Delicious lunch! Excellent, friendly, efficient customer service! Immaculate dining room area. As a Florida resident, visiting and dining at Fatburger is a tremendous and exciting event. Unfortunately, there is no Fatburger anywhere close to my Tampa Bay area home. One of the many pleasures and treats of traveling west to California is dining at Fatburger. My colleagues and I couldn't wait to head over to this Fatburger location. Needless to say, it met and exceeded our expectations! This is a small location, located in the heart of Universal City, just off Ventura Boulevard. There are many interesting and intriguing menu items. However, I went with my obligatory favorite; the original burger, everything on it with cheese, my favorite "skinny fries" and a root beer soda. Naturally, the shakes are a must, too! If you're a vegetarian, not to worry; Fatburger has vegetarian options, including an "Impossible Burger." If you're lucky enough to come across a Fatburger location, do yourself a big favor; STOP, and enjoy a delicious burger (you can thank me later!) In my opinion, Fatburger has the best burgers....period!!

Fat Burger delivered a mouthwatering experience that lived up to its reputation. I ordered the large Fat Combo, and the burger was cooked to absolute perfection. The patty was thick, juicy, and packed with flavor, while the fresh toppings and perfectly toasted bun brought everything together. It’s one of those burgers that’s satisfying in every bite, with the right balance of taste and texture. To complement the burger, I also got the onion rings, which were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They weren’t too greasy, which is often a concern with onion rings, but these were spot on. The batter had a light crunch, and the onions inside were perfectly cooked—neither too soft nor too tough. Paired with the burger, they made for an irresistible combo. The chicken wings were another standout of the meal. They had a nice balance of crispy exterior and juicy meat inside, with just the right amount of seasoning to enhance their flavor. Whether you like them plain or sauced up, these wings were tender and delicious. Overall, Fat Burger hit the mark with everything I tried, and I’ll definitely be back for more.

Give Stephanie the biggest Raise ever, I ordered to the wrong location and showed up 15 minutes late to pick up my order after they already closed and Stephanie was gracious enough to give me my order and let me refill my drink. She was super kind and despite me apologizing profusely she didn't seem to mind helping me after the doors were locked. Will return kusy from this experience. But also don't be like me and pick up your order on time haha

I often go to this Fatburger and it’s usually a great spot! Recently, I tried their 10 piece boneless wings combo with fat fries. The chicken was nice and juicy. I got half in Hot flavor which was tasty, but the Lemon Pepper was too strong for me, and I wish it was dry, not wet. The fries were good, especially with the honey mustard. The staff were friendly and kept the place clean. Overall, good food and nice experience, so I’d give it four stars. The Lemon Pepper could be better though!

Burgers were good and fresh, the restaurant needed a bit of a clean but, it could have been previously busy. Although when we were in there, there was only us and still no one was tidying up.

Super quick service, friendly-ish staff… maybe it was the jerk ahead of me who made them defensive… but I don’t appreciate being lightly scolded for ordering online and not knowing the website options were wrong? I was told, “we’ll make the order this time but don’t do it again or we can’t help you” and told to notice the signs for the item were taken down. I didn’t know there had been signs up? I just said, “fatburger sounds good” and we placed the order, I’m attaching screenshots too. Very weird… why am I the bad one for clicking the items that YOUR website offers and lets me pay for. Maybe I’ll just avoid this location in the future or I’ll only order in person…or after calling to confirm I won’t get in trouble for my order.

Its a totally different Fatburger, this location I ordered the original. Remembering the original were the bun was toastedcand the juice from the meat would slide down the bun. When you bit into it you could taste the meat juicy w grilled onions and specific works. This place isn't that, driest burger I've ever had, it was not worth the price and I would've paid more for real meat. The staff was nice and now I know why it was empty.😟. The menu prices are outdated online. FYI Onion wings $8😊

My fries weren’t fully cooked (chili cheese fries). Also it was served with a pile of cold shredded cheese on top. When setting my order, I asked if there was any way to melt the cheese, and was told that’s just how they serve it. The staff was very friendly, and the place was clean. For what this place is, the prices are as high as the market will bear. At any price- and certainly at these prices- properly cooked food is a basic expectation.

My fries weren’t fully cooked (chili cheese fries). Also it was served with a pile of cold shredded cheese on top. When setting my order, I asked if there was any way to melt the cheese, and was told that’s just how they serve it. The staff was very friendly, and the place was clean. For what this place is, the prices are as high as the market will bear. At any price- and certainly at these prices- properly cooked food is a basic expectation.

I have only given a bad review one other time after being in the food industry for almost 7 years. But jeez, they messed up both of our orders, we’re SUPER rude and blamed the mess ups on us. After I waited 40 minutes to get my wife’s food, the wings looked like they were so old it could give us food poisoning potentially (I would know because I know what old wings look like after working with them for 7 years). My wife had two and threw them away. She was concerned about getting sick and they were completely over cooked. My burger flavor tasted great, but after all the issues, the need to remake it because they kept messing up, it wasn’t hot, and we paid too much for that terrible experience. Oh and the veggies were super old and gross looking. It does seem like the manager was stressed and super busy, but you just can’t do that to people. I asked if she would comp the wings and that is when she snapped at me. So as promised, here is the review. Note the pictures of the crusty wings that looked like she purposely made them awful with hardly any sauce. We should have kept the first round of tradition wings that were supposed to be boneless because at least they looked good. These look like she was angry and did this on purpose. My wife who is a professional chef didn’t appreciate any of this obviously. So it was bad enough that I called our bank asking to be refunded.
