OMG!!! Customer service, and food here are awesome! My wife and I were shopping in the mall for a few hours, and about 15 to 20 minutes before closing, my Wife wanted something to eat, Jessica asked us what we wanted even though that were about to close and out of what my wife and I really wanted. Jessica made that happen for us and we we're very appreciative of the service provided and food. If you are ever in Sugarland Tx come inside first colony mall and try lan chopsticks express in the food court. 5 stars. Tell them Del sent you and ask for Jessica. I call her (employee of the month).🫡😁

The food is really good. Especially the bourbon chicken and the spicy cajun chicken! The menu is pretty simple not much variety but what they do serve is great. I enjoy the food.

I was shopping and needed a fast bite. The staff was welcoming and helped me with recommendations, the black pepper chicken with fried rice is was i got. It was really good!

I often come here and one of my favorite places to eat inside the mall. I give it a 4 star for the food only because it’s inconsistent. Not bad quality or anything but more like how it’s made. Sometimes an item like the black pepper chicken will have more black pepper and the sauce wouldn’t coat whole chicken bits outer layer. Still tastes decent but it’s not always the same. I keep coming back here because it’s usually the same staff and they’re friendly, quick, and efficient at helping customers get through.

They could’ve done better on the food prices and serving size. Food is overall good for being fast food, a bit much on the greasy side. Getting free samples to try out the selection before deciding to buy was pleasant.

Instant food poisoning, had to leave the mall early after eating here. They’re aggressive when you’re ordering. Lastly, the noodles were saltier than this review.

The lemon chicken has a good flavor, but there was really no chicken in it. I went here and place an order with Jessica and she was horribly rude. She did not take my order correctly and contaminated the food by taking already served food from my plate and putting it back in the buffet to serve others. When I was trying to tell her not to do that because its gross she got loud and said “do you want it or not” and then threw my food down on the table and started attending the next guest and didn’t finish serving me or check me out. As I stood there baffled by the service, I asked for the manager and Jennifer came out to attend to me, and was equally just as rude without even hearing my complaint. They put the wrong food on my plate and instead of serving a new plate she put my food directly over the trash can which was very unsanitary, and started scooping out the rest of the portion of food I didn’t want to refill something else. When I asked her not to put my food over the trash can she threw my food in the trash and said you can go and gave me a refund without me asking for one. All I wanted was clean food that I asked for and that was too much for them to handle. If you like contaminated food this is the place to be

I bought some of the Lemon Chicken and Spicy Mongolian chicken both were clearly made with the remaining fish oil as that was all I could taste when eating my food. The best part was the rice. It was not a good meal and a waste of money.

Bad service and bad food tbh. The guy working was fine, but the women (particularly “Jessica” as identified in another review) were not helpful or polite even.. had to beg for sauce for an eggroll lol. The eggroll was good dipped in the excess sauce from the orange chicken though

The two workers then began laughing amongst themselves as I went to pay. I got quoted the price of $11.90 but when I checked my apple wallet it stated $12.26 so I asked for a receipt. I then asked the woman server why there was a difference and she stated it was due to a 3% service charge for using my card. She never mentioned the charge to me before, or during my transaction. I have no problem with paying but I don’t like being deceived. The food, was lukewarm and average at best. Due to this experience I won’t be a repeat customer and have also alerted my coworkers as-well. (My coworkers let me know they’ve never been charged extra for using their card here before) .

I got home and saw that I was charged $12.26. This place should not be in business if they are scamming customers even if it is just three dollars
