Their service is extraordinary and people are very nice and friendly. However this place has a problem with the men’s bathroom. Its hand dryer has never been operational for the last year or so. It should be replaced or repaired.

Google as well the McDonald's website say this location has a 24hr Drive-Thru. However tonight I was hungry after work and pulled up at about 11:55pm. I sat at the ordering speaker for about 5 minutes with no response so I pulled up to the window thinking maybe it wasn't working. There was an employee doing paperwork inside, they looked over at me, flipped a switch and all the outside lights turned off. I don't know if the info online is wrong or what but it seems they are not actually a 24hr Drive-Thru.

This McDonald’s location seriously needs better management. The customer service was absolutely terrible. Staff were rude, unbothered, bad service all around. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Old: Fast,polite, and every thing perfect The system controls how much soda but look how it fill it up Update: how is a mini McFlurry bigger in size compared to a caramel sundae ? The mini is cheaper as well. I know it’s not the employee fault but it’s starting to get a little ridiculous. You’re paying more for a sundae with way less soft serve than the mini. I used to eat mc d everyday until I realized everything in that menu has gotten more expensive and way smaller and now they are messing with dessert. At this point I’ll stop coming here all together get my ice cream/ cookies another place and get my morning coffees at starbucks

The drinks in the machine are warm, there is no ice. There are no napkins or ketchup either. They save on everything here. The tables are dirty.

They canceled a grubhub order because of an out of stock menu item I ORDERED 2 BIG MACS AND FRIES! Ok may be a grubhub problem but no option to contact them to complain just a refund which ties up my 24 bucks. Ridiculous doesnt cover it

I came to the drive through and the people who take my order are really nice but once you get to the window and they give you you’re food are really rude, the guys managers are nice but the ladies manager are the ones who are really rude they even greet you or say hello or something similar. They are just muted but if they say something it’s always something rude, last time I ask for a extra bag because I had order two combos and they handed me a small Bag I couldn’t even close the bag .they literally try to Charge me 20 cents..I know it’s not much but I have never heard about that in my life. I would like to contact with their supervisor because that shouldn’t be allowed to have bad attitudes towards costumer.

I had the opportunity to stop by this McDonald, when I asked for my order to be taken, I was addressed to self service míos, I replied I not tech savvy, a young lady by the name of Vanessa kept on giggling and laughing while assisting me with the order, I felt she was laughing at and kept looking towards the MOD, who by the way refused to give me his name, their behavior was completely unethical and unprofessional, perhaps they should adhere better control of their inner feeling towards the older generation, completely imprudent. Floor looks filthy as well. Moving forward I will never stop here again.
