The staff was friendly, and the place was very clean. Food was made quickly and was hot. Maybe had to wait all of 5 minute to get our food. Overall a very nice place and I would recommend it again.

Amazing service and great attitude Me and my friend were high and we needed to eat we decided to go to Wendy’s and go thru the drive thru we pulled up to the window and the lady taking our order had an amazing attitude and after we finished we pulled up to the window and we happen to realize our food was already held out the window we were so surprised to see our food come that fast and i Will forever only eat at Wendy’s when I’m high

I tried their new maple bacon chicken burger and it was delicious. It comes in fried, spicy, or grilled...though they have fancier names for those. The maple wasn't too strong and there was plenty of bacon. I would definitely get this again.

Wendy's has always been my favorite fast food restaurant, especially having the convenience of their drive thru. We recently moved and the Wendy's we frequented is now too far to drive to and get the food back home still hot. So we were all delighted to find a Wendy's a few towns away.

I was actually surprised by how pleasant the drive thru workers were which is the only reason I’m going out of my way to give this Wendy’s a good review. Also the nuggies were mad good. I know it’s a chain so all the food is the same but these taste like high quality nugs.

Of all the fast food chains, I like Wendy's the best. They have the freshest foods. The Airmont location has recently remodeled and has an outdoor patio.

Giving this 4 stars... why? I'd go to this particular wendy's over any other. The staff is always extremely friendly, helpful, and polite. The food is better too. If you are in the area and need to gi to a fast food restaurant, go the extra few miles to this wendy's over Ramsey. No contest.

Rarely ever have an issue with them messing up my order which I cant say about most of their competitors. Food is always up to standards and hardly ever have an extended wait time.

As Far as FAST FOOD goes, this is the BETTER option in my opinion, a bit more expensive than most Fast food places but Definitely has a better texture and quality to it, aside from the Venue itself, they are FOR SURE nicer than any Fast food place I've been to and that's consistent with Every one I go to. So for a FAST food rating I give it a light 4/5

Used DriveThru for breakfast. We ordered french toast sticks as a meal, a sausage biscuit and small potato wedge fries. The food tasted fresh. Service was pleasant. Note: Lobby is currently closed due to renovations, though DriveThru is open.

This wendys has room to sit and eat. I Notice here at this Wendy's they know their customers by name the service is really fast and there's more than 3 people at a counter not just one. The seating is also nice the view and the 360 glass

Received my order very quickly. There’s covered outdoor seating, plenty of parking and it’s easy to get to from Rt. 59, depending on local traffic. I visited in December and it was very cold inside. This location has some framed Wendy’s photographs on the wall, which I haven’t seen at other Wendy’s.

The 2-for-$3 deal presently in place makes this chain the only place with a reasonably priced fast-food-breakfast deal going at the moment, in my opinion. This location has outdoor, covered dining available--a nice touch in the COVID era!

Another Wendy’s, my preferred fast food chain. I went to the drive-through. The food is predictable, as it should be. Service was fast and the staff was friendly. However, they gave me ONE napkin with my order?!? No, I’m not exactly outraged, clearly it’s not anything worth getting outraged over but you know, in order to eat those greasy french fries and chicken nuggets, especially in the car, I need more than one napkin.

So ridiculous. You can't get ice out of the soft drink dispenser but you have to go and touch the machine to get your drink. You can come inside but you can't eat there. Not sure if it's New York or Wendy's making the rules but whoever is it's completely stupid. Covid is over.

The restaurant had no ac. Was so hot. No tables to sit down. So we ate in the car. Was not a happy camper.

Busy establishment with lines almost out the door at lunch time. The whole place was partially refurbished inside a few years ago. It is controlled chaos at best inside. This Wendy's could use better line management as it can be a disorganized mess when you come inside. You will be wondering who is in line and where it starts. I wish they would bring back the fish sandwich as it was the best item on the menu. *Pro tip, skip asking for any extras like sauces if you don't enjoy being responded to with a surly attitude. *at the drive through ask for any condiments like ketchup because they won't give them unless you ask.

