but definitely on the bland side. There is definitely way better Chinese food on Staten Island for cheaper prices. I ordered chicken pineapple fried rice, there were only 4 pieces of pineapple in it. The wonton soup was just ok. The soups were underwhelming. The decor of the restaurant was very nice and the place was very clean. They have decent tables and chairs, yet were surprised when we wanted to dine in. They didn't have any bowls so that we could share the quarts of soup we bought and did not have cups to give tap water or to share larger bottles of drinks.

Food isn't bad, but they cater mostly to take out, and I was looking for a place to sit and relax. I came here for the parking lot, most places you have to park 3 blocks away. There was no heat, even though it was 20 degrees out, and I was with my 90 year old uncle. Soup comes in soft plastic take out container, plastic utensils, cheap napkins. They don't have hot tea. I asked for an entree, a soup and an egg roll, like I do everywhere else I go. Questions I don't neded: You want combination? Whatever, just give me what I asked for at the cheapest price. They barely spoke English, which always irks me. I never got the egg roll. But my uncle did say he liked the shrimp!
I guess this place is not interested getting repeat customers. When your food is average at best, your customer service should be on point. After just getting in from a long trip, came upon this chinese restaurant and thought I would get my family and I some food so we wouldn't have to cook. Got the food home and is was simply okay. It was NOT worth the $77.00 we spent. The icing on the cake is that every single chinese restaurant I have been to will throw in a couple of drinks when you spend over $20-30 bucks, but not this place. Unfortunately, this take out experience is a NO for me. I suggest you find another establishment as I was very disappointed.

For starters I am a regular customer and order from here ALL THE TIME LOL. And this is the first bad experience i have had I think its a bit ridiculous i ordered the mongolian beef with a side of white rice and only get 4-5 pieces of “beef” in a bowl full of onions and sauce. I called to ask why this was and all I got was the person on the other end being quiet and just repeating what I was saying. Its very frustrating to pay 15 dollars for a bowl of onions mixed veggies and sauce and get barely any protein. I usually order the beef pad thai and its delicious and always packed with protein. I know inflation is real but cmon this is not cool!
The "Thai chicken" is hot trash. Found some actually inedible chicken in there. It looks and smells good though. The restaurant is well decorated and looks nice.
I got the sesame chicken with shrimp fried rice. The chicken is literally just pieces of fat with strands of chicken attached, if any. The rice was whatever but even the shrimp was extremely overcooked.
I’m so disgusted the fact that I had 3 cheese wontons and the third one had a that piece of plastic in it on top of me ordering chicken cashews with rice and the chicken wasn’t even chicken I got chicken on the stick and that is the same chicken they use for the chicken and broccoli never again first and last time and I’m definitely calling 311 $40.00 on filth
Their pineapple fried rice is ridiculous. The look is not appetizing at all. Give very little pineapple and the rice looks steamed instead of fried

The general tso Chicken was just fried batter. It was just chewy. Pretty shitty food. Wont order again
I ordered pineapple fried rice, it was not fried at all just plain white rice, the chicken wasn’t even chicken just tiny pieces of fat. I called to explain to them about their error and didn’t seem bothered at all or try to help. I do not recommend at all.
