Been to the wingstops in the Dfw metroplex and I can tell you that the wings, bone in or otherwise are massively smaller than their dfw counterparts as you can see, what you are actually paying nearly 10 dollars for is fries. These boneless wings taste like chicken mcnuggets from McDonalds, they look like them also. Maybe the owners of McDonalds own this place and are substituting mcnuggets for wings. I would urge you to try both and see for yourself. The staff is very nice, helpful and courteous. I was truly excited to see that we have got a wingstop, but I am terribly disappointed in the fact that I could have went to McDonalds and saved 5 dollars at least. I am almost done with the wings and still have a ton of fries, guess I can get some cheese and chili.
Will never eat here again! Got placed on hold 3 different times to have my order taken. Then the person taking my order sarah told me my order would probably be incorrect when i got there. Which was right. Got there to pick up my food and the parking lot was empty almost thought that they were closed. Went in got my food, took it back to my car to check it and it was incorrect. Was missing 5 wings of 1 flavor. Went back to to have them correct it, spoke with logan the manager, he took back the food then told me it was fixed. Got back in the car before i left again and it was now still incorrect bc i only had 4 wings instead of 5! They hire people who cant even count to 5. Took it back in i told them they could either fix it again or refund me for the full order and they obviously took the easy way out and refunded my order but left me and my family with a cold and incorrect meal. After getting home my son wanted to eat one of the brownies but when looking at the expiration date it was scratched out and put a new date so dont know whether it was safe to eat or not so trashed them. This place is not safe to eat at or even waste ur time.

I love grease flavored wings!!! Next time, put on the lemon pepper seasoning I asked for. Oh, and if I wanted a basket of fried crumbs, I would’ve went to Long John Silver’s instead #blowed

I'm getting so annoying with this place that I may call their corporate office! I have ordered wings nearly weekly for the past year and the service and attitude of the people working there just gets worse and worse. The food is inconsistent and if you ask for extra sauce , we'll then you have put these girls out and they must charge ya for a little cup of sauce when there isn't any on the wings to begin with! ITS ALL A BUNCH OF OIL! So I sucked that part up and started pay 1.50 for extra sauce but lately I've been getting home to finding I have ranch instead of blue cheese and after the third time...and no flats or maybe one with all drumettes. And it happens over and over because they dont care. After a yr, I called them only to get an attitude and be told it was my fault! Make that make sense! The attitudes of these people are rude, offputting and condescending! And quite frankly the service there sucks! The atmosphere is drab with lifeless people pretending to work! I lived in Dallas until a year ago and they never people in Wingstop there never behaved like these do....and they were swamped out the door with orders because they got it right and treated customers with respect! As I scrolled through the reviews for this place, I found 80% of customers seem to have the same issues; with some being worse than mine. You would think at some point this place would figure it out and do better but its not getting better. Only worse.
A ROCK 🪨 WAS IN MY FOOD. I usually don’t leave reviews, let alone any bad reviews even if the food isn’t really good, but TBH this is a first for me and hopefully a last for y’all. A while back ago when I had takeout from here, I was eating the food, it was good to be honest but, all of a sudden I start chewing on a fry, it looked like it just had a burnt end. Unfortunately for me it was NOT, but luckily I did not bite down hard.I spit out the food immediately. I inspected the little pebble/rock and realized it was cooked in with the fry. At first, I wanted to give y’all the benefit of the doubt/ convince myself it was just a hella overcooked fry, but NAHHH I dropped it on my table and it made the same noise a small rock would make, not to mention I scraped it against the table and sadly I realized the truth.
The website says open until 12am and I just pulled up at 9:40 and it is absolutely not open.
Alright so I ordered Wingstop delivery through there app I have had issues in the past with doordashers and they are aware of them as well. Jessie has always been amazing and helpful. Doordash never helps customers. She has always processed a refund if something happened. I still hadn't received it and well she said to let her know in a couple of days if I still hadn't. So I call today she is off and I get carla super rude proceeds to tell me that operations and regional have decided to no longer give refunds and to take it up to doordash. They canceled my refund I will no longer be ordering from this Wingstop whether it be pickup or delivery. They do not care about their customers anymore stay far away.
People got my order wrong and then got smart with me because they couldn’t admit they were wrong. One of them had the nerve to call my home and threaten me! Stay far away from this wingstop. Terrible customer service skills, and upper management is no better. I say this as someone who worked in fast food and restaurants for 15 years.
Firstly, after speaking nearly $35 on a 24PC pack. I get home and there's only 12 wings. Called store, returned wings. A fresh batch was made. Now slightly undercooked and no taste, no flavor whatsoever! I mean c'mon, there's absolutely NO flavor!!!! The wings taste bland!!!! I believe that the employees are putting the bare minimum of seasoning on the wings AND the fries.
Okay while at work I place an order through the wing stop app for delivery. When we get the order it’s wrong…(okay no big deal they will make it right) so I call them. They tell me yes they messed up (which I respect the girl for taking responsibility of her mess up) then she tells all they can do is remake the order but I have to come get it… they can’t deliver it again. What? There is a reason I got it delivered in the first place… I can’t leave work to come get it…. Then they tell me they can’t give me a refund… what? So I bought about $40 of food but you messed up and sent the wrong food(about a $10 order) and now you can’t make my order correct or give me a refund? So then I was put on hold while she talks to her “team leader”. Then I’m hung up on… I call back talk to the team leader and I’m put on hold again. Then I’m hung up on again… so I call again. And same thing happens…. I was hung up on 4 times total. Every time I called I spoke to them politely and was not mad. I just wanted the order to be fixed. Finally they talk to the manager (who they informed me was not there) and he says he will refund my money… within the next 24-36 hours… we will see if this actually happens… I understand mistakes happen… but when they happen make them right and don’t give people run around… if you make a mistake make it right don’t punish the customer for an employee making a mistake…
Don't bother on your lunch break, the staff is too busy on their phones to drop your food in the fryer. We waited a good 20 minutes for our food, and it was very salty. We were the only customers for that hour we were there.
Ordered 75 wings, 60 boneless with sauces on side and 15 bone-in with lemon pepper. Received all bone in. Very upset. Ruined our whole dinner, especially for the little amount of sauce on the side. They were closed by the time we got home.
Walked into the store in Sulphur Springs at 2:41PM. Ordered, got our food AFTER folks that had walked in after us, and other online orders --- 40 minutes after we ordered. 3 folks working (all appearing to be teens and didn't seem to know what they were doing), asked twice where our order was, then came to learn that it had been sitting out on the counter. They had to replace the frys. They said there was no name but I have my reciept #20027 090423. WON'T BE BACK!!!!!!!

Bags were never warm, AND a basket full of wings over the fryer. the second time i politely asked if my wings could be freshly cooked, got the "our wings are always fresh cooked" well guess what? got there 10 minutes before quoted time and my order was already on the rack........ and wings in the basket over the fryer. nothing like chewy wings and cold fries.........