I mean it's Wendy's. I mostly go for the vanilla Coke, the dining room fountain was out but they hooked it up in the drive thru. The workers are a little shady sometimes speaking Spanish, staring, and Laughing. There is one girl who's makeup is always beautiful and she's seems genuine and friendly.

The food was fabulous as always, it was the restaurant itself that was in poor shape. The dining area was dirty despite being pretty dead at 5 pm and the bathroom was a disaster. I can only hope that the cleanliness improves

Did you know that this Wendy's will not honor a senior citizen discount if you use a reward or special offer discount? It isn't much to complain about but this has just recently been changed and the reason was because the manager thinks no one should eat too cheaply... Still don't understand the management's position.

Staff had difficulty getting my order correctly. I repeated myself over and over until the order was completed. Overall, my food was fresh and hot , but staff had a negative attitude towards me. She handed me the bag of food and closed her window door and I waited for awhile before she came back and opened the window then I was able to ask for ketchup. Which she stated that was NO KETCHUP at that Moment. I will never go back.

Employees on their phones with earbuds. No interaction with customers. No "hello"... No "thank you"... No napkins... nothing... jerks... phoning it in, literally.

This location does not allow you to enter the store for months now which means drive-through only which means no Restrooms Trucks can't make their way through the drive-through

I always liked this Wendy's until today. With this epedimia that we are experiencing, I dont understand why staff aren't wearing gloves. The cashier was handling money, filling my drink, grabbing lids all with no gloves. Cant understand with what is happening staff isn't taking precautions.

They need to be more organized and stop running around like chiken with out head also one girl regular customer was in front in the line drees with regular clothes after finish ordering was in the back touching food making drinks and contaminated. Everything no one said anything to her i dont care is a former employee but at least WASH YOUR HANDS also i customized my sandwich they dont prepare the way i want it

Waited nearly 10 minutes just to be asked what my order was, and the cashier did not have a problem when someone decided to cut in front of me. Fries were over salted but overall the food was good.

Very quick, but very inaccurate. I don't go through the drive in anymore since there's a 50/50 chance my order will be wrong. Otherwise, it's what you'd expect from a Wendy's.

There was a Mexican working there handling the supplies and doing food that was very unprofessional. Cursing and talking about people in Spanish not realizing some people such as myself can understand Spanish!! Not professional at all!!

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with bacon, I received just the bread and a piece of chicken inside, no lettuce, no sauce and no bacon.

I went to the location before their advertised closed time on the Wendy's app and they were closed. I was so pissed. They closed over 20 minutes before their closing time. I never knew that Wendy's was even allowed to close early. I just wasted time and gas. The search for good Wendy's continues.

Employees were extremely rude, and got our entire order wrong. When we came back around the drivethru to get our correct order, that we payed for, they had an attitude and were being extremely rude even though they were the ones who messed up the order.

I was ordering through drive-through as I was ordering while looking v at the menu for what I would like to eat as this is the first time I was ordering breakfast at a Wendy's the morning cashier person at the drive through was very rude and was rushing me than she proceeded to laugh with whoever was working with her.

I ordered a burger drive through and somehow burger was so greasy on the outside. There were grease all over the bun. It was very disappointing.

Went there for breakfast and they were closed an employee was sitting in the dining room and I tapped on the glass to find out what time they open and she shooed me away. I ended up walking to the drive-thru window because I couldn't drive a big yellow school bus. That employee was very rude and I didn't appreciate it

Beware and Take Notice! Prices on Drive Thru boards do not mirror the prices you are charged when you pay- Orange Juice clearly says 1.99$ on board but on receipt I was charged $$2.89 plus taxes **** almost 1$ more and rude unprofessional manager Dennis said that it was my problem not his! I will never go to a Wendy’s restaurant again just on principle.

My family and I just took home 3 Apple Pecan Salads. A few bites into one and we came upon a latex glove. Completely unacceptable. If appropriate preparation procedures are being followed this should not happen. I'll leave it up to all readers of this review whether they wish to frequent this establishment. I surely will not.

