My mom and I didn't know what to eat in the food court. I am so glad we tried an Incredible Halal Burger. Sooooo flavorful!! And their special sauce is excellent! We will be back to try the fries.

Our experience was nice. Great customer service. Delicious food. Incredible burger with no tomatoes and cheese fries. Went on a Sunday as the mall was opening so it was a quiet atmosphere.

Nadia is such a sweetheart, I hope the burger tastes as nice as she was. Update: I've eaten the burger and boy!!!!! Nadia wasn't wrong... even if I have to come all the way inside this mall... it definitely is worth it! I got the Barbeque Bacon with double patty and sub boq sauce for Incredible Sauce with Bacon Cheese Fries on the side. I spent $25 and I'd do it again, once a month to be exact. Update again: they didn't put my bacon on my burger but it was still 10/10. I'm not mad at all. Come here and ask for Nadia

I've never heard of an incredible Burger so I decided to come and check it out. I wanted to see what exactly made this place incredible turns out the owner of this establishment is Muslim so all of the meat is going to be Halal. This is a great caveat because I don't know if you've ever had halal meat but it is absolutely amazing you can truly taste the difference in the meat because of the way the animal is killed. I am not Muslim but I still love the way this meat taste. So it definitely has my respect. I tried the incredible burger and has their own in-house made incredible sauce. I added jalapenos they're fries are good and skinny like McDonald's but they have more of a Cajun spice to them. Really only about six basic kinds of burgers to choose from but I think for a mall Burger Shop this is a great menu the items are very diverse and I could see what would make this place pretty popular. Do you want to try a free sample they have some free samples of their basic Burger available if you want to try the whole I'll meet first I do recommend it if you're not sure or if you're on the fence about halami

We visited First Colony Mall Food Court after many many years since Halal Great Wraps closed. So this was the good change after many years for a Halal place inside the First Colony Mall. We tried differently burgers and all these were Americans style burgers but still we enjoyed.

The food was amazing, we got The Nacho Man and it was delicious and filling! This location is in a mall so it is pretty rough waiting and the eating area is fine, however the service was terrific! Nadia K helped us tremendously, with her speedy work and great attitude! We’ll definitely choose this establishment again!

Best burger I’ve had in a while, got the spicy w an extra patty and it was amazing. The seasoned fries were also really good. Nadia provided great service and is a talented salesperson.

Nadia wa extremely nice. I love eating there and love supporting the local business compared to the other chain restaurants. Friendly service. Laden makes a great burger. My daughter likes the original incredible burger. I like trying different ones every time.

It was my first time visiting Incredible Burger and I was truly impressed! The owner welcomed me so warmly. The service was excellent and very attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and one of the best burgers I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone who loves great burgers with outstanding service.

As I was strolling tru the mall this lady was giving samples I tried and immediately loved there “ incredible sauce” so I got their “ signature incredible “ burger apon paying Mrs.Durreshawar was incredible nice and kind and she gave a sense of warmth and overall great customer service,upon getting my food, everything was great burger cooked great ( tho I wish I’d had more of their sauce) fries well seasoned and they also included a drink which they only had sparrys which surprisingly was very good, they also included unlimited refills. Overall a great surprise and next time you are in the mall don’t be shy and give them a try.

I'm not sure what is incredible about this. This was tasteless, thin and the best thing about it was the small bits of doritos in between. McDonald's is better than this for a a heck of a lot less than $20. The whackest burger I ever had. Save your money and find a better spot. If I could ask for a refund I would. Worst burger ever.

Unfortunately, it’s only Halal food option at first colony mall. Nothing is incredible about this burger and French fries was too salty. Taste is below average. Utensils are another story, I would not give paper towel to a customer

The lady (Nadia) was very rude and was in such a hurry trying to get me to buy a burger. I tried a sample and she said which one are you buying she did not even let me think about it and she said she if I bought fries I she would give me the drink free and again was rushing me. please do not go here she’s very rude. The Service was really bad. I do not recommend going here. Plus it was very overpriced

I wish I can give this place zero stars. I gave it a chance because of the sample at the mall in Sugar Land. What a mistake! True, their burgers are incredible, incredibly disgusting! My burger was sloppy completely wet that it was dripping. My bun was wet and it was Disgusting. When I showed the manager, he laughed and said if he can’t give a good reason I can’t get my money back. He refused. I have a Choice on where I spend my money and I will never, never, nerver spend it here again. Very disappointed! I literally threw up. It’s overrated, pricey, and disgusting. The manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Love joy burger is much better. There burgers are amazing, big, not sloppy or messy that two people can share it for the same price.
