Super impressed with the place. Just had the salmon combo platter and enjoyed every bite from it. Reasonably priced for it imo. I definitely can’t wait to visit again the next time I’m in town.
Honestly I always love Sushi Stop and this time was excellent! It was fresh and delicious as always! What a beautiful presentation too!
High quality sushi rolls, udon noodles at very reasonable price. Parking is limited. Excellent service and nice cozy ambiance. It’s actually my second time to come here.
My family and I love the great fresh food, great prices and fabulous service.

The place is neat clean and the service is fantastic. The sushi is fresh delicious and with a great flavor. Lunch specials are delicious and with a very good price. I do recommend this place.
Me and my girlfriend come here all the time. it’s our favorite sushi spot in the valley. Good prices for sushi, great service, comfortable restaurant. must try!
Best affordable sushi in DTLA! Amazing rewards system and always get served very fast, fresh food, and great service. Highly recommend this place!
Omg this place was so peaceful. I sat outside and people watched as I enjoyed my variety of roll 4's. The sushi is fresh. The service is pleasant. The service is fast. They have cocktails. I will definitely go back
One of the only reasonably priced sushi places in the area. The service is kind of weird, waitresses are kind of spacey, but the food was really good.

I ordered sushi here, it's not my first time. It's delicious, but sometimes I have to wait a long time for my order. It's also located in a good location on Ventura Blvd. I recommend it to everyone
I go to Sushi Stop in Studio City quite often. Overall, the food is really good. When ordering delivery it’s not always as fresh as dining in, but for the price it’s worth it. The only downside is one of the waitresses. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she never seems to make an effort. Last time I was there on Saturday, August 15th and she didn’t even bring wasabi and ginger — we had to wait for another waiter to help us. She also never clears dirty dishes, and even after we finished our dinner, she never came back to clean our table.
I don't live too far from this location and after I had a great experience at the location in Burbank, I wanted to try here. Great presentation of food. Miso soup was full of flavor. The pan fried gyozas and the tempura ice cream were excellent. The baked salmon roll lacked on flavor, but the dragon roll was pretty good. Everything tasted fresh. Fast service, but they never checked up on us. They just brought the food and left. Overall I would try here again
Prices have increased over the years. Quality is still good. Don’t get the spider roll - the crab is so over fried or small that it tastes identical to a salmon skin roll. Portions are great!
Not a bad sushi place for quick lunch. Variety is quite good but price is not as cheap as it used to. Sushi taste is quite good, size also not bad. Ingredients are fresh and the rice is done right. The hamachi is quite alright, which is my gold standard for sushi test. Spicy tuna is ok, unagi is how it's supposed to be. Salmon is wonderfully fatty. Soba has good chew and soup. Fried jalapeños is fun to eat. Tempura has good crisp. Chicken teriyaki has some improvement to do. Ambiance is so so, service is quite fast.
I enjoyed outdoor dining but I think they are understaffed. We had to wait a long time for 2 more dishes to be served to us, and for the Salmon Sashimi with truffle oil they left out the caviar. As for the chicken curry, it was blend and unimpressive, but if they added the truffle oil / seasoning to it, it makes a world of differences. I think 4 stars is good for them, hopefully they will improve things later. I forgot to take pictures of baked mussels and salmon with truffle oil.

Food was mediocre! This place used to be much better... but this time the food was actually not good. The service was ok, it was 1 guy helping us out and he was nice but nothing out of the ordinary. The restaurant was freezing inside!!! So bring a jacket or two if you decide to venture in.
I found this place on social media, figured I would try it out. Customer service was great, the place was small but cozy as long as it’s not overcrowded. The food was good but unfortunately didn’t really stand out to be recommended , I got the tempura roll and a beef plate.

Ordered snapper and aburi sushi but rice was falling apart from the sushi. Plus 5 pieces lemon salmons came out like 4 and half. Literally like 4. Also the rice was pretty dry. Usually have a good experience there but I don’t know what happened today. The wait times were really long and the quality of the food was not that good.

The Food is worth to try but if you don’t tip the service is gonna be worst im telling u as their regular customer no offense)
Really awkward and unnecessary experience. I went inside for a pick up order and some waitress started yelling at me to go outside and pick up my order from the window. Even though I was inside already. I had to exit the restaurant, walk around to a janky window with no signage which was the “pickup” area

When you order online, and tip already, the people at the pick up window then ask you to sign giving you a credit card slip to tip again and total. I asked to see the itemized slip and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about, I get him and find out my wife had already tipped i I double tipped them. Don't fall for the same scam the servers are running there if you order pick up