As much as I love Wendy's I give this particular location a complete thumbs DOWN- one star for CUSTOMER SERVICE the management and staff at this location need a visit from corporate to retrain EVERYONE. Then They need to lock The doors and post signs OUTSIDE that say no dine in. Instead of being RUDE to what would have been a paying customer. As this is the ONLY location that is not allowing dine in seating or bathroom use in the county

Hours on door stated open at 10am but was still closed at 11:30. Had to use drive through. Asked for 10 packs of ketchup to share between two people got handed 8 then asked for two more and got a response with a nasty attitude stating there is ketchup in the back and they walked away.

probably the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. the food tastes like cardboard. chili is watered down. burgers are not "fresh" they taste clearly frozen. even the stuff that's supposed to be frozen like nuggets & fries don't taste like anything.

Said I needed a minute to look at the menu and the lady asked if I was ready within 30 seconds of me telling her I need some time. when I ordered she said wow over the speaker. Never been to this location and it was night time. The drive thru wasn't seen so when I drove up the window 2 female employees told me I couldn't order unless I go back to the speaker Talk about Lazy!!!! Came from Wendy's again just know @1120pm on 11/17. Rude as hell again. African American lady @dribe thru tells me to move on after I pickup my order I told her I'll move after I check you got my order right! I'm going to the Jersey location from now on!!!

The food was OK they are not very friendly. BUT the worst they had no bathrooms at all. I asked did either mens ir women's work and was told no. SO WHERE DO EMPLOYEES WASH THEIR HANDS. I couldn't wash MY hands or use the rest room. After riding all day you want a quick meal and get on the road. But with no bathroom they shouldn't even be open.

This is why I am never coming back to a Wendy's. The menu board shows you an insanely big sandwich for baconator / son of baconator, but you get a tiny sandwich the size of a cheeseburger for $11.04. But of course, apparently for business/corporate owners nowadays I, as a good citizen and consumer, have to have always my mind ready to the Idea that "the retail location has the right to deceive me", so if I did not realize that the sandwich showing on the menu board is just "a little tricky" then it is all my fault. WHAT KIND OF A FREE MARKET SYSTEM ARE WE LIVING IN HERE? WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ETHICS IS THERE FOR THE CONSUMERS? I did not take a picture of the sandwich I bought because of the aggravation after the attendant at the drive-thru window explained to me about the sandwich. I only focused on taking a picture of the menu board which had cars at the moment and I couldn't approach, and eating my dinner. So the picture of the menu board is here below. By the way, the bacon is not even worth it, quite a few unchewable tiny balls. I get way better bacon at ShopRite for my breakfast; I'm talking about one of the lower price ones. I prefer to drive farther to McDonald's and not get ripped.

Just had the $5.00 biggie bag which should be priced @.99 . The burger was thinner than a thinly sliced cold cut , the fries must have been fried in the ocean ( Incredibly salty ) & the nuggets were the size of 3 molecules. NEVER AGAIN !!!

The owner of this establishment needs to stop being cheap. When you order a meal you shouldn’t have to pay more for something like lemonade there’s nothing extra or fancy about it, especially when you are purchasing a meal for a child. Not everyone’s kid needs the toy of a kids meal. You should not have to pay for something like sour cream for chili, you should not have to ask for ketchup for your fries it should be a given nor should you have to ask for a sauce for your nuggets. It’s really mind blowing these are and should be automatic questions and givens. Now I’m not saying to be excessive nor to be greedy but to not be given anything and not be asked and then when you ask you’re told it’s extra like I payed you enough and if you don’t feel that way then adjust your prices to compensate the cost of your product, particularly now and day it’s lucky enough that someone should patronize your establishment rather then cooking in their homes, seriously disappointed and won’t be frequenting this establishment any longer. It’s a scarcity that I do when I do as it is… Wendy’s is generic, much all other fast food chain restaurants it’s not like you can’t find another one.

Only been here once. Will not go again. Drive thru only. All I wanted was a $25 gift card. Took the cashier and manager a good 7 minutes to fulfill the order. They seemed confused. When I got home, I looked at the receipt which said "Above Transaction Voided." I checked the account balance online. $0. BUT when I checked my credit card, I'd been charged. Not only did they give a card with no value on it, they charged for it. Not sure if scammers or incompetent, but I'll never be going back.
