The old DQ is gross. Nothing is ever cleaned and filthy employees. The food is always burnt or just gross. Order a cone and get half the ice cream it should have and running down on your hand. Girls laughing. Really. Never again. Manager needs replaced.

Horrible experience. We ordered 2 blizzards and a dipped cone. Both blizzards were watery and the ice cream was almost completely melted. Instead of the dipped cone we got a regular cone and an attitude from the girl that made it.

We often read the reviews BEFORE we go to a place, but hey, it's DQ, and we expected it to be like all the others. NOT. We ordered two blizzards , but they were more like milkshakes. It was really busy , so we gave them the benefit of the doubt but very disappointing. Next time we're going for a sonic milk shake. It will probably be more like a blizzard.

Tonight I ordered a hamburger combo (only one combo). The total was $34.61! I thought surely I misheard her.... It took SO LONG to even get to the window and when I did the brunette teen first asked if I ordered ice cream when I said no she left eventually coming back and telling me yes, my food was $34.61! I said that couldn't be correct a number one combo is $9.99 on the menu. Then she said "your had the burger no onions or pickles" I told her yes, and she just looked at me like I was an idiot. She kept closing the window and not explaining anything happening. When she finally opened the window back I told her I don't want to eat here anymore if a single burger at DQ costs $34... And left... It would have been fine if she apologized for the wait and the calculation mix up but she was so rude about it...

Not good. Banana split had brown Bananas. Ice cream was weird. Not creamy like most are. Strangest ice cream over every gown at a dairy queen. And the corn dog was raw.

Came in to half of the menu monitors not working. Not helpful OR professional staff. Out of most food. OUT OF NAPKINS. The entire restaurant was flighty and had not been cleaned in a long time, clearly. Forgot part of our order, and nothing was hot and barely warm. Should have turned around but in the moment you don’t think.

i ordered a crispy chicken sandwich today and the meat was brown like they deep fried a beef patty.. my dad ordered chicken strips and his was the same… it wasn’t chicken i even posted the video on tiktok.. i will be posting pictures below.. don’t eat from here and the inside was dirty. i must add the cashier was very nice. and it was very smoky in the restaurant like dangerously smoky. chicken is not supposed to be brown like this.

Chicken strips and fries were overcooked and hard. Toast was NOT toasted. Dr. Pepper was out in the machine, and when I let them know, the girl at the counter just stared right through me and did nothing.

We ordered two chickens strips baskets. Both had stale fries and had been sitting under the heat lamp awhile bc the boxes were almost falling apart from the moisture.The chicken was ok, but definitely not great. This is the second time I’ve been here in the last 4 months. The first time was just as bad. Thought I would give them a second chance. But definitely won’t be back now.

So decided to come in and dine with family members and we ordered our food to a cashier who barely spoke and we had to ask huh there or four times to understand. Then to go and use the restroom to wash my hands only to lather up with soap but water stop working which left my hands wet and soapy to only go and try to dry them and no paper towels. Makes you wonder what the employees do? Refused to eat meal which costed us 26.00 would rate the place lower if I could but this is a health hazard if I saw one. Customers beware. Corporate needs to come and retrain personnel or the owner of this franchise. OMG. Within a already touchy Covid time
